日本设置外交档案管理员的分析及启示

本文从日本设置"外交档案管理员"新闻案例引入,梳理日本注重档案研究能力的表现,重点分析日本开展外交档案内容研究的原因--服务国家利益、发挥档案价值、提高档案职业认同和契合档案专业目标。最终提出相应启示--重视学科融合与研究成果、建立研究职能与培训制度、推动将研究能力纳入法规标准与职业认定。     

有关电子文献著录情况的调查与建议

选取316种自然科学核心期刊为样本,就有关电子文献著录情况进行调查.结果显示,对GB/T 7714-2005《文后参考文献著录规则》的宣传力度不够,执行该标准的期刊很少,执行情况也很不好.建议期刊社多途径宣传这一国家标准,并尽快执行.

文章从建立家庭档案的必要性出发,阐述了家庭档案的内容,并介绍了如何建立家庭档案及有效的管理家庭档案.     

ISM-CMAP-Combine (ICMC) for hierarchical knowledge scenario in quality engineering education

Quality assurance in engineering education is a multifaceted problem further augmented by the stakeholders of engineering education. Students, parents and employers are rightfully questioning the quality of the curriculum, the instructional delivery, the learning environment, accessibility to learning technologies and equipment, employability as well as the possibilities of lifelong learning and the improvement of knowledge (Karapetrovic 2002 Karapetrovic, S. 2002. The purpose of the study is, therefore, to identify the parameters that influence the quality of an engineering education system and develop an integrated model of hierarchical structuring and a concept map for pre-identified concept elements through a process of iterative-interactive consensus-driven methodology, as advocated by second-generation system design paradigm for evolving knowledge scenario of concepts related to quality engineering education.

贵州少数民族地区水资源法制研究

通过探讨贵州民族地区水资源保护的现状分析,总结了民族地区水资源保护的立法情况,指出了水资源保护方面立法的不足,并对不足之处进行了原因分析,为改善水环境和实现水资源可持续利用,结合贵州民族地区水资源保护现状,从国家和地方两个层面提出了建立健全水资源保护的立法建议,值得立法者们借鉴和参考。

用乙醇热回流提取法对阿里红中总黄酮进行了提取,通过分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,测定了阿里红中总黄酮含量.本法简便,快速,可用于阿里红生药及其制剂总黄酮含量测定.     

A Multipart Project Planning and Tracking Exercise

Project Management is an important skill for business students to develop. Although project‐oriented activity is very common, the success rate for projects is poor. Many projects fail due to poor planning. This article describes a multipart class exercise used to teach elements of a project management methodology to undergraduate and graduate business students. Over the course of the eight‐part exercise, student teams iteratively develop a project plan and Gantt chart, an initial and detailed project charter, a variance analysis model, and a status report. Students are taught an iterative top‐down planning process using a technique we term the ODW (Objectives–Deliverables–Workplan) model. Students are introduced to Microsoft Project and use the tool to develop a project plan that becomes part of a more detailed Project Charter. In the final stages of the exercise, students collect results, update their plan, and produce a project status report.     

秦巴山区中小学校本培训现状及教师认知态度调查研究——以陕南安康市为例

秦巴山区中小学校本培训相对滞后,发展不平衡,农村中小学是薄弱环节;教师对校本培训的认知态度比较理性,培训内容、方式与教师的认同倾向还有较大差距。因此,校本培训应从提高思想认识入手,以农村学校为重点,以制度建设为基础,以学校发展和教师专业成长为价值取向,充分发挥教育行政部门的主导作用和校长第一责任人作用,完善运行管理机制和相关配套政策,改革培训内容和方式,切实加强中小学校本培训。     

中国英汉习语研究二十年——文献计量视角

对近二十年国内英汉习语研究文献的计量分析发现,与"普赖斯文献指数增长规律"相比较,该研究领域尚未进入真正的发展期。目前的研究增长属于"不稳定的增长";在研究主题上,国内英汉习语研究始终把"翻译"作为研究主线,研究重点经历了翻译技术———文化挖掘———实用指导的逻辑路线。
