在净现值法评价中单利的转换和运用

在评价方案投资决策的净现值法分析中，所用的折现率是复利。复利折现率的确定在某些情况下就是银行存、贷款的复利率。而我国的银行存、贷款利率是单利，单利是不能直接用来计算净现值，确定方案的取舍的。这样我们就应将单利用一定的方法折为复利率，然后再用此折合后的复利率作为折现率来计算评价方案的可行性。

驱动器对发光二极管（LED）整灯的性能和质量影响很大。基于CL6807设计了一种高效LED驱动器,从电路结构、元件参数、电路功能拓展和测试分析等方面进行研究,电路解决了整流、高效率变换、热补偿等一系列问题,测试结果验证了设计方案的可行性和驱动器的实用性。     

建设电子设计立体化教学平台

文章介绍了开展电子设计创新教育的教学改革措施及具体实施过程。通过近几年来的教学实践表明:该课题目的明确,实施方案合理,对学生培养创新能力、提高素质起到了重要作用,具有推广和应用价值。     

基于项目驱动的《城市轨道交通》教学方法研究

为解决目前《城市轨道交通》课程授课效果不佳、学生学习兴趣不高的问题,文章提出基于项目驱动的教学方法,即通过对学生提出明确的项目要求,借此反推学生,促进学习,提升解决问题的能力。同时,分析了项目驱动教学法在课程中的应用与实施,以及使用该方法后对教学产生的效果。     

二语习得中的母语负迁移现象研究——以汉语为母语的日语学习者为例

语言迁移是语言学习中的重要影响因素。正迁移推动二语习得,负迁移阻碍二语习得。研究和探讨母语负迁移对我们的外语学习必将产生重要的作用。该文结合教学实际,从以汉语为母语的日语学习者常见的语用失误入手,着重探讨和分析了跨文化交际中母语负迁移的现象及成因,并就如何克服母语负迁移,提高学生的语用能力提出了相应的建议及对策。     

我国男篮优秀后卫攻防能力分析与评价

以2003-2004年CBA12支队34名后卫为研究对象,采用比较研究、聚类分析等方法,得出我国后卫平均年龄25 4岁,身高主要集中180-190cm之间;后位与中锋、前锋相比扣篮、盖帽、得分能力和篮板球较差,抢断、助攻方面较强;我国优秀后卫在得分、总篮板、被侵与外援有显著差异;按聚类分析结果,我国后卫攻防能力可分5个层次。     

Undergraduates’ learning experience and learning process: quantitative evidence from the East

This article examines the construct validity of the Course Experience Questionnaire (CEQ) in Hong Kong and investigates the similarities and differences in the process of learning among students in different disciplinary studies. It is based on a survey of 1,563 undergraduate students in two disciplines, humanities and sciences, and of principally Chinese ethnicity. Findings from exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses support the scale structure of the four subscales of a modified version of the CEQ (good teaching, clear goals and standards, appropriate work, and appropriate assessment) in a non-Western context and could provide a basis for cross cultural research and international benchmarking. While there was variation across subgroups, there was a genuine pattern of relationships between the perceptions of learning environment and learning strategies shown by structural modeling. This information could be used to inform the design of discipline-specific programs in the new curriculum.

Engagement and kindness in digitally mediated learning with teachers

This paper explores the significance of designing online learning led by the principle of direct and meaningful participant engagement. It considers the notion of kindness as a crucial value contributing to pedagogy and the development of meaningful learning relationships. The paper challenges the ‘delivery’ approach to online learning, suggesting that the flexible and explicit design of engagement opportunities from a sociocultural perspective is a more meaningful and human approach to learning online. The paper clarifies the term Digitally Mediated Learning (DML) to establish connections to important pedagogic positions. The research approach is based around a qualitative professional reflective enquiry. It considers the experiences of learners on a Masters in Education online module and concludes that design, engagement nurturing, community cohesion and kindness can become crucial aspects of successful DML, if institutions learn to value the life projects of others more fully.
