情报检索语言的发展方向问题--分类主题一体化新论

对国内外五种著名分类主题一体化词表作了剖析，从新的视角揭示了一体化词表的实质，并根据情报检索语言的发展现状，阐明了分类主题一体化的前景，从而看清情报检索语言的发展方向。

汉语自动分词是计算机中文信息处理中的难题。文章通过对现有分词方法的探讨，指出了汉语自动分词研究未来的发展趋势，即传统文本的有效切分，计算机技术的快速发展，改造书面汉语书写规则。参考文献35。     

语文教学目标陈述的学理与策略

在实际语文教学中,教学目标的陈述普遍存在一定程度的含糊性和随意性。导致这一问题的原因较为复杂,语文教师陈述教学目标缺乏科学理论的指导无疑是其中一个重要原因,因此,从理论上探讨语文教学目标陈述问题十分必要。现代科学心理学有关教学目标陈述的理论主要包括分类分层陈述理论、行为目标理论和行为样品理论。依据这些理论,语文教师在设计教学目标时应该针对学生的语文学习结果分类陈述,针对学生的语文学习过程分层陈述,针对学生的言语行为规范陈述。     

我的小学语文教育研究历程

历经多年的小学语文教改实验研究,在理论与实际相结合的基础上构建了"小学语文教学理论体系",形成了语文教育的基本观点:确定母语教育价值与定位;从语言学,解析"小学语文课程的性质、功能";从语文学科的性质,确定"语文教学发展语言能力、思维能力、思想、情感的发展目标";从汉字、汉语特点,"提升汉字教学的基本理论和方法";从语言学、文学及教学论,提出"读写教学的本真"以及"读写教学的基本原理和方法";从历史经验中,明确"我国的语文教育必须走中国的道路",要在继承传统语文教育基础上,吸取世界先进教学理论,发展我国的语文教育。     

Glocalization and Other Challenges to Cataloging Chinese Continuing Resources

ABSTRACT

Glocalization describes the adaptation of international products around the particularities of a local culture, and extends to areas beyond political campaigns and cultural communication. Chinese continuing resources are effectively influenced by glocalization, which reflects the changing society in China and Chinese overseas communities, as well as the changing practice in Chinese studies all over the world. Glocalization brings unexpected challenges to a library's cataloging service, and a number of issues need to reach our awareness and be solved. We have to face squarely its influence, and look for an appropriate solution in handling Chinese continuing resources under glocalization.     

Search boundaries: human flesh search,privacy law,and internet regulation in China

This research examines privacy law and Human Flesh Search (HFS) on the Chinese Internet. HFS is spontaneous, widely participated search and publication of targeted individuals’ personal information on the Internet. This research sees HFS as an important form of non-institutional information gathering and publication, and argues that the regulation of HFS is not only about privacy but also line-drawing for information collection and dissemination in the digital setting. Therefore, legal instruments and court cases in relation to HFS and online privacy must be assessed as important components of the Chinese state’s Internet regulatory scheme. This research finds that the paired concepts of ‘flexibility and populism,’ key features of legal reform and development in contemporary China, are highly relevant to analyze the growth of digital privacy laws in China. The political-legal authorities’ experimentation and innovation in the development of the law shed important light on how China’s Internet governance adapts to changing circumstances and strives to keep pace with profound social transformations in new technological environments.     

中国剩余定理在曲面拼接中的应用

用计算机代数方法,研究了两个二次曲面的光滑拼接,给出了应用中国剩余定理得到的在两个截面平行的条件下的三次拼接曲面,并且由此得到的拼接曲面还满足超限插值问题.     

推进教师教育课程创新提高未来教师培养质量——兼谈高师汉语言文学专业的课程改革

师范教育是振兴教育的基础,在"优先发展教育,建设人力资源强国"的宏观背景下,加强师范教育的重要意义正在日益得到彰显。目前的高师教师教育仍不能满足中小学教育实际的需要,从课程建设层面,需要推进教师教育的创新:贯彻科学发展观,建立教师教育的长效机制;适应终身学习的需要,实施"一体化"的培养模式。     

试论汉语方言入声的两种处理模式

现代汉语方言入声两类五型,根据调值和韵尾的情况分为四种处理模式。以苏州和长沙为代表的两种处理模式,李荣先生早已做过专门的精辟的论述,毋需多言;以广州话为代表的处理模式,李先生有过讨论但不够详尽,有进一步讨论的必要;以湖口话为代表的处理模式,至今无人问津,在当今入声走向衰亡的大势之下理当做番具体的剖析。     

民初华侨代议权问题探析

依国际惯例,侨民在母国并无单独的代议权;而华侨则不同,他们在中国享有代议权。民国成立后,华侨积极争取代议权,以当时的临时参议院为中心,在议员间展开了华侨代议权问题的讨论。在华侨联合会的努力下,华侨代议权问题终得到解决。华侨代议权的获得促进了中国政府与海外华侨的密切关系。
