《武警专业教师教育技术能力规范》研究

随着各类人员教育技术标准的不断修订和完善,具有武警部队特色的专业教师教育技术能力规范的制定已成必然。通过广泛调研和长期实践探索,明确了制定规范的意义,提出了基本规范和实施办法,为现代教育技术在武警专业教育中的有效运用提供了依据。     

基于胜任力导向的高职人力资源管理课程教学法体系的构建

基于心理学家大卫·C·麦克利兰提出胜任力以及借鉴加拿大教育家提出的CBE职业技术教育模式,提出人力资源管理内容模块化,采取案例教学、情景模拟教学、多媒体教学、实践教学等手段构成的教学法体系,实现对学生职业胜任力的培养。     

Constructing competence: an analysis of student participation in the activity systems of mathematics classrooms

This paper investigates the construction of systems of competence in two middle school mathematics classrooms. Drawing on analyses of discourse from videotaped classroom sessions, this paper documents the ways that agency and accountability were distributed in the classrooms through interactions between the teachers and students as they worked on mathematical content. In doing so, we problematize the assumption that competencies are simply attributes of individuals that can be externally defined. Instead, we propose a concept of individual competence as an attribute of a person's participation in an activity system such as a classroom. In this perspective, what counts as “competent” gets constructed in particular classrooms, and can therefore look very different from setting to setting. The implications of the ways that competence can be defined are discussed in terms of future research and equitable learning outcomes.

School readiness and pedagogies of Competence and Performance: theorising the troubled relationship between early years and early years policy

School readiness is currently a strong focus for education policy in England. However, understanding what it means to be ready for school, and how this is reflected in policy and enacted in practice, are sites of contention. This paper explores the genesis of the current disparity in understandings in the context of the English education system. A comparison of discourses reveals how early years is informed by distinctly different discourses which, transformed into practice, require different pedagogical approaches. This disparity is theorised within Bernstein’s Pedagogic Device and Pedagogies of Competence and Performance (Bernstein, B. 2000. Pedagogy, Symbolic Control and Identity. Theory, Research, Critique. London: Rowman and Littlefield.). This provides a theoretical framework which enables articulation of how these discourses are transformed into practice and the resulting pedagogical practices which are shown to be distinctly different. The paper outlines how a politically driven change in discourse has resulted in enforced pedagogical change in early years, and considers whether this is likely to achieve the stated aim of enabling all children to be ready for school. The implications for policy and practice are discussed.     

网络环境下编目工作的核心能力及其构建

编目工作的核心能力主要体现在通过联机合作编目实现书目数据资源共享、书目数据标准化与规范化控制、整合纸本资源和数字资源以及对网上信息资源进行编目三个方面。编目工作在受到内外环境变化挑战的情况下,应通过四条途径保持和提升核心能力:更新编目工作理念、变革编目工作的组织管理;重视规范控制工作、推进书目标准化;整合各种资源、增强OPAC的服务功能;加强编目人员核心能力。     

学科馆员绩效考评新探索

在回顾胜任素质模型和“熵”相关研究成果的基础上,构建基于胜任素质的学科馆员绩效考评指标体系,利用熵和熵权确定评价指标的客观权重,在主观打分的基础上用客观定量方法对学科馆员进行绩效考评,并通过实例应用验证了该方法的有效性和实用性,从而有效实现对学科馆员绩效的综合评价。参考文献10。     

融合视角下信息技术促进文化教学的研究综述

文化教学是外语教学中培养学生跨文化交际能力的重要途径。信息时代的文化教学,要充分利用信息技术实现技术与教学的双向深度融合。通过对信息技术在文化教学中应用研究的梳理,发现了一条体现信息技术进入课堂并变革文化教学的生命周期路线,即技术作为媒体到技术作为认知工具再到技术与模式的整合。信息技术在文化教学中的应用还需要在以下三个方面做出探索：基于泛在学习技术的文化教学模式研究、整合移动学习技术的文化教学模式研究、增强现实技术在文化教学中的应用研究。     

新时期欧盟创业教育发展策略

迈入新的历史发展阶段,面对当前的经济局势与未来发展需求,2013年,欧盟通过《2020创业行动计划》提出了系统的创业教育行动战略。该行动计划强调终身创业能力培育的发展走向,从欧盟与成员国两个层面制定了基础教育与高等教育两个阶段的创业教育规划,提出为不同人群制定创业教育服务,为欧盟成员国未来几年创业教育体系建设指明了方向。     

Cross-Cultural Adaptation of Hispanic Youth: A Study of Communication Patterns,Functional Fitness,and Psychological Health

This study examined the role of communication in the adaptation of Hispanic youth to the dominant cultural values and practices embodied in US American public schools. Seven hypotheses predicted positive interrelationships among four theoretical constructs identified in Y. Y. Kim's integrative theory of communication and cross-cultural adaptation: host communication competence, host interpersonal communication, psychological health, and functional fitness. Structured, closed-ended questions were administered in face-to-face interviews with 112 Hispanic adolescents in the upper Midwestern United States. Structural equation modeling results supported all seven hypotheses, indicating Hispanic youth with greater host communication competence were more actively engaged in host interpersonal communication and enjoyed greater psychological health and functional fitness with respect to US public schools and the larger US society.
