浅析台湾电子书平台的运营特色和创新实践--以台湾电子书店Readmoo平台为例

电子书产业是信息社会中涌现出来的新兴业态,近些年来展现出巨大的发展潜力,台湾地区由于市场规模小,资源紧缺,往往难以实现产业发展中的规模效应。针对这一现状,台湾电子书平台在运营中另辟蹊径,以“创新性”“体验性”和“社交性”为发展方向,致力于丰富电子出版物的内容,提升平台的服务质量,培养读者的阅读兴趣,在实践中不断壮大电子出版市场。本文以台湾地区电子书城Readmoo平台的经营经验为例,深入分析台湾电子书平台的创新实践和运营哲学。

文献梳理、适切性分析与路径选择:信息化教学类比赛促进职校教师专业发展研究

在国家积极推动教育信息化的时代背景下,信息化教学类比赛为职校教师的专业发展提供了新的路径选择。在文献梳理的基础上,厘清了教师专业发展的三个维度以及技术(特别是信息技术)促进教师专业发展的相关理论,指出了信息化教学类比赛促进职校教师专业发展是具有坚实理论支撑的,分析了信息化教学类比赛与职校教师专业发展所具有的适切性。结合信息化教学类比赛的实际案例,提出了信息化教学类比赛促进职校教师专业发展的路径:研学比赛文件、微课育人及利用网络构建学习共同体。     

基于学习共同体的中小学生学习心理机制及有效教学策略

学习共同体的学习方式有别于传统的教师主讲式的课堂授课形式。学习共同体特别强调"师-生"之间,"生-生"之间缔结一个相互联系、相互制约、彼此促进的共同体来完成学生的学习活动。基于学习共同体的中小学生学习心理机制是一种主动建构、信息加工的过程,即:"1.输入信息、注意保持、认知观念;2.加工信息、内化知识、建构系统;3.改组经验、解决问题、生成能力"。学习共同体旨在教师引导下,让学生通过自主探究、小组讨论、合作分享、获得知识、生成能力。教师实施有效的教学策略,充分发挥学习共同体的功能,会促进培养中小学生的核心素养,提升学生分析问题解决问题能力。     

在数学课堂教学中学生创新能力的培养

创新能力是现代社会对人才的基本要求;数学是中小学阶段培养学生创新能力的特殊而重要的学科。文章从创新性的结构,即非智力因素和智力因素两个方面,探讨如何通过数学课堂教学培养学生创新能力。     

Motivational factors for youth recruitment in voluntary interventions: the case of a community sport program

Recruitment is known to be a challenge for intervention programs targeting youths, including sports programs. Following the popularity of the Alter-Action program of the Montreal-based organization DesÉquilibres, we wanted to understand the motivations and barriers to youths' recruitment in this voluntary sports community program. A qualitative methodology was favored. We conducted 27 semi-structured interviews (n = 27) with participants, 5 (n = 5) with the partners, and we carried out a focus group with 5 (n = 5) of the organization's service practitioners. We also conducted a participant observation with youth cohorts and during preparatory meetings. Five factors influencing recruitment emerged: (1) socialization/belonging; (2) training/physical aspects; (3) ‘extraordinary’ dimension; (4) practicality of the program; and (5) social influences. Four key elements thus appear important to consider when promoting the recruitment of youths in voluntary community programs: (1) favoring social interactions; (2) insisting on the specific and beneficial elements of the program; (3) allowing youths to experiment a trial period; and (4) including testimonies of former participants in the information session. Further recommendations for psychosocial intervention programs targeting youths are discussed in this article.     

Exposing the dark side,an exploration of the influence social capital has upon parental sports volunteers

This study explored the influence social capital had over parental sports volunteers who are considered to be of paramount importance in the delivery of UK sports initiatives. A review of the relevant literature identifies and discusses the complexities within the debate to define social capital while human and cultural capital emerge as an essential element in the production of parental volunteers’ ability to access opportunities through a process of bonding or bridging social networks. This study used a grounded research focused on the use of semi-structured interviews and research diaries with (n = 8) study participants. The results from this study, which were analysed through a Bourdieuan perspective, suggested the process that recruits parental volunteers is exclusive; furthermore, the results show the insidious presences of the dark side of social capital, which affected the respondents by reinforcing exclusive ties and identities, which was found to exclude outsiders while reproducing a dominant social hierarchy. The paper concludes by considering the implications of the study for future practical and academic applications of social capital production within sports volunteerism.     

Applying the integrated developmental model to korean supervisees

This study examined the effects of the age, gender, education, and counseling experience of Korean supervisees on their self-and-other awareness, motivation, and autonomy: the three structures of the Integrated Developmental Model of supervision (Stoltenberg & Delworth, 1987). All three structures of the IDM had positive relationships with age, education, and counseling experience but the effects of education on motivation were not statistically significant. Gender had no effect on the relationships between the three structures of the IDM and age, education, or counseling experience. The results provide additional support for the IDM for ethnic Korean supervisees and suggest the potential applicability of the IDM to Korean supervisees.
