医学期刊伦理审查和违规行为处理策略

【目的】 细化医学期刊伦理相关审查及处理流程,为完善我国医学期刊相关规范提供参考。【方法】 比对出版伦理委员会规范,结合国外相关案例,提出目前国内医学期刊伦理审查存在的问题及相应解决流程。【结果】 国内医学期刊应注意对论文的伦理审批、患者知情同意、保护患者隐私、临床试验注册信息等方面的审查,对作者文中未说明是否获得患者知情同意、未保护患者隐私、未说明是否经过伦理审查等进行相应处理。【结论】 医学期刊编辑规范和完善医学伦理相关审查规定和处理流程,可推进期刊国际化进程。     

University-district partnerships to improve field experiences: Associations with candidate perceptions and performance

Education Preparation Programs (EPPs) are increasingly pressured to demonstrate alignment between program supports and candidates’ outcomes. Using mixed methods, we studied the Early Field Immersion School (EFIS), an effort to improve candidates’ early field experiences. Participants included 171 candidates enrolled in a graduate certificate program and 11 university-based faculty. EFIS candidates spent increased time in early field experiences, yet EFIS was not associated with candidates’ performance at program exit. Although we found that while candidates and faculty alike valued EFIS supports, participation was negatively associated with perceptions of preparedness. We discuss these discrepancies and offer suggestions for ongoing research.     

Guideline.gov: A Database of Clinical Specialty Guidelines

The National Guidelines Clearinghouse (NGC), also known as Guideline.gov, is a database of resources to assist health care providers with a central depository of guidelines for clinical specialty areas in medicine. The database is provided free of charge and is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. The guidelines for treatment are updated regularly, with new guidelines replacing older guidelines every five years. There are hundreds of current guidelines with more added each week. The purpose and goal of NGC is to provide physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, insurance companies, and others in the field of health care with a unified database of the most current, detailed, relevant, and objective clinical practice guidelines.     

复方丹参滴丸治疗早期糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床研究

目的：观察复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病性视网膜病变的治疗效果。方法：收集Ⅰ～Ⅲ期糖尿病视网膜病变患者107例，其中治疗组50例，对照组57例。治疗组服用复方丹参滴丸10粒／次，3次／d，对照组服用维生素B120mg／次、维生素C0．2g／次、维生素E0．1g／次、肌苷片0．2g／次，3次／d，连续用药6个月。观察治疗前后患者视力、视野及跟底血管造影的变化情况。结果：治疗组服药半年后与治疗前相比视力明显提高，P〈0．01；视野灰度值（MD）降低，P〈0．01；眼底微动脉瘤及出血斑数量减少，P〈0．01；两组间治疗后结果比较差异显著。结论：复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病性视网膜病变有明显的治疗作用，较传统复合维生素治疗效果有明显提高。     

蜂毒疗法的理论和实践

近几十年来,世界各国学者对蜂毒及蜂胶、蜂巢、蜂花粉,蜂王桨蜂产品的化学、药理、毒理及临床衣用做了大量的研究工作,证明蜂产品对人体的许多疾病具有独特的治疗效果和良好的保健作用,旦无化学合成药物类似的不良反应,显示出“蜂疗”这一年自然疗法有着可观的前景。“蜂针（蜂毒）疗法”仅是“蜂疗中的一种方法,本文从理论上操讨了蜂针（蜂毒）疗法的医疗基础,又结合蜂疗临床实践提出了蜂针（蜂春）疗法的临床措施。     

Comparing Counseling and Clinical Psychology Practitioners: Similarities and Differences on Theoretical Orientations Revisited

The study compared the theoretical orientation preferences of practitioners of clinical and counseling psychology. A total of 221 participants (110 clinical and 111 counseling) completed a web-based survey. Theoretical orientation preference was assessed using a modified version of the Theoretical Orientation Profile Scale-Revised (TOPS-R; Worthington & Dillon in Measurement and Evaluation in Counseling and Development, 36, 95–105, 2003). MANCOVA results showed that profession, gender, and years of clinical experience were related to choice of theoretical orientation. Counseling psychology practitioners indicated use of the feminist and multicultural orientations significantly more than clinical psychology practitioners. In contrast, clinical practitioners indicated use of the cognitive-behavioural orientation significantly more than counseling practitioners. The implications of these differences are discussed with respect to the training and practice of both clinical and counseling psychology practitioners.     

Using quality enhancement processes to achieve sustainable development and support for sessional staff

Abstract

Consistent with quality enhancement, we report on how we used a continuous improvement cycle to formalise and embed an academic development and support programme for our School’s sessional staff. Key factors in establishing and maintaining the programme included: local change agents supported initially by institutional project funding; School support for key academic and administrative roles; timely access to reports and tools from nationally-funded projects and sessional staff input. Reviewing our approach against national standards highlighted ongoing actions while collaboration with academic developers is critical for advancing our understanding and reviewing our approaches in our continuously changing context.     

微信联合临床技能竞赛在诊断学教学中的应用

目的:探讨微信联合临床技能竞赛在诊断学教学中应用的效果。方法:徐州医科大学2012级影像医学专业2个班级分别作为实验组和对照组,实验组采用微信联合临床技能竞赛教学,对照组采用传统教学。两组采集病史均采用标准化病人。教学结束后,通过考试及问卷调查,统计两种教学成果。结果:实验组成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学生在提高学习兴趣、自学能力、分析解决问题能力、沟通能力等方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信联合临床技能竞赛进行诊断学教学的方法对比传统教学优势明显。
