钢筋砼屋面的渗漏原因及整治措施

通过工程质量监督实践,总结出钢筋砼屋面渗漏产生部位及产生渗漏原因,对存在的问题提出相应的整治措施。     

用农业公司化促进农业产业化

在我国农业现代化发展进程中, 如何按农业产业化的要求设计农业经济组织模式是理论界探讨的热点问题。本人提出了用公司化促进农业产业化的观点, 并对公司化如何推动农业产业化发展进行了大胆设想。     

现浇钢筋混凝土斜屋面的设计构造和渗漏防治

设计斜坡屋面结构时，首先应选用合理的结构方案，建立合理的结构模型，尤其是采用PKPM结构软件设计时，荷载输入时一定要输入倾斜构件沿水平或垂直方向的荷载分量，而不是倾斜构件沿斜长方向的荷载分布（单位面积、单位长度内的荷载）．配筋不当；为了追求建筑形式而将泛水高度过分的降低，使屋面与屋面连接处、屋面与墙身交接处的防水高度，低于下暴雨瞬时积水高度；屋面变坡处、老虎窗与屋面连接处等防水处理不当等都将成为屋面渗漏的隐患，     

基于泄漏约束的DF-GSC语音增强

为了改善广义旁瓣抵消(GSC)语音增强方法的性能,提出了一种带有泄漏约束的判决反馈旁瓣抵消(LCDF-GSC)方法.采用DF-GSC方法以解决GSC对波达方向敏感的问题,在代价函数中引入泄漏因子,以此改善语音失真的问题,而这种问题是由于噪声参考信号中含有语音成份造成的.试验结果表明,尽管经过LCDF-GSC处理后的语音信号信噪比要略低于DF-GSC,IS测度表明这时前者的语音信号失真度要小于后者.MOS分也表明LCDF-GSC方法要优于DF-GSC和单通道Weiner滤波算法.     

Image processing for teaching

The Image Processing for Teaching (IPT) project provides a powerful medium to excite students about science and mathematics, especially children from minority groups and others whose needs have not been met by traditional coded ways of teaching these subjects. Using professional-quality software on microcomputers, students explore a variety of scientific data sets, including biomedical imaging, Earth remote sensing and meteorology data, and planetary exploration images. They also learn about the many mathematical concepts that underlie image processing, such as coordinate systems, slope and intercept, pixels, binary arithmetic, along with many others. We have developed curriculum materials in all areas of mathematics and science for the upper elementary and secondary levels, allowing this tool to be used across a variety of grade levels and student interests. Preliminary indications show image processing to be an effective and fun way to study the application of science and mathematics to real world applications, as represented by digital imagery. The use of image processing is also an effective method with which to engage students in inquiry and discovery learning.     

云南五种蕨类植物的抗寒性生理指标测定

利用叶片水势、束缚水/自由水和电解质渗透率三个生理指标对五种蕨类植物进行了抗寒性比较测定。结果表明,五种蕨类植物的抗寒性顺序依次为:裸果耳蕨﹥重齿鳞毛蕨﹥干旱毛蕨﹥刺叶耳蕨﹥鸡足山耳蕨。     

二维经验模态分解法在漏磁图像处理中的应用

采用图像方法可以更加直观地对管道漏检测中的缺陷进行判断,但在图像数据的采集过程中噪声是不可避免的。采用二维经验模态分解(BEMD)与均值滤波法相结合的方法对漏磁图像进行去噪处理,将图像信号分解为有限个二维固有模态函数(BIMF)和一个残余分量,将残余分量保留,对BIMF分别进行均值滤波,再将处理后的BIMF分量与残差一起重构图像,所得重构图像在保留原图像基本信息的基础上,消除了大量噪声信息。文中还直接采用均值滤波方法对漏磁图像进行去噪处理,通过信噪比的比较,表明BEMD方法用于漏磁图像去噪效果明显。

安徽贵池族傩文化的物质载体分为可移动的各色道具和不可移动的祠堂庙宇两大类,它们是古傩文化的物化形态,体现了传统宗族社会与地域文化的内在关联：即宗族重教是地域文化产生形成的人文基础,宗族社会的需要和着力营建,为地域文化产生并形成提供了物质基础。宗族社会所创造出来的极具特色的文化物质载体,当是地域文化的一种外在表现,值得我们珍视。

使用极限法和椭圆积分法求出载流圆线圈外空间任意一点磁感应强度．并以此来近似计算载流圆筒在空间任意一点的磁感应强度。     

Seismic reliability and rehabilitation decision of water distribution system

in order to evaluate the seismic reliability of water distribution system and make rehabilitation decisions correspondingly, it is necessary to assess pipelines damage states and conduct functional analysis based on pipe leak- age model. When an earthquake occurred, the water distribution system kept serving with leakage. By adding a virtual node at the centre of the pipeline with leakage, an efficient approach to pressure-driven analysis was developed for simulating a variety of low relative scenarios, and a hydraulic leakage model was also built to perform hydraulic analy- sis of the water supply network with seismic damage. Then the mean-first-order-second-moment method was used to analyse the seismic serviceability of the water distribution system. According to the assessment analysis, pipes that were destroyed or in heavy leakage were isolated and repaired emergently, which improved the water supply capability of the network and would constitute the basis for enhancing seismic reliability of the system. The proposed approach to seismic reliability and rehabilitation decision analysis on water distribution system is demonstrated effective through a case study.
