论认知时空对语言时空的二次制约关系

由于人生活在时空范围内,任何言语交际都离不开时空表述ETS(The Verbal Expression of Time&Space),所以时空就成了交际的重要理论问题。但是交际中的"时空"不是笼统的,因为交际中除了"语言时空"外,还有"认知时空"。这两种"时空"不是互不相关的并列关系,而是有密切的制约和被制约关系。由此,我们提出"认知时空"对"语言时空"的四种制约关系:1.语义制约SR(Semantic Restrictions);2.理性制约RR(Rational Restrictions);3.语境制约CtR(Contextual Restrictions);4.历史制约HR(Historical Restrictions)。

从语用学的角度,运用维索尔伦提出的语言顺应理论中的语言选择观,对长篇小说《围城》中的言语幽默进行具体分析,得出如下结论:言语幽默可以出现在语言结构的各个层面,是处于不同意识程度的语言使用者动态地进行语言选择的结果。

在手机短信中,"包袱"是创造幽默效果的一种重要技巧,而它的形成与语言模因变异有着密切的关系。本文从语言模因论的视角出发,分别从语音、词汇和语篇三个层面的模因变异探究手机短信"包袱"的生成,研究发现语言模因论对于手机短信中"包袱"的生成具有很强的解释力。

无论是汉语还是维吾尔语,定中短语都是最重要的短语结构类型之一。文章对汉维语定中短语的各类结构形式进行对比分析,试图找出汉语与维吾尔语定中短语组合的语法规则的异同点。     

动词隐喻的功能及翻译研究

近年来,隐喻研究如火如茶地开展起来。动词隐喻是隐喻的类型之一,全文利用丰富的实例说明,动词隐喻具备修辞功能和美学功能。此外,该研究还分析了动词隐喻的翻译策略：文化形象和联想喻体相同或类似时,尽量采取直译;文化形象和联想喻体不同时,采取意译。     

“If you hit me again,I'll hit you back:” Conflict management strategies of individuals experiencing aggression during conflicts

In interpersonal relationships characterized by aggression, the negotiation of conflict is especially significant. The present study examined the conflict management strategies used by 31 individuals who had experienced verbal and/or physical aggression during conflicts with their partners. Sillars’ (1986) conflict tactics coding system was used as a framework to analyze 960 pages of transcribed data. The results of this deductive content analysis indicated that the participants reported using primarily Distributive conflict strategies. Analytic induction was also used to interpret nonverbal forms of conflict management, revealing three common tactics: crying, nonverbal avoidance, and aggression. Implications for using these conflict strategies in interpersonal relationships characterized by aggression are discussed.

连动句中连动项的语义关系不局限于单纯的先后、方式、目的、因果、补充说明和条件等关系。还有一部分连动句中多种语义关系并存。对这种语言现象的考察分析可以深化对现代汉语连动句的认识。     

Native Language Self-Concept and Reading Self-Concept: Same or Different?

In assessing verbal academic self-concept with preadolescents, researchers have used scales for students’ self-concepts in reading and in their native language interchangeably. The authors conducted 3 studies with German students to test whether reading and German (i.e., native language) self-concepts can be treated as the same or different constructs. Compared with other facets of academic self-concept, reading self-concept was more highly related to reading test scores (Study 1) and German self-concept to German grades (Study 2). In Study 3, reading and general school self-concepts demonstrated similar relations to German grades. The findings of the 3 studies, albeit indirect, supported the specificity matching principle and caution researchers against applying reading and native language self-concept scales uncritically to infer verbal self-concept.
