创意产业空间集聚形成：知识溢出与互利共生

本文基于419份有效问卷的一手数据,构建结构方程模型,从知识溢出和互利共生两个视角研究了我国创意产业空间集聚形成的影响因素及其作用机理。研究发现：知识溢出和互利共生作为中介变量,分别影响人力资本、相关产业与创意产业空间集聚之间的关系;文化环境和政策措施对创意产业空间集聚具有一定程度的直接作用;市场需求对创意产业空间集聚的作用并不显著。结论为充分认知中国创意产业空间集聚模式提供了新的视角,并为国家创意产业发展和文化体制改革提供了有力的决策依据。     

Information and knowledge assessment – Results from a multinational automotive company

This article reports the results from an information and knowledge assessment (IKA) to identify information and knowledge needs and, their coverage by information resources to derive recommendations for improvement and proposes a contingeny framework. The approach is based on a review of audit methods from information sciences and management, knowledge management and the engineering discipline and tested with data (N = 580) collected from the engineering domain within an automotive supplier over six European sites. The integrated assessment uses content needs profiles from two complementary perspectives, the coverage of needs by various internal information sources and data on awareness and usage of these information sources. The employment of content categories on a more granular analytical level than information systems sources opens up new possibilities to derive improvement measures and requirements for the design of information systems within an organization. The brief data-gathering instrument also reduces the required resources to implement this approach considerably overcoming weaknesses previously identified in case studies and the IA literature. It makes a contribution to research bridging the gap between research and practice and opens up options to design contingency frameworks for a specific domain.     

健康中国视域下体育产业与健康产业融合发展路径研究

社会经济的高速发展使人们的生活方式发生显著转变,由此引发慢性病患病率上升及身体健康水平下降等一系列问题,并对我国公共健康事业的发展带来一定挑战。现有的医疗保障体系并不足以应对未来慢性病泛滥的隐患,需要从治理理念角度出发,重塑现有的公共健康治理模式,借助体育产业这一大众产业推进体育与健康产业的融合,实现主动养护与被动防治的结合,进而建立全方位、系统化的健康治理模式,推动我国居民整体健康水平的可持续提升。     

从国家利益看文化产业的管制

背离了管制本意的管制,不但不会促进文化产业的发展,而且会导致国家利益遭受损失。因此,要解除对文化产业发展不合理的管制,以促进文化产业的发展和国家文化竞争力的提升,确保国家文化安全和国家利益不受损害。

本文探讨和研究了当前北京旅游产业的概况和特点,分析了该产业对城市经济和社会发展所产生的作用,对在经济和社会发展互动影响下北京旅游产业的未来发展进行了预测。     

The effects of positive affectivity on expatriate creativity and perceived performance: What is the role of perceived cultural novelty?

This study set out to investigate the effects of positive affectivity (PA) on expatriate creativity and perceived performance in the host country workplace. Most importantly, the study examined the moderating role of perceived cultural novelty in the relationship between PA and creativity and its consequences for the indirect association between PA and perceived performance as mediated via creativity. Data from 297 expatriates in Denmark were collected and hypotheses were tested using regression-based analyses. Consistent with predictions, findings showed a positive relationship between PA and creativity. In addition, PA was positively associated with perceived performance. Results of mediation analysis indicated that creativity mediated the effects of PA on perceived performance. While a moderating effect of perceived cultural novelty in the relation between PA and creativity was found, this moderation was in the opposite direction of the postulated hypothesis, i.e. the positive association between PA and creativity was strongly attenuated at high levels of perceived cultural novelty. Subsequent moderated mediation analysis showed that the identified mediation ceased to exist at high levels of perceived cultural novelty.     

我国体育产业发展的动力与路径——基于人民需求视角

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法等研究方法,基于人民需求视角,对体育产业发展的动力进行探究,从体育产业经济属性、生活方式、健康需要三方面进行分析,从人民现实需要出发,提出体育产业发展路径,以人民需求视角,以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享为发展理念,分析我国体育产业发展的具体路径。     

中国体育产业与旅游产业发展耦合关联性测度及空间相关分析

体育产业和旅游产业的互动融合发展是当前经济发展的客观需求,基于耦合协调度模型、探索性空间数据分析方法,构建体育产业和旅游产业发展耦合协调评价指标体系,探讨中国大陆31个省、直辖市、自治区体育产业和旅游产业综合水平及耦合协调度时序、空间分异特征。结果显示:我国体育产业和旅游产业综合水平均表现出增长态势,空间分布呈东中西阶梯分布,旅游产业综合水平好于体育产业水平;耦合协调度发展缓慢,整体处于较低水平;两个产业的耦合协调度在空间上呈正向聚集特征,且聚集程度逐年递增;东部沿海地区耦合协调度好于中部和西部地区。并提出如下建议:建立区域协同发展机制,促进体育产业均衡发展;挖掘体育产业与旅游产业的关联性,完善体育产业发展体系;协同发挥体育产业与旅游产业融合进程中的政府引导作用和企业创新管理能力。     

“互联网+体育产业”融合的发展脉络、前沿议题与演进趋势述评

通过文献资料的梳理与归纳、类比与分析,从发展脉络、前沿议题与演进趋势三个视角切入阐释"互联网+体育产业"融合研究,以期为我国互联网与体育产业的融合发展给予理论支撑和实践指导。结果显示,自1996年就萌发了互联网与体育产业融合研究的端倪,此后研究视角逐渐拓展,涉及前沿议题主要包括发展前景及策略研究、体育类APP开发与应用研究、"互联网+体育营销"研究、"互联网+体育旅游"研究、"互联网+体育产业各业态"研究,"互联网+运动项目"研究,但仍存在着研究内容结构单一、方法缺乏创新、理论匮乏等问题。今后研究呈现细化研究对象,拓展研究视角;创新研究方法,深化研究内容;借鉴相关学科,丰富研究理论;紧随时代步伐,开拓"互联网+运动项目产业"等演进趋势。     

Coach humility and player creativity: The roles of knowledge sharing and group diversity

In this study, the authors examine how coach humility impacts creativity among the football players. The sample included players and their coaches from nonprofessional football clubs in Vietnam. Our data analyses supported the positive relationships between coach humility and player creativity via knowledge sharing as a mediator. Group diversity in terms of extroversion and openness to experience traits served as a moderator to fortify the effect of coach humility on knowledge sharing among the players.
