高职院校《兽医临床诊断技术》实践教学改革探索

《兽医临床诊断技术》是高职院校畜牧兽医专业的一门重要的专业基础课。高职院校《兽医临床诊断技术》在实践教学中存在着校内外实训基地不足、实践性教学环节实践性不强等问题。调整实践教学大纲、加强实训基地建设、改革教学方法和考核方式,以提高高职院校《兽医临床诊断技术》实践教学效果。     

高职“诊所式”法律教育课程体系的构建

诊所式法律教育在普通高等院校的引入已取得了良好的教学效果与社会效果,而在高职法律教育中却鲜有问津。因此,结合高职法律专业学生的就业导向,探讨诊所式法律教育在高职法律教育实践环节中的借鉴很有必要。     

Maltreatment type,exposure characteristics,and mental health outcomes among clinic referred trauma-exposed youth

Building upon prior research documenting differential effects of psychological maltreatment, physical, and sexual abuse on youth mental health outcomes (Spinazzola et al., 2014), the present study sought to clarify the relative predictive contributions of type of maltreatment compared to salient exposure characteristics. The sample included 5058 clinic-referred youth from the Core Dataset (CDS) of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) with lifetime histories of exposure to one or more of three specific types of maltreatment: psychological maltreatment (PM), physical abuse (PA), and sexual abuse (SA). First, we examined variations in salient trauma characteristics (age of onset, duration of exposure, number of co-occurring trauma types, and perpetrator type and number) by maltreatment group. Second, we examined whether type of maltreatment remained associated with mental health measures after adjusting for demographic variables and trauma characteristics. Profiles for youth with PM were more severe than youth who experienced either PA or SA only. Co-occurring PM and PA was associated with the most severe trauma exposure profile and with severity of PTSD symptoms, even after adjusting for demographic and trauma characteristics. Youth exposed to SA only had a distinct trauma profile and greater PTSD symptom severity after adjusting for demographic and trauma characteristic variables. Study findings hold important implications for trauma screening, assessment, and intervention, as well as for traumatic stress research methods that extend beyond abuse-specific or cumulative-risk approaches.

丹栀逍遥散配合心理干预治疗艾滋病抑郁症60例临床观察

目的:探讨和研究丹栀逍遥散配合心理干预治疗艾滋病抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法:采用口服丹栀逍遥散治疗30例,并予应用HARRT药物和常规对症治疗的30例进行对照观察,两组疗程均为8周。结果:两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但两组治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD量表)评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗后的治疗组评分低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:治疗艾滋病抑郁症应用丹栀逍遥散配合心理干预有良好的疗效。     

对医学院校后期教学中临床思维培养的思考

临床实习是培养合格临床医师的重要阶段,是培养医学生向临床医生过渡转变的重要过程,文章通过对临床思维的重要性以及医学生临床思维存在误区分析,对在后期临床教学过程中如何引导、启发和指导医学生建立科学合理的临床思维进行了探索。     

青光眼的针灸研究近况

综述介绍了2000年以来针灸治疗青光眼的临床和实验研究进展。内容涉及针刺取穴、各种针灸治疗方法,实验进展证实了针灸对青光眼的作用机制,为今后的临床和实验研究提供参考。     

尿液蛋白质组学分析技术在运动训练中的应用

对运动性蛋白尿的产生机制和影响因素、运用尿蛋白监控运动训练的现状和不足进行文献综述,展望了尿液蛋白质组学研究在运动训练中的应用前景,以期为尿液蛋白质组学研究在运动训练中的应用提供思路。     

New developments in small molecular compounds for anti-hepatitis C virus (HCV) therapy

Infection with hepatitis C virus (HCV) affects approximately 170 million people worldwide. However, no vaccine or immunoglobulin is currently available for the prevention of HCV infection. The standard of care (SOC) involving pegylated interferon-α (PEG-IFN α) plus ribavirin (RBV) for 48 weeks results in a sustained virologic response in less than 50% of patients with chronic hepatitis C genotype 1, the most prevalent type of HCV in North America and Europe. Recently, reliable in vitro culture systems have been developed for accelerating antiviral therapy research, and many new specifically targeted antiviral therapies for hepatitis C (STAT-C) and treatment strategies are being evaluated in clinical trials. These new antiviral agents are expected to improve present treatment significantly and may potentially shorten treatment duration. The aim of this review is to summarize the current developments in new anti-HCV drugs.     

远程临床医学技能培训的实现

目前医学教育中的临床技能培养存在要求高、难度大、实践机会少等问题。虚拟现实、视音频、多媒体及计算机网络等技术的发展,为临床医学技能培养提供了一条新的途径。基于新疆生产建设兵团医疗现状和发展规划构建的远程医学临床技能培训平台,就远程教育与医学教育的结合进行探索,依托优质医学资源,利用卫星网络、互联网络和VPN专网以及现代信息技术,实现远程医学教育、协同诊断、手术观摩、三维虚拟手术实验等功能,缩短了医学院学生、各类医务人员从理论学习到临床具体操作的时间,提升了整体的临床技能综合水平。
