儿童青少年体能发展敏感期相关热点问题

近年来,旨在提高儿童青少年体质健康的研究众多,其中儿童青少年体能发展敏感期问题的研究正成为热点研究。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,对近30年来“敏感期”相关文献进行梳理。研究表明：国内外“敏感期”的界定标准不统一,难以形成科学成果;“敏感期”干预方法单一,缺乏综合干预方法;“敏感期”与“非敏感期”干预效果的研究还存在争议。研究认为：“敏感期”不仅受儿童青少年生理、心理因素的影响,同时遗传、环境、社会经济等对“敏感期”也具有重要作用。因此,未来应深入研究“敏感期”的构成因素,重视理论研究与实践研究相结合,强化“敏感期”的综合研究。     

Travels in hyper-diversity: Multiculturalism and the contextual assessment of acculturation

We argue that current acculturation research offers an incomplete picture of the psychological changes taking place in contemporary multicultural societies. Several characteristics of the Canadian multicultural context highlight the limitations in current acculturation research: namely, themes of hyper-diversity, hybridity, dimensionality and the importance of local context. Canada is a case in point, but these themes are generalizable to other contemporary multicultural contexts. To address the limitations of the traditional psychological acculturation paradigm, we propose an innovative research approach to study acculturation: the Cultural Day Reconstruction Method (C-DRM). We report on two studies that implemented this diary method, to demonstrate that this research tool (1) addresses theoretical critiques of current acculturation research and (2) captures some of the complexity of acculturation in contemporary multicultural contexts. The C-DRM was constructed in response to the local research environment but we hope it will become part of a new generation of tools for the contextual assessment of acculturation.

非犯罪化在中国

以刑法谦抑精神为基础、以保障人权为目的的非犯罪化,是当今世界刑法发展的趋势和潮流之一。我们在借鉴非犯罪化的时候,应当注意对其实行领域进行限定,同时注重非刑罚措施对这些行为的梳理作用,以实现人权保障和社会保护的和谐统一。本文拟就以上问题进行试探性解读,从而发现非犯罪化在中国的命运和体现,以期进一步推动非犯罪化在中国发展。     

Rare-aware attention network for image–text matching

Image and text matching bridges visual and textual modality differences and plays a considerable role in cross-modal retrieval. Much progress has been achieved through semantic representation and alignment. However, the distribution of multimedia data is severely unbalanced and contains many low-frequency occurrences, which are often ignored and cause performance degradation, i.e., the long-tail effect. In this work, we propose a novel rare-aware attention network (RAAN), which explores and exploits textual rare content for tackling the long-tail effect of image and text matching. Specifically, we first design a rare-aware mining module, which contains global prior information construction and rare fragment detector for modeling the characteristic of rare content. Then, the rare attention matching utilizes prior information as attention to guide the representation enhancement of rare content and introduces the rareness representation to strengthen the similarity calculation. Finally, we design prior information loss to optimize the model together with the triplet loss. We perform quantitative and qualitative experiments on two large-scale databases and achieve leading performance. In particular, we conduct 0-shot test for rare content and improve rSum by 21.0 and 41.5 on Flickr30K (155,000 image and text pairs) and MSCOCO (616,435 image and text pairs), demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed method for the long-tail effect.     

两岸资讯电子产品产业内贸易特征与产业分工

本文采用显性比较优势指数(RCA)、贸易竞争指数(TSC)、产业内贸易指数(IIT)、对两岸资讯电子产品的竞争力和产业内贸易的水平及其演变进行测度和分析.研究表明,两岸资讯电子产业各有优劣势,互补性强;两岸电子产品产业内贸易的发展在很大程度上是台商投资带动的结果;随着大陆台商的本地化趋势越来越明显,与台湾的产业贸易将被台商的投资所替代,两岸分工将日益趋向水平型.文章最后指出,随着两岸三通的全面实现及ECFA的签订,两岸的投资和贸易关系都将发生深刻变化,这些变化将有利于两岸产业内贸易的发展,有利于深化两岸电子产业分工.     

A test of anxiety/uncertainty management theory: The intercultural adaptation context

Anxiety/Uncertainty Management theory, as formulated by Gudykunst and Hammer (1987a), proposes that intercultural adaptation outcomes are based on the two mediating dimensions of uncertainty reduction and anxiety reduction and sixteen secondary variables that systematically influence uncertainty and anxiety reduction. In this paper, the sixteen variables originally identified are categorized into four “fundamental factors”; (interpersonal saliencies, intergroup saliencies, communication message exchange, and host contact conditions). The present study examines this revised Anxiety/Uncertainty Management (AUM) theory of intercultural adaptation. A total of 291 international students at two universities in the United States participated in the study. The study found overall fit of the revised AUM theory vis‐a‐vis the two mediating factors of uncertainty and anxiety reduction, the importance of interpersonal saliencies for uncertainty reduction, and the importance of host contact conditions for facilitating feelings of comfort and reducing anxiety. Intergroup saliencies were significantly related to uncertainty reduction but not, contrary to expectation, to anxiety reduction. Communication message exchange (which consists of information gathering strategies and second language proficiency) was, again contrary to expectation, not significantly related to either uncertainty or anxiety reduction. Finally, cultural identity showed a small though significant negative relationship to intergroup saliencies, suggesting a stronger, ingroup identity was associated with increased uncertainty. The paper concludes by proffering explanations for the findings and suggestions for future research.
