手机媒体大众传播功能的演进

随着数字化技术在手机媒体中的应用和发展,手机从人际传播工具逐渐成长为影响广泛的大众传播工具,同时也对传统大众传播的传播路径和特质进行着变革,创造出的双向传播范式扩大了大众传播的维度和深度。本文从手机短信传播、手机与传统媒体融合传播以及手机微博传播这三个方面入手,力求在一定程度上呈现手机媒体大众传播功能的演进过程。     

骨骼肌卫星细胞的研究进展

长时间和高强度运动后会发生骨骼肌纤维微损伤,而骨骼肌卫星细胞的激活、增殖与分化和肌肉组织损伤的修复有着密切的关系。骨骼肌卫星细胞在骨骼肌生长发育、损伤修复以及骨骼肌重塑过程中具有重要的作用,适宜的运动训练可活化卫星细胞,促进卫星细胞增殖并向成肌细胞分化。针对骨骼肌卫星细胞的起源、损伤与卫星细胞关系、炎症反应与卫星细胞关系进行综述。     

The association between immediacy and socio‐communicative style

The very strong association of immediacy with positive instructional outcomes has led some to question whether teacher immediacy amounts to anything more than being responsive with students. The present study demonstrates that a measure of teacher immediacy is strongly associated with the Socio‐Communicative Style of the teacher—both the assertiveness and the responsiveness components. It is concluded that it is theoretically justified to teach pre‐service or in‐service teachers to engage in immediate behaviors as means of increasing their communication competence and probably teaching effectiveness. The impact of immediacy observed in the classroom environment is seen as likely to be generalizable to other communication contexts.     

Phubbing friends: Understanding face threats from,and responses to,friends’ cell phone usage through the lens of politeness theory

The study examined friends’ phubbing (i.e., the act of snubbing a relational partner by using a cell phone in his/her presence), through the lens of politeness theory. Quantitative and qualitative data from 404 participants revealed that, although most accepted the behavior and did not view it as a face-threatening act (FTA), others perceived it as face threatening, particularly of positive face, eliciting varied negative emotions. Specific behaviors such as repeatedly looking at the phone or playing a game alone had the highest positive face-threat scores. Most chose not to respond to the FTA. Results indicated that increased perception of the behavior as face threatening was associated with higher reported likelihood of responding with politeness strategies, although no specific strategy emerged as the preferred response.     

中国樱桃离体快速繁殖的研究

以中国樱桃春季刚萌发的顶芽和腋芽为外植体,研究了不同种类和不同浓度生长调节物质对中国樱桃初代培养、增殖和生根的影响。结果表明,中国樱桃的最佳初代培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L;MS培养基中加入1.0mg/L6-BA和0.2 mg/L NAA,增殖效果最好,增殖系数达11.73;组培苗在1/2 MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L培养基上根诱导效果最好,生根率可达91.1%。     

Somatic embryogenesis in wild relatives of cotton （Gossypium Spp.）

Wild cotton species can contribute a valuable gene pool for agronomically desirable cultivated tetraploid cultivars. In order to exploit diploid cotton a regeneration system is required to achieve transformation based goals. The present studies aimed at optimizing the conditions for regeneration of local varieties as well as wild species of cotton. Different callus induction media were tested with varying concentrations of hormones in which sucrose was used as nutritional source. Different explants （hypocotyls, cotyledon, root） were used to check the regeneration of both local cotton plants and wild relatives using T ＆ G medium, BAP medium, CIM medium, EMMS medium, and cell suspension medium. Different stages of embryogenicity such as early torpedo stage, late torpedo stage, heart stage, globular stage and cotyledonary stage were observed in wild relatives of cotton. The results of this study pave the way for establishing future transformation methods.

Mobile Phone Use in AA Networks: An Exploratory Study

The purpose of this study was to explore the role of mobile phone use for mutual support within social networks of Alcoholic Anonymous (AA). A sample of mobile phone owners and non-owners in AA was surveyed to assess their perceptions and uses of this technology. Mobile phone owners reported very positive perceptions of the technology as a resource for recovery and heavy use of the mobile phone for this purpose. Non-owners also reported positive perceptions of the mobile phone as a resource for recovery and that expense was the primary reason for not using a mobile phone in their recovery efforts. Heuristic, theoretical, and practical implications of the study are included in the discussion.     

疫情防控期间细胞生物学云课堂教学实践与启示——以宁夏医科大学为例

在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,国家教育部提出“停课不停教”“停课不停学”的要求。各大高校均采用了线上授课的方式落实该项要求。宁夏医科大学细胞生物学系依托系部已有的全套细胞生物学慕课及教学云资源与该校的在线学习平台为基础,开设了细胞生物学云课堂。该文对宁夏医科大学开设的细胞生物学云课堂的教学实践与启示进行了总结,以期为今后开展线上线下教学提供可参考的经验。
