关于我国高校篮球赛事传播的若干思考

运用传播学的基本原理,分析了我国高校篮球赛事传播的内容与途径以及当前传播的状况,提出一些建议,希望能为高校有关部门进行篮球赛事的传播与发展高校篮球运动提供参考。     

新公共服务理论对我国政府在社区体育管理中职能定位的启示

从新公共服务理论的视角,对服务型政府构建背景下的政府在社区体育管理中的职能定位进行了探讨。发现当前政府在社区体育管理中存在职能垄断和多重角色、公共体育产品供给不足、抑制公民参与和忽视公共利益等问题。得出了新公共服务理论对我国政府在社区体育管理中职能定位的启示:转变政府职能,建立多元责任观的价值取向;尊重社区公民的体育权利,以公民的利益为核心;在思想上要具有战略性,行动上要具有民主性。     

时尚、轻松的沟通艺术——浅析涂鸦广告

涂鸦是目前流行于世界时尚设计圈的一种艺术形式,并且以其特有的内涵在一定程度上引领着时尚潮流。在广告领域,涂鸦这种艺术形式也越来越多的被采用。本文就涂鸦广告出现的社会意义和涂鸦广告在与消费者沟通方面的独特魅力作了一些分析。     

“I Think About It All The Time”: A 12-Year-Old Girl’s Internal Crisis With Racism and the Effects on her Mental Health

I conducted an ethnographic study, situated within the conceptual framework of Critical Race Theory, which illustrates one child’s experiences with racism. The study was conducted in an urban after-school program, and explores issues of racism in both the school and community settings. Utilizing the storytelling aspect of Critical Race Theory, I explore the racial experiences of a 12-year-old African-American girl, and the dichotomous emotions of sadness and anger that emerge. I describe the risk to this child’s emotional well-being, and suggest a need within the mental health field to create a framework to deal with the trauma caused by racism. Amy L. 古代彝族“诗骨论”——我国少数民族文学理论的一项创举

南北朝时期的彝族学者举奢哲与阿买妮,创建了彝族成体系的古代文艺理论,其中包括“诗骨论”。在后来上千年的时间里,又有多位彝族学者,对“诗骨论”在继承的基础上进一步丰富与完善,使之成为彝族古代文艺理论与美学思想的重要组成部分,也成就了我国古代文艺理论中一个具有少数民族特色的内容。     

Cultural Diplomacy,Branding and the American Film Institute's Project: 20/20

The Global Cultural Initiative (GCI) was a flagship cultural diplomacy effort introduced by the Bush Administration in the mid-2000s; one project of this initiative was the American Film Institute's Project: 20/20, a program of 19 films from five continents scheduled to tour the United States and abroad. This paper is a historical exploration into how the Bush Administration reconstructed American identity and culture through framing, and how that framing was embedded within cultural diplomacy initiatives like the GCI. This paper contributes to an understanding of how intercultural dialogue is often based on key messages and constructed ideas.     

基于nRF401/nRF403的公交车电子候车牌设计

论述了公交车电子候车牌的工作原理，设计出一种可行的设计方案，它是由一台PC机、多个无线收发模块及以单片机为核心的显示电路构成的一个局部无线网络。论述了单片机与无线收发模块的硬件接口设计，点对多点无线通信协议的编写，点对多点无线通信系统的软件设计，并对该系统的实现原理和主机端模拟行车路径进行初步论述。     

模糊逻辑在下一代通信网络接入控制设计中的应用

研究了智能技术中的模糊逻辑在下一代OFDM通信网络接入控制中的应用,分析比较了几种典型的呼叫接入控制法在不同的数据及会话类业务及不同业务强度的情况下的阻塞率。仿真分析表明模糊逻辑接入控制法与基于门限法及基于队列信息接入控制法相比,具有更高的带宽利用率。     

基于移动通信的老人摔倒定位报警腰带系统的研制

本文利用ARM单片机为核心,设计了一个基于移动通信网络的老人摔倒定位报警腰带系统。该系统实现了当老人摔倒后立即向监护人远程报警、同时发送定位信息并开启现场录音功能。监护人也可根据需要提取老人定位信息,控制语音报警系统的开关,全程录制老人运动轨迹等,便于对老人日常活动的监护。该系统已成功完成了软硬件联调测试,能提供摔倒检测、定位、录像、录音、语音报警、远程通信等功能。     

刍议"以德治国"

江泽民同志提出的“以德治国”思想是指把道德作为管理国家、调控社会的手段,来指导国家各项方针、政策的创制、实施和执行。它的提出,是对历史上“德治”思想的总结与提升,并有其丰富的理论和现实基础;民主的道德性理论、政治社会化理论、治国方略理论和德法辩证关系等。当然,在实施“以德治国”的过程中,我们还必须处理好以下几个方面的问题;坚持邓小平理论的指导、营造舆论文化环境、加强道德教育和加强党的领导等。
