在演奏管弦乐队协奏曲总谱改编的钢琴谱时,应当具备对文本（乐谱）的分析能力。而当以钢琴替代乐队时,钢琴协奏者实际上就承担着双重的责任：演奏者、指挥者。对此,钢琴协奏者必须有明确的认识,建立起积极而非被动的协作意识。具备理性的分析和认识是第一步,但毕竟协奏曲钢琴部分的演奏与钢琴独奏有相当明显的区别,因此,在演奏理念和演奏技巧上也要作相应的调节。

教育心理学中将“一种学习对另一种学习产生影响”称之为“学习迁移”.在形成和掌握各种运动技能过程中,先前学过的动作和现在学的某些动作往往会发生相互起促进作用的,叫正迁移(简称迁移);起消极、干扰作用的,叫负迁移(干扰).高校体育教学工作的安排,应尽可能促进正迁移的实现,避兔、防止和消除负迁移的消极影响,并科学地安排教学进度.本文主要从动作技能的迁移;知识的迁移;态度的迁移;合理运用迁移作用的条件等几个方而,来探讨迁移规律在高校体育教学过程中的运用.

Skills for work?: From skills development to decent livelihoods in Ghana's rural informal economy

In developing countries, skills development has been neglected. Skills development does not appear in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) or in many poverty reduction strategies and has been side-lined in favour of investment in primary education. However, it is hoped that discussion of skills development in the 2005 Global Monitoring Report and the World Summit in September 2005, will refocus attention on skills. In Ghana, skills development has received too little actual emphasis, despite the rhetoric of the Ghana Poverty Reduction Strategy (2003–2005), the new Growth and Poverty Reduction Strategy (2006–2009), and more than 150 years of preoccupation with making education more relevant to the world of work.     

Mobile internet,skills and structural transformation in Rwanda

This paper examines the relationship between mobile internet, employment and structural transformation in Rwanda. Thanks to its ability to enable access to a wide range of ICT technologies, internet coverage has the potential to affect the dynamics and the composition of employment significantly. To demonstrate this, we have combined GSMA network coverage maps with individual-level information from national population censuses and labour force surveys, creating a district-level dataset of Rwanda that covers the 2002 to 2019 period. Our results show that an increase in mobile internet coverage affects the labour market in two ways. First, by increasing employment opportunities. Second, by contributing to changes in the composition of the labour market. Education, migration and shifts in demand are all instrumental in explaining our findings.

对高职教育教学改革的若干思考

本文就目前高职院校教学改革中的一些做法:有的突出了高职教育的"职业性、应用技能性",而忽视了其"高等教育性";有的突出了高职教育的"高等教育性",而忽视了其"职业性、应用技能性";要么学科体系太强,要么彻底打破理论体系,单纯强调职业性、应用技能性等方面进行了探讨,并提出了改进措施。     

种子质量检验实验教学方法的改革

本文从课前准备、课堂教学和成绩考核三个方面讨论了种子检验实验教学方法的改革,提出以"任务"为抓手,采用仿真检验、设问带疑的方法组织教学,比对法考核学生成绩。以期在实验教学中增强学生实施种子检验工作的能力,提升综合素质。     

高职软件人才在校企合作中三种属性培养的实践与研究

随着软件产业不断成熟,软件企业对能快速适应企业自身要求的特色技能型人才需求欲望越来越强烈,而高职是特色技能人才培养的最主要平台,因此,有必要针对如何在高职院校中培养符合企业实际需求的软件技能人才进行深入研究。文章经过实践与分析将当前软件企业新需求技能人才的特色归纳为三种属性,并就这三种属性在高职软件人才以校企合作模式下培养进行实践探讨。
