学术期刊体制改革背景下的《办法》热议述要

包括高校学报在内的学术期刊,长期深陷于体制性、结构性矛盾的重围之中,改革势在必行,已成学界共识。但国家新闻出版总署《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》的横空出世,却在期刊界、学术界产生了强烈反响,如潮热议至今未止。学者们主要围绕《办法》存在的纰漏、实施后可能产生的影响和出现的问题等,进行了多角度、全方位、立体式探讨。笔者对诸多观点进行概括性梳理与综合性解析,试图为进一步的研究提供参考。     

《日本灵异记》对中国文学的接受——以儒学典故“轩辕黄帝之阴阳术”的考释为中心

《日本灵异记》是日本文学史上第一部佛教说话集,其中引用了大量的中国儒学典故。不过,先行研究中并没有指出其中某些中国元素的出典,也没有考察借用的意义,更没有在此基础上分析作者对中国文学吸收和改造的方法。本文以"轩辕黄帝之阴阳术"为考察对象,考证出其应出自中国史书《史记》,认为作者景戒将《史记》中关于"轩辕黄帝"与"阴阳术"浓缩成一语,并将其与佛教人物和因果报应相比附,实现儒学向佛教的转化。     

简朝亮的诗歌分期及其特点

一方面,敏锐的时序感使简朝亮在诗文作品中比较清晰地体现其“读书——科举”、拜师问道、开馆授徒、闭门著述的学者一生。另一方面,张子沂等门人注意以时间为序编纂《读书堂集》。因此,简朝亮的诗作有一清晰的分期。     

我国高校图书馆馆藏结构的变化对图书馆教育职能的影响及其对策

由于图书和期刊的持续涨价和购书经费的严重不足,高校图书馆普遍采取“压书保刊”和“减少复本,增加品种”的馆藏资源建设方针,此外高校在管理实践中大量引入量化管理措施,这使得高校图书馆馆藏结构发生着微妙的变化。这种变化弱化了高校图书馆的教育职能,影响了高校的教育质量,应引起图书馆界的高度重视。参考文献9。

福建官府刻印的《武英殿聚珍版丛书》,承自内府《武英殿聚珍版》,且予以翻刻,广东广雅书局又据以翻刻流传,使《武英殿聚珍版丛书》得以提供学者利用.在保存文献与推广流传上,福建《武英殿聚珍版丛书》占有重要的角色.《武英殿聚珍版丛书》得以传播,与福建各地方官吏重视文教与支持刻书事业密不可分.     

Comparison of Alternative Channels in Cross Media Publishing

This paper attempts a direct comparison of the available alternative channels that can be employed in a cross media publishing scheme. More precisely it examines the content, the publishing speed, and the rhythm of the publishing channels. Interesting conclusions are drawn concerning the characteristics of each channel. A new publishing channel is proposed in order to allow newspapers to directly compete with radio and TV channels.

Proactive and Prudent: A Report of a Holistic Cyclical Electronic Resources Review Pilot at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

In 2016, The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Library piloted a cyclical review process for five academic departments. The goal was to go beyond the traditional library portion of a department’s accreditation/program review and holistically assess electronic resources for these departments and provide recommendations for changes when necessary. This article describes the need for this kind of review, the process used to review Engineering and Computer Science resources, suggestions and decisions made as a result of the review, reflections on the experience, and hopes for the future.     

To Lead to Learning,Not to Madness: E-Books and E-Serials at the Library of Congress

ABSTRACT

Building a library’s collection requires more than collecting print materials and shelving them in the stacks. The growth of e-books and e-serials over the past decade has been phenomenal. Given the scope of its collection building, the Library of Congress (LOC) has been required to actively pursue the acquisition and management of e-books and e-serials in its permanent collection. This article surveys how the LOC has taken advantage of existing structures and how it has pursued new paths to succeed in this undertaking. Finally, it lays out some of the outstanding problems that the LOC faces as it attempts to build a digital equivalent to its print collection.
