"北京共识"——中国的软权力

自从美国高盛公司中国顾问雷默提出"北京共识"概念以来引起颇多争议。本文认为,北京共识作为一种过程而不是结果,作为一种独特理念而不是一种模式对提升我国对外软权力是有帮助的,同时也为其他发展中国家提供了另一种可资借鉴的发展路径。     

论邓小平理论的民族文化价值取向

邓小平理论的政治价值取向是马克思主义 ,但它的文化价值取向无疑带有鲜明的民族性 ,是中国民族文化在当代的必然选择 ,是危机关头的忧患情结、处世与思维中的贵中守和的中庸原则、与其它民族关系上的博大容纳精神、政治文化上的民本思想等精神传统的凝点。     

当代文论建构与古代文论定位

中国古代论有其独特的概念、范畴和命题，有其独特的运思和表达方式并自成理论形态，还保有现代价值和影响西方文论的东西，是孕育当代文论在更高水平上突破和发展的母体。中国古代文论要以自己的优势进入当代文论要以自己的优势进入当代文论须要进行现代转换，须要融入世界，此中至为关键的是对西方文论既要取其精华，又要摆脱其支配，另立新论，中国文论的现代化存在于中国文论家的持续创造之中。     

The “Beijing Consensus” and the Chinese Model of University Autonomy

This paper attempts to address connections between the Chinese model for development or the “Beijing Consensus” and Chinese universities. Chinese universities seem to be caught between serving governmental agendas and pursuing their own goals as an academic community. Up until recently, they had become used to following the lead of the government, which often comes with rationales and approaches featuring pragmatism and utilitarianism. Drawing on the perspectives of social embeddedness and external control of organizations in higher education, we argue that the lack of dynamism and innovation that is hindering Chinese higher education’s development is largely owing to the political, social, and cultural factors prevailing in the environment in which the universities operate. Put in another way, Chinese universities are confronting a crisis, owing to the inbuilt constraints of China’s development model.

围绕着"资源型城市转型"这一命题,从对理论思维创新的解读入手,结合国内外的相关理论与实践,在实践理性的层面上,提出了几点看法。     

Sharing the value and impact of outreach: Taking a multifaceted approach to outreach assessment

Although outreach is a common activity in academic libraries, little has been written about strategies for assessing library outreach efforts. Assessing outreach efforts is important in order to measure the success of the outreach activity, identify areas for iterative improvement, and demonstrate the value of the outreach activity to stakeholders. This article is a case study describing the multifaceted strategies employed to assess a major outreach event, Texas A&M University Libraries annual Open House event. It details demonstrating value and programmatic improvement as the articulated goals for outreach assessment as well as the specific strategies used and the insights gleaned from each assessment strategy.     

构建“一导四化”社会体育专业教学模式的探讨

采用文献资料和观察法,对社会体育专业教学现状及存在的问题进行分析。结果表明：构建“以职业岗位需求为导向、教学评价专业化,理论教学案例化,技术教学实践化,实践教学职业化”教学模式,利于增强学生就业竞争力,是培养社会体育就业岗位需求应用型人才的有效途径之一。     

Decoding Ability and Humor Production

Scholars have suggested that being “in tune” with others may be an important aspect of successful humor creation; however, few studies have specifically investigated this possibility. Thus, this study examined the relationship between decoding ability and humor orientation. Decoding ability was conceptualized as involving three communication constructs: conversational sensitivity, nonverbal sensitivity, and receiver apprehension. Consistent with predictions, results revealed positive relationships between (1) humor orientation and conversational sensitivity and (2) humor orientation and nonverbal sensitivity. Also consistent with predictions, a negative relationship was found between humor orientation and receiver apprehension. Further analysis indicated the three communication variables together accounted for 24% of the variance in humor orientation; only conversational sensitivity and receiver apprehension, however, accounted for unique variance. Overall, these findings suggest humor production may be related to the ways in which individuals attend to their social environments.     

基于工作过程以职业发展为导向的课程改革

以工作过程为基点的课程改革在我国高等职业教育中应用非常广泛,随着社会市场化的推进以及教育人才的不断增长,如何在工作过程中实现学生对于市场岗位的理解升华,正是高职教育中应该具体解决的关键问题.以职业发展为导向的课程改革正是秉承这一观念.文章从课程改革的背景和思路出发,详细阐述了课程改革实践体系建构中的五个重要环节.     

本科教学评估下的实践性教学的定位与探索——以高校地理课程为例

随着知识经济时代的到来和社会环境问题的挑战,地理基础教育理念已经发生悄然变更,在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观三个维度上设置课程目标,以培养和谐的全面发展的未来公民。与之相呼应,高校地理教育亦应进行大胆创新和改革。在新一轮本科教学评估的契机下,我们认为对高校地理实践教学的重新定位是把握以上三个维度的重要问题,为此应建立地理教育的"通过-关于-为了"三维结构模式。同时,从以下几个方面对高校地理实践教学予以探索,包括:减少理论讲解内容,加大实践教学力度;淡化学科内部实习界限,实行团队合作;消除教学实践地点选取盲从,加强本土化趋势。
