风险投资或自我积累——初创期企业的融资策略选择

本讨论了创业企业在创立初期所普遍面临的决策问题：采用风险投资还是通过自我积累来获取发展所需资金。章采用理论模型和实际案例相结合的方式，重点分析了风险投资环境、企业核心能力柔性、团队融资能力以及融资中介等因素对创业企业资金获取方式决策的影响。章最后得出结论，认为在融资环境和条件不佳的情况下，具有较高核心能力柔性的创业企业应该选择自我积累的方式来保证企业的生存和发展。     

以“六个整合”打造就业能力——校企合作提升高职生就业能力新探

就业能力是一种与职业相关的综合能力,校企合作是提高高职生就业能力的关键,但目前通过校企合作提高就业能力还存在不少问题。本文分析了校企合作培养高职生就业能力的现状,然后从校企合作的视角提出了打造高职生就业能力的新途径。     

Self-concept, motivation, and competence among preschoolers from maltreating and comparison families

Maltreated children are at risk for impaired cognitive and school functioning. In this study, the role that home environment, self-concept, and mastery motivation play in this relation was investigated. Thirty-six preschool children and their mothers, representing three family backgrounds (12 low-income maltreating, 12 low-income comparison, 12 middle-income comparison), were assessed in a preschool/home study. Children from maltreating families scored lower than their peers on several measures of cognitive and physical competence and on ratings of motivation. At the same time, these children significantly overrated their physical competence, and self-ratings of competence and acceptance tended to be higher (and less realistic) than those of their low-income peers. An overall difference in developmental quality of the home environment of maltreating families was largely accounted for by socioeconomic status (SES), but the tendency of these homes to be less clean and safe remained significant even after SES was controlled. Various aspects of the home environment were associated with superior task performance, but not with motivation or self-perceptions. Whereas the general home environment may affect competence, relationship factors implicated in maltreatment may be more important in shaping self-concept and motivation.     

应对数字社会挑战：数字智商及其在线教育体系

每一次新技术引发的工业革命,不但会带来社会和经济体系的结构性变化,也会激发出适应各社会发展阶段的新的智力形式。随着全球化发展和数字技术的渗透,个体间联系变得越来越紧密,数字智商(Digital Intelligence Quotient,DQ)成为个人成功和社会福祉的关键。数字智商是一系列综合技术、认知、元认知和社会情感的复杂能力,是建立在道德价值观基础上、使个人能够面对数字生活的挑战并适应其需求的一种能力素养的表征,涵盖数字公民、数字创造者和数字竞争者三个层次,涉及数字身份、数字使用、数字安全、数字保护、数字情商、数字交流、数字素养和数字权利八大领域24项能力。目前国际上有关数字智商尤其是青少年数字智商的研究刚刚起步,系统的数字智商教育与测评体系并不多见。DQ World是一个已获得联合国教科文组织两个奖项认可的在线教育平台。它通过学习模块、反馈模块、防范模块和保护模块四个环节形成链条来帮助儿童发展数字智商、规避网络风险,其系统架构设计值得我们借鉴。为推动数字智商教育的本土化实施、促进学生数字化成长,我国应注重发展基于数字智商的核心素养、开发适应我国国情的数字智商测评指标、促进数字智商与学科教学融合。

21世纪的到来,素质教育的全面推进,学校体育面临新挑战．为迎接新挑战,本提出了;更新学校体育指导思想：分层次确立体育教学目标：重新认识和构建学生在学校体育与体育教学中的主体地位;重新审视体育教学中“三基”;现代化手段应广泛用于体育教学之中。培养新型的体育师资队伍是迎接挑战的主力军等对策思考．     

高考综合能力测试利大于弊

在文理大综合的基础上,2000年在广东率先执行综合能力测试．而后在河南、江苏、辽宁、广西等省市推行,随着试行范围的扩大．来自各方面的意见也日显突出．笔者经过多年的实践认为综合能力测试利大于弊。     

Competence in educational theory and practice: a critical discussion

This paper first provides a brief overview of the history and current usage of the concept of competence in academic research, and then undertakes a critical discussion of how the term is currently used in educational policy. The running example used throughout the paper is competence in foreign language learning. The PISA study is discussed to demonstrate how the concept of competence has come to prominence in the international discourse on education in recent years. Following this, particular attention is given to the situation in Germany where there has been a shift towards competence as an aim of teaching in recent years, coupled with an increased focus on standards and accountability. The relationship between competence and standards is examined critically, since some authors appear to use the two interchangeably whether or not this is justified. Finally, the Common European Framework for Languages (CEFR) and a German curriculum document are examined critically with regard to their use of the concept of competence.     

能力本位与启发心智的教学原则

本根据“能力为本”的教学理念,论述心智技能在学生能力结构中的关键性作用,提出职业技术教育在注重培养学生动手技能的同时,要关注学生心智技能的开发,提高学生的学习能力。发展创造性应用能力,同时阐述如何用“启发性”教学来实践这一理念。章认为,智力技能作为心智活动方式,对提高思维能力和学习效率,从而也更好的习得和 灵活运用运作技能具有重要意义。“能力本位”通过“启发性”去实现。但“启发性”不是一种固定的教学方法,它是通过师生的双边互动来激发学生学习兴趣,引起思维活动,提高心智技能,从而培养能力的教学思想。

根据教学实践经验介绍了一种提高英语听力水平的新方法－－听写英语新闻广播VOA and BBC。阐述了如何通过听写英语新闻提高综合运用听力技巧的能力，从而提高学生的听力水平。通过与听力教材对比，提出了使用英语新闻作为听力材料的趣味性和有效性。
