陶瓷靶材的制备及性能表征

以ZnO、Al2O3粉体为原料,采用常压烧结方法制备高导电性Al:ZnO(AZO)陶瓷靶材,并系统研究了不同的成型压力、烧结工艺及其烧结温度对靶材电学特性和密度的影响。结果表明:成型压力的大小对于ZAO靶材本身的密度、成品率及最后烧结的性能都有很大的影响。成型压力为14Mpa时,靶材的电阻率最小,为0.35Ωcm。烧结温度的选择也是制备靶材的关键,为了避免靶材出现断层、上表面壳曲、微裂纹甚至开裂现象,要采用缓慢升温,长时间保温与缓慢降温的方法。实验表明,在1250℃时,AZO靶材表面平整致密,基本上达到了陶瓷靶材的烧结终点。     

基于工作过程的《塑料成型工艺与模具设计》项目化教学改革研究

高职模具设计与制造专业应适应市场需求,培养模具综合性人才。《塑料成型工艺及模具设计》课程以工作过程为导向,以具体的工作项目为载体,通过任务驱动的教学方法组织教学过程,培养了学生知识综合运用能力与职业素养。     

Analytical solution for 1D consolidation of unsaturated soil with mixed boundary condition

Based on consolidation equations proposed for unsaturated soil, an analytical solution for 1D consolidation of an unsaturated single-layer soil with nonhomogeneous mixed boundary condition is developed. The mixed boundary condition can be used for special applications, such as tests occur in laboratory. The analytical solution is obtained by assuming all material parameters remain constant during consolidation. In the derivation of the analytical solution, the nonhomogeneous boundary condition is first transformed into a homogeneous boundary condition. Then, the eigenfunction and eigenvalue are derived according to the consolidation equations and the new boundary condition. Finally, using the method of undetermined coefficients and the orthogonal relation of the eigenfunction, the analytical solution for the new boundary condition is obtained. The present method is applicable to various types of boundary conditions. Several numerical examples are provided to investigate the consolidation behavior of an unsaturated single-layer soil with mixed boundary condition.

真实性的错位--评向本贵长篇小说《凤凰台》的人物形象

“真实性”是现实主义小说人物塑造的核心原则。长篇小说《凤凰台》在人物塑造上的表现,被认为是该作品最为成功的方面,然而事实上,这部作品在人物的塑造上表现出了真实性的某种错位作者颇为用心的中心人物具有相当的矛盾性,而非中心的普通农民形象则反而更为真切。同时,作品文本的前后部分的不对称,导致了某些话题不能充分展开,在某种程度上也影响了人物形象的历史深度。

近年来,玻璃钢复合材料在工业中获得了日益广泛的应用。本文简要介绍了玻璃钢复合材料的组成、种类、良好的力学和物理性能指标、应用范围及其成型技术。     

A modified creep index and its application to viscoplastic modelling of soft clays

Conventional consolidation tests on reconstituted specimens of numerous natural soft clays show a decreasing of creep index Cae with increasing soil density. Based on all selected and conducted experimental results, a modified creep index Cae＊ defined in double logarithmic plane lge-lgt, was plotted for various clays, from which Cae＊ can be assumed as a constant for different soil densities. Then, the modified creep index was applied to a newly developed elastic viscoplastic model. In this way, the modified creep index Ca＊ can naturally take into account the nonlinear Cae revealing the influence of soil density in the soil assemblies without additional parameters. Finally, the enhanced model was incorporated into the finite element code ABAQUS and used to simulate a consolidation test and a test embankment. The improvement of simulations by the modified creep index was highlighted by comparing simulations using the conventional creep index Cae.
