考虑到基于2范数的正则化算法存在对结构识别结果过度光滑的效果,提出了基于模态振与L1正则化的损伤识别方法。以—2D简支梁有限元模型为数值算例,比较了使用不同振型数不同损伤程度对损伤识别效果的影响。数值模拟结果表明,对于多损伤工况,当损伤结构的振型数和无损结构的振型数乘积数大于6时,能较好地进行损伤定位,并能对损伤程度给出定性的描述。  相似文献

The Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS) founded by Mahendra Lal Sircar in Calcutta in 1876 was the first large-scale indigenous enterprise in colonial India for the propagation of modern science. The efforts towards the formation of the IACS were marked by a range of ideas and positions which reflected mainstream elite Indian attitudes to western science as also the many paradoxes that the colonial situation imposed on the whole enterprise. The first exposures of the Indian elite to western education had evoked an admiration for modern science, its values, and its infinite possibilities. But the admiration so generated could not run on a momentum of its own because of the limitations of the colonial education system itself. The appreciation of modern science also brought about a soul-searching as to why a civilization with a hoary tradition of science had stagnated. This, in turn, led to vigorous socio-cultural self-criticism aimed at ending what was perceived to be long slumber and degeneration. Science itself was seen as a force for such liberation and the alien colonial government as its chief facilitator. The latter was not too eager to promote science at large. Hence the need for an indigenous initiative. However, the plain existential realities of colonialism dictated that little could be achieved without the support of the government. With all its paradoxes and ironies, the IACS project was yet a grand endeavour, forming a lasting part of the Indian scientific landscape. In fact, given its peculiar circumstances, it would have been very unreal without its paradoxes.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This paper explores the trajectories of six young academics (early-stage researchers) currently active in the context of Swedish academia in two different fields: English Linguistics and Political Science. Through a series of narrative interviews, the analysis investigates the development of their scholarly work, the relationship with their texts, and the negotiation of their position as contributors to their academic field. The paper discusses issues of language attitudinal and ideological nature, emphasising the need to focus on writers, rather than texts. The discussion revolves around the role of access to scholarly networks and to quality publication outlets as some of the key factors in shaping their development as young scholars and enabling opportunities to publish in highly-ranked journals. The goal of the article is to contextualise and problematize the notion of “privilege” that is customarily attributed to L1 English-speaking scholars, and to provide a more nuanced understanding of how young academics tackle the publishing enterprise.  相似文献

用0.2%水杨酸处理1.2%NaCl胁迫下水稻种子,测定其以下几个生理指标,种子的发芽率,发芽势和幼苗中的酯酶,过氧化氢酶以及抗坏血酸的含量,实验结果显示:外源性水杨酸能够相对提高NaCl胁迫下水稻种子萌发后幼苗的过氧化物酶活性和抗坏血酸的含量,同时也能提高水稻种子的发芽率,发芽势,但对酯酶活性影响不大,研究表明水杨酸能提高水稻种子萌发后幼苗的抗盐性,并使水稻种子出苗整齐,一致。  相似文献

A genetic linkage map comprised of 131 loci was constructed with an F2 population derived from an inter-subspecific cross betweenBrassica campestris L. ssp.chinensis cv. ‘aijiaohuang’ and ssp.rapifera cv. ‘qisihai’. The genetic map included 93 RAPD loci, 36 AFLP loci and 2 morphological loci organized into 10 main linkage groups (LGs) and 2 small groups, covering 1810.9cM with average distance between adjacent markers being approximately 13.8cM. The map is suitable for identification of molecular markers linked to important agronomic traits, QTL analysis, and even for marker-assisted selection in breeding programs of Chinese cabbage and turnip. Waste hops are good sources of flavonoids. Extraction of flavonoids from waste hops (SC-CO2 extracted hops) using supercritical fluids technology was investigated. Various temperatures, pressures and concentrations of ethanol (modifier) and the ratio (w/w) of solvent to material were tested in this study. The results of single factor and orthogonal experiments showed that at 50°C, 25 MPa, the ratio of solvent to material (50%), ethanol concentration (80%) resulted in maximum extraction yield flavonoids (7.8 mg/g). HPLC-MS analysis of the extracts indicated that flavonoids obtained were xanthohumol, the principal prenylflavonoid in hops.
