保健养生课程传统教学与网络互动教学的比较与研究

采用文献资料法、数理统计法等,对传统教学、网络互动教学、传统教学与网络互动教学相结合3种教学方式进行教学实验,发现传统教学与网络互动教学相结合的教学方式更能够提高该课程的学习效果和教学质量,为系统创建保健养生课程及在其他学校以及社会推广打下坚实的基础.     

Characteristics of effective collaboration: A study of Nurse-Family Partnership and child welfare

BackgroundIn February 2018, President Trump signed into law the Family First Prevention Act, legislation in the United States aimed at providing prevention services for families at risk of entering the child welfare system. The effectiveness of these prevention efforts is dependent on the formation of collaborative relationships between prevention-programs and child welfare.ObjectiveTo identify factors that influence the ability of the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) and Child Protective Services (CPS) to collaborate in serving high-risk mothers and their children.Participants123 NFP, CPS workers, and community partners.SettingSeven sites in the U.S. state of Colorado selected to include an array of community sizes, geographies, apparent levels of collaboration, and variations in internal structures and practices.MethodsUsing an adapted grounded theory approach, we conducted semi-structured interviews with frontline NFP and CPS workers and supervisors. Interviews were recorded, transcribed, validated, and coded in NVivo 10.ResultsAlignment of core organizational mission and methods was key in determining collaboration levels between NFP and CPS. Only when workers perceived there to be alignment in organizational mission, did other factors such as program eligibility, communication channels, and risk and safety assessment practices influence the perceived benefits and efforts undertaken to enhance collaboration.ConclusionsHigh-risk families frequently require services that go beyond the scope of any one organization. As programs that serve high-risk families refine their efforts to serve them effectively, collaborative efforts should focus on examining opportunities and challenges involved in creating greater mission alignment.     

高校“两课”教学必须努力满足大学生的精神需求

精神需求是与人的物质需求紧密相联而又有本质区别的内在渴望,关注和满足人的精神需求,是社会发展、明进步的题中之义。章从对精神需求的一般阐释人手,分析了大学生精神需求的性质,指出了精神需求存在的消极现象及其危害,明确提出了高校“两课“必须通过自身的教育功能的发挥、引导、关怀和满足青年学生的积极的精神需求,为大学生的健康成长创造良好的条件。     

社会转型对城市“留守儿童”代际冲突影响的研究

转型时期,城市社会中原有的单位制发生了急剧的变化。单位的改革迫使国有企业职工背井离乡,开始了打工的生活,而他们的子女被迫留守家中,成为了城市里的“留守儿童”。转型社会对这些孩子以及他们现任监护人的思想、生活方式等都有着强烈地冲击,这使他们之间的诋际冲突”发生了加剧。本文以转型社会为背景,从社会学的角度探讨了转型社会对城市“留守儿童”代际冲突的影响。

SOAP教学法是我国儿童重症医学科住院医师规范化培训的一种探索,它能够改善临床医疗文件的书写现状和提高临床推理能力,但对临床实践操作技能改善不大,提示重症医学科规培医师的临床操作能力提高还需要通过其他教学方法来实现。     

Barriers faced when eliciting the voice of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities for their Education,Health and Care Plans and Annual Reviews

Eliciting the views, wishes and feelings of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) has been a primary element of the Children and Families Act 2014. Despite professional rhetoric that aims to ensure the voice of children and young people remains at the centre of assessments, SEND professionals often experience difficulties in ensuring meaningful participation during assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and subsequent Annual Reviews. In this study, 36 SEND professionals from local authorities and 16 SEND professionals from specialist schools within England were asked their views on eliciting pupil voice through an online-based questionnaire, with a particular focus on the barriers they experience. This was then followed up with six in-depth semi-structured interviews. The findings identify two distinct categories of barriers; the barriers relating to children and young people that inhibit their ability to express their views meaningfully, and the barriers relating to professionals that impede on their ability to elicit views meaningfully within their role. The implications of the analysis for a person-centred approach during EHCP assessments and Annual Reviews are discussed.     

“Well,You Can’t Force Them”: Altercasting in the Home Health Care Context

Home health aides are often low-paid, low-status workers, performing their job in an isolated and interpersonally complex environment. This study, made up of semistructured interviews with 36 home health aides, explores compliance-gaining challenges faced by “low status, remote workers.” It was found that altercasting, a compliance-gaining technique using social roles to govern behavior, is well suited for the home care context. Aides were found to activate four altercast roles, including parent, trainer, employee, and friend. It is suggested that by using positive altercasting as a compliance-gaining technique, aides are able to both persuade their client to complete necessary tasks of daily living at the same time they construct and maintain the moral identity of a good caregiver.     

农村贫困地区幼儿保育和教育现状及其发展政策建议——以中部某省某国家级贫困县N镇为个案

农村贫困地区的幼儿保育和教育工作是我国实现全民教育目标所面临的最大难点。本研究选取我国中部某国家级贫困县N镇作为个案,以联合国教科文组织亚太办事处列出的21项幼儿保育和教育指标为基本框架,采取个人访谈、文献收集和现场观察等方法对农村贫困地区幼儿保育和教育工作开展现状展开全面调查。结果显示,N镇的幼儿保育现状和幼儿教育现状都十分不容乐观,存在的主要问题包括留守幼儿保育状况令人担忧;祖辈们的保育知识匮乏,保育方式不科学;幼儿保育医疗卫生条件差;幼儿园任课教师专业合格率偏低;幼儿园教育小学化倾向严重;地方政府对幼儿教育缺乏重视。造成这些问题的根源主要是我国现有相关法律法规不完善,管理体制存在弊端,幼儿教师农村就业渠道不畅。为促进我国农村贫困地区幼儿保育与教育工作的发展,应尽快制定内容完整的《幼儿保育和教育法》,完善我国幼儿保育与教育治理结构,重建其投资体制,加大中央政府与省级政府的投入职责,在政府引导下构建多种共同促进幼儿保育与教育工作发展的伙伴关系。
