新建高职院校专业建设中的问题与对策

高职院校的专业建设涉及到高职专业人才培养目标和人才规格的准确定位,影响高职教育教学改革和人才培养的质量以及高职自身的健康发展。本文试从高职专业建设的内涵入手,分析新建高职院校专业建设中存在的一些问题,并提出几点措施。

本文通过对美国社会经济学家范伯伦(Veblen)旅游需求悖论模型的借鉴与修正,通过对吉芬商品条件的考察,在二者的基础上,建立起一个创新的概念:"反"吉芬商品。运用"反"吉芬商品概念,作者建立了如何实现"以人为本"、"以生态为本"的旅游资源开发"二本原则"模型。这一模型的建立表明:一个能较好体现"二本原则"的、通过旅游资源开发实现的旅游产品,将在理论上和实践中表现出一种需求悖论的正相关效应。     

Bordering Populism in Immigration Activism: Outlaw–Civic Discourse in a (Counter)Public

This study involved a rhetorical ethnography and textual analyses of an anti-immigration group over a six month period. I argue the collective engaged in a deleterious form of bordering populism, in which communicators continually attack and praise the same targets. This populism was generated by outlaw–civic shifts between marginalized, outsider stances, and more official, general cultural logics. The group demonstrated a fragile, fracturing approach to a public issue, and local, vernacular practices that are employed to bridge pressures for agitative and integrative movement communication in a pluralistic, globalizing environment. Overall, each of the group's stark rhetorical shifts for and against the government, businesses, and immigrants concurrently crafted and dismantled rhetorical borders, creating an unstable (counter)public forgoing the possibility of democratic communication and community.

Introducing critical race theory to archival discourse: Getting the conversation started

This article introduces the application of Critical Race Theory (CRT) to archival discourse in order to demonstrate how such a critical and analytical approach can help identify and raise social and professional consciousness of implicit racial bias. To demonstrate the potential of CRT, the paper discusses how the terminology and methodological structures of CRT might be applied to some aspects of archival theory and practice. The paper concludes that CRT can contribute to a diversified archival epistemology that can influence the creation of collective and institutional memories that impact underrepresented and disenfranchised populations and the development of their identities. This article opens with the title of West's classic monograph as the launching point because of its dual literary context, which frames ‘race matters’ as topic and affirmation. In this instance it is the affirmative statement that is the context confirming that race is worthy of the importance and focus this article stresses. See West (2001).     

基于74LS160计数器的仿真设计与制作

计数器是数字系统中常用的器件。运用仿真软件模拟和搭建实际硬件电路的两种方法,对中小规模集成计数器74LS160构成的十二进制计数器的设计方法进行演示、分析和归纳,能够加深学生对数字系统中计数器相关知识的理解,提高学生的数字电路设计能力和动手能力。     

科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设水平研究——合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区科技型企业为例

合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设主要涉及五个方面,即企业反竞争情报组织建设、完善企业反竞争情报流程、企业反竞争情报制度建设、企业反竞争情报技术措施运用以及企业反竞争情报文化建设。实证研究表明,试验区科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设水平总体处于中等水平。从试验区科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设水平的五个一级指标来看,除企业反竞争情报制度建设水平达到良好等次外,其他四项指标的建设水平均处于中等水平。研究认为,试验区科技型企业反竞争情报体系建设应在完善制度建设的同时,进一步加强企业反竞争情报组织建设、完善企业反竞争情报流程、采取针对性的企业反竞争情报技术措施,丰富企业反竞争情报文化建设的内涵。
