Creative Thinking in the Classroom

The article discusses how current changes in the system of reasoning about education in Finland, Iceland and Sweden are characterised by culturally woven patterns where marketisation strategies, for instance budget reform, are introduced as technically effective devices both for educating the best and to increase inclusion. This system of reason presupposes that the neo-liberalist restructuring changes are inevitable global phenomena and that they are a progress compared with the old arrangements, but is silent about socio-economic issues and the equity goals of the 1960s-1980s. The article also argues that school-based self-evaluation as a practice and as a language is a normalising technique that ensures that school actors will identify the obstacles encountered in the restructuring transition so that neither state nor other authorities intervene.     

教育技术专业交互式虚拟实验系统的研发

根据教育技术实验教学现状及现有虚拟实验系统存在的问题,引出开发教育技术虚拟实验系统的必要性。以实现"强交互性"与"高仿真度"为重点目标,以典型虚拟硬件案例"多媒体教室操作平台"及"数码相机"虚拟实验、"windows系统重装"虚拟软件系统为例,探讨了教育技术虚拟实验系统的功能与实现的关键技术,并通过实验教学实践总结其效果与意义。     

基于MATLAB的模糊PID-Smith控制器的设计与仿真

针对工业控制中大惯性、纯滞后、参数时变非线性受控对象难于控制问题,结合Smith预估算法能有效克服纯滞后、模糊控制鲁棒性较强以及PID控制稳态精度高这三者的优点,提出了一种模糊PID-Smith控制器的设计方法,并将其应用于电机网络控制系统中。MATLAB仿真结果表明,新的控制方案与传统的Smith控制器、Fuzzy-PID控制器相比,不仅具有满意的控制性能,而且具有较强鲁棒性和抗干扰性能,稳态精度高,对时变滞后对象具有良好的控制效果。     

一种新的信息系统--语义信息系统

本文提出了一种新的信息系统——语义信息系统,分析它的产生背景、定义、结构和特点,并论述了它与传统的管理信息系统、决策支持系统、竞争情报系统、专家系统的区别。     

JetSpeed平台上的企业信息门户搭建

信息化建设是经济全球化的必然趋势,然而信息化的进程却引发了一个问题:内部信息孤岛的产生导致信息流通速度的降低。企业信息门户(Enterprise Information Portal,EIP)技术的核心思想是使合法用户通过单一接口迅速、快捷地获取所有相关的信息。因此,EIP能有效整合系统资源,使企业在激烈竞争中立于不败之地。     

论我国团体标准化主体边界之认定

团体标准具有促进科技创新等重要作用。在我国有关团体标准的主体制度中，是否要对团体标准化主体的边界以“法人资格”为限制，值得进一步讨论。实践中，存在一定数量的产业技术联盟等社会团体可能未获“法人资格”，但却具备了开展团体标准化活动的专业能力。诚然，无须将“法人资格”作为硬性的准入门槛，而应将“专业能力”作为必备的资格条件，并突出技术组织对团体标准化活动的的支撑作用。继而有必要通过法制化路径引入主体备案制度，为非法人社会团体在标准化领域创造合法空间，从而在一定程度上缓解实际需求与相对严苛的现行法律环境之间的张力。     

基于AHP的高校教师教育技术能力评价指标体系组合权重研究

文章在认真分析《江苏省高校教师教育技术能力指南》基础上,经过归纳建立了高校教师教育技术能力评价指标体系,并应用AHP法(层次分析法)对体系各级指标权重进行了定量研究并给出了一、二级指标的组合权重值。     

How system quality influences mobile BI use: The mediating role of engagement

Despite the recognized value that mobile BI (m-BI) brings to firms, our understanding of the use of m-BI and its determinants are limited. In this study, we suggest that m-BI system quality characteristics may be among the factors that influence m-BI use. Yet, in the information systems (IS) literature there is mixed support for the relationship between system quality and system use at the individual level. Given there is research suggesting that engaged users are an indication of the technology’s success, we believe that ‘engagement’ may be the key to understanding the relationship discrepancy between system quality and use. To address this gap, we conducted a quantitative study of key informants who use m-BI, to understand what the key m-BI capabilities are and other success dimensions perceived as important by users. The results indicate that m-BI system quality attributes affect m-BI use indirectly through engagement, with this finding contributing to understanding of the complexity of IS use in mobile technologies.     

试论大学生的诚信教育

加入WTO以后,信用更加显示出其在道德建设中的基础地位。大学生作为整个社会中知识层次较高、认识能力较强的一个特殊群体,在诚实守信的宣传和落实中具有重要作用。全面提高大学生的诚信水平,不仅是培养合格人才的需要,而且对于社会其它阶层的诚信教育有着示范作用。然而,在现实生活中,大学生却有许多对自己不负责任的现象,随意践踏自己的信用,针对这一问题,本论述了大学生诚信教育的重要性,并对大学生存在的“诚信危机”的根源做了深层次的分析,在此基础上,指出了大学生诚信教育的对策。     

我国行政垄断的立法缺陷及对策

行政垄断严重破坏了市场的统一,妨碍了公平与自由的市场竞争机制的形成和发展,损坏了消费者的合法权益,成为滋生腐败的温床。我国先后制定了《反不正当竞争法》和《反垄断法》等法律,来规制行政垄断。但在行政垄断法律责任制度、反垄断执法机构权力设置、行政垄断造成的损害赔偿制度等方面仍需完善。
