长三角城市圈的就业迁移和人力资本差别效应

利用中国第五次人口普查等有关数据,分析长三角城市圈的就业迁移基本态势和人力资本差别效应,其结果表明,就业迁移总体上对长三角人力资本水平具有一定的提升效应,但是,长三角内的迁移与来自长三角外的迁移反映于各城市的人力资本效应具有很大的差别。因此,长三角的人力资本优势既应体现为对海内外各类人才的集聚———吸引力,更应体现为对长三角全体劳动者尤其是外来人员人力资本水平的提升力。

在国内首次引进归纳了形象迁移效应、匹配效应、强势品牌效应、整合传播效应等四大传播效应,并创造性地运用“经典性条件反射”理论,对形象迁移效应进行了解释,藉此希望能对体育赞助的实践提供一定的借鉴。     

Rollback,scissor-like closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean and formation of an orocline: magmatic migration based on a large archive of age data

Tracing the closure of oceans with irregular margins and the formation of an orocline are crucial for understanding plate reconstruction and continental assembly. The eastern Central Asian Orogenic Belt, where the Mongol-Okhotsk orocline is situated, is one of the world''s largest magmatic provinces. Using a large data set of U-Pb zircon ages, we updated the timing of many published igneous rocks, which allowed us to recognize tightly ‘folded’ linear Carboniferous-Jurassic magmatic belts that wrap around the Mongol-Okhotsk suture and their migrations both sutureward and suture-parallel. The new successive magmatic belts reveal a rollback, scissor-like (or zipper-like) closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean that was fundamentally controlled by coeval subduction rollback and rotation of the Siberian and Mongolian-Erguna blocks. This study also demonstrates the complex mechanisms and processes of the closure of an ocean with irregular margins and the formation of a consequent orocline.     

Migrating from ILLiad to Tipasa

Abstract

Tennessee State University was a decade long user of OCLC’s ILLiad platform. 2019 marked the year when the relationship with that system ended as our two interlibrary loan departments migrated to Tipasa, OCLC’s new cloud-based system. The platform change did not stem from dissatisfaction with ILLiad but from being informed that Tipasa would eventually replace ILLiad. This article covers three areas of the implementation: communication, staff training, and outreach. Explained is the communication had between library staff and OCLC representatives, what our participation in online cohort training involved, and included are visuals used to inform our campus about Tipasa.     

Operational and Financial Aspects for Delivering a Consortium Shared LMS - The MITOS Project

The Shared Library Management System (LMS) model is not a new concept. Lately, many libraries consortia have migrated to a shared LMS to reduce their services' total costs. The Hellenic Academic Libraries consortium has implemented a shared LMS service, hosted in a private owned cloud infrastructure for its members during the past years (known as the MITOS project). Recognizing the complexity and significance that joining a shared LMS represents, it is important for librarians and other decision makers to have access to the MITOS experience for operational, technical and financial aspects, during and after the transition.     

成年大鼠心肌细胞分离方法

目的：探讨三种分离成年大鼠心肌细胞的方法。方法：分别应用酶消化法（0．1％的胰蛋白酶和0．1%胶原酶依次消化）、程序冷冻后机械分离法（4℃30min，-20℃30min，-80℃30min，-196℃冻存）、酒精和多聚甲醛固定后机械分离法分离心肌组织获取单个心肌细胞悬液。光镜观察，结合形态学和台盼蓝染色评价心肌细胞。结果：用三种方法新分离的活性心肌细胞比率约70%～80%、杆状、横纹清晰。结论：三种方法均可以对成年大鼠心肌细胞进行良好的分离。     

关于突厥沙钵略可汗迁居内蒙古地区

隋初，佗钵可汗卒 突厥汗国因汗位之争引发了内战，隋文帝乘此北征，沙钵略可汗兵败请和，并迁居漠南白道川，突厥的历史，以及内蒙古地区的历史遂进一个新的发展阶段。     

隋以前陕南汉江流域的人口迁移

陕南汉江流域地区系指现今行政区划上的陕西汉中和安康两地区，不含今商洛地区。这一地区在历史时期是一个地缘关系(尤其是政治地缘关系)十分复杂的区域。这一特点决定了本地区人口的机械运动(人口迁移，合迁入和迁出)是十分频繁和复杂的。同时人口的迁移类型也呈现多样化并在地域空间上呈现出一定的过渡性。     

Master of “Complex and Ambiguous Phenomena”: The ERL’s Role in a Library Service Platform Migration

ABSTRACT

Library Services Platforms (LSPs) offer academic libraries the ability to integrate the management of print and electronic resources in one centralized platform. This article will examine the role of electronic resources librarians (ERLs) in a large-scale, consortial LSP implementation relative to NASIG’s Core Competencies for Electronic Resources Librarians. The speakers, Conor Cote and Kirsten Ostergaard, hail from Montana, where the Treasure State Academic Information and Library Services Consortium, comprised of seventeen academic libraries, is implementing Ex Libris’s Alma LSP in conjunction with the Primo discovery layer. The aim of this presentation and article is to examine how the skills and competencies of an ERL can be leveraged for an effective and minimally disruptive LSP implementation.     

二元结构论人口流动模型的调整与"民工荒"分析

采用“托达罗式的分析方法”,构建了一个劳动力流动的短期模型,分析了对模型产生影响的因素,进而解释当前中国出现的“民工荒”现象,并得出结论。
