英汉人称指示语先用现象对比及其翻译

指示语作为语用学研究的一个重要课题,一直受到语言学家们的重视.本文旨在分析人称指示语的先用现象及其派生的反先用现象在英汉语中的异同点,并应用可及性理论对其进行解释,进而分析此类现象在英汉及汉英互译过程中的作用.     

国俗词语的英汉互译

根据国俗词语的语义、语用和文化特点,从大量例子中分析归纳出国俗词语在英汉互译中的基本方法,试图寻找出国俗词语在英汉互译中的规律.     

对It Doesn＇t Matter非自然意义表达的分析

一次以19名以英语为母语的使用者为对象，围绕“It doesn’t matter”的意义的问卷调查表明，被调查者在使用这一句子表达其自然意义的同时，也用语气的变化、根据不同语境，传达了超越字面意义的、隐含的非自然意义。调查也发现，这一用法往往会被以英语为外语的使用者所忽视，并在实际会话中误解、误用，这一现象应引起以英语为外语的使用者的格外注意。     

论"全球化"语境下中国乡土文学写作

"全球化"时代的到来对中国文学产生了极大的影响,而乡土文学更是面临严峻挑战.资本的无孔不入和消费主义、读图时代的到来,使得传统的人文学科经历前所未有的冲击;市场经济蓬勃发展,城市化进程高歌猛进,倾诉欲望、书写城市自然也成了这个时代文学写作的主题."乡土文学"的创作,在整个20世纪可以说实绩斐然、影响深远、意义重大,也造就了一大批知名的作家,但在崭新的"全球化"语境下,乡土文学却逐渐变得失语,遭遇到前所未有的困境.这种困境体现在两方面:一天受大气候、大环境的影响,乡土文学受到读者的冷遇;另一就是作家们和正在变化中的乡村是隔膜的,写不出真正反映农村变革的好作品.全球一体化进程的加快并不意味着乡土文学已没了存在的必要和发展的可能,关键是,作家们要顺应时代,不断调整自己,寻求乡土文学创作更广阔的空间,以全新的文学品格来应对挑战,促进社会和谐发展.     

语境与言语交际

语言的运用离不开语境,语境对交际中话语的理解起着关键的作用。本文首先探讨了国内外语言学界对语境概念的界定和语境研究的情况;接着通过举例论述了语境在言语交际中的作用以及语境对言语交际的制约。     

On the role of context in business process management

Business Process Management (BPM) has proven successful to help organizations improve and innovate, and its application has grown in scope and context. One essential problem related to this development is that the BPM body of knowledge does not account for a broader variety of business contexts. On the contrary, most approaches, methods, or models in BPM suggest one way forward, and we recognize that BPM projects following a one-size-fits-all approach are prone to fail, since they do not sufficiently consider situational requirements. In this viewpoint article, we argue that BPM needs to be contextual in order for projects to be most efficient and effective. We observe a lack of research on how to identify and characterize business contexts relevant for tailoring the right BPM approach. Therefore, we examine contextual factors that influence BPM and propose a framework to identify the context in which BPM is applied. We define context in BPM as situational factors related to goal-, process-, organization-, and environment-dimensions. Our viewpoint article not only creates awareness for contextual BPM, it also intends to stimulate research on the role of context in BPM and to help practitioners better understand the specific business context in which BPM initiatives are applied.     

Teacher self-efficacy and self-reported cognitive activation and classroom management: A multilevel perspective on the role of school characteristics

In the present study, we consider teachers' self-efficacy as indicator for teacher motivation on the teacher level and at the school-level. We examine the interplay of teachers' individual self-efficacy (subscales classroom management and instruction) with school-level efficacy and more-external school characteristics (collaboration, instructional leadership, and participation) when predicting teachers' self-reported cognitive activation and classroom management. Austrian TALIS 2018 data from 4255 teachers at 246 schools were analyzed. Multilevel analyses revealed relationships between teachers' self-efficacy and self-reported cognitive activation and classroom management both, at the teacher and school levels. For self-reported cognitive activation, no significant context effect or cross-level interaction was found. Classroom management differed depending on whether a teacher was situated in a low- or a high-efficacy school (context effect). Also, teacher collaboration moderated the association of teachers’ self-efficacy and their self-reported classroom management (cross-level interaction). The findings indicate the importance of addressing the school context when investigating teacher self-efficacy.

多媒体技术让英语教学"动"起来

随着我国教育由应试教育走向素质教育，课堂教学作为教学改革的最重要环节也越来越受到重视，从教学手段上看，多媒体技术对课堂教学特别是英语课堂教学的优化作用也日趋明显。     

语境动态处理的心理机制及其现实意义

语用学的语境研究既重视对语言的静态、稳定的研究，也重视对语言的动态、变化的研究，一方面人对交际语境施加能动影响，使语境的不稳定呈现更多的主观特征；另一方面语境具有自生功能，语言本身使语境的语用解释作用更加细微。语境的动态观给语言教学提供了更多的可能。
