近年来中国民俗学研究趋向的新观察——从两个语境和一个意识切入

从时代语境、学术语境和学者问题意识的角度,考察近年来中国民俗学的研究趋向,提出当代中国民俗学正经历从学科身份确立到学术品质更新的过程,包含了传承经典和知识创新两大主题。首先评述中国民俗学界建立和发展社会科学性质的民俗学的主张;其次评述中国民俗学界有关田野民俗志的新学说;最后讨论历史民俗学、民间文艺学和传统节日、民间信仰等领域的新动向。     

汉语情感语音的语料设计与韵律研究

在现代语音学的研究中,语音语料库的设计至关重要。本文着重讨论了汉语普通话情感语音的语料库设计与采集。首先我们对情感语音研究中往往混为一谈的“情绪”和“态度”在概念上做了严格的区分,然后采用角色扮演的诱导式方法,设计并采集了四种基本情绪和五个态度类的语音语料。在讨论了语音标注和韵律数据处理方法后,我们通过听辨实验考察了情感语音的感知特性,并通过声学分析着重探讨了各类态度语音的韵律特征。     

文化惰性：语文教师转变教学观念的瓶颈

新一轮语文课程改革要求语文教师尽快转变教学观念。然而,事实上,却有不少教师受传统文化中消极因素的影响,固守落后观念,严重影响了语文新课改的实施,值得我们思考和研究。     

翻译教学方法的现象学观察

目前研究翻译课教学方法或模式的论文很多,但它们大多囿于方法论层面的研究,如不进入探究学习的本质这一本体论层面,就很难说明某种方法是否真的最终有效。用"面向事实本身"的现象学精神和生活世界理论分析目前翻译教学方法研究过度注重方法的缺陷,并提出后翻译教学方法,希望翻译教学能更加注重教学中的本体,重视师生生活体验。     

The role of cultural values in teacher and student self-efficacy: Evidence from 16 nations

Data from a large study (PISA, 2015) involving more than 132,000 children and 22,000 of their teachers, in 16 nations, were used to investigate how teachers convey self-efficacy to students when they teach and whether this is culturally grounded. Using a multilevel data analysis framework, we aimed to: (1) test a path linking teacher and student self-efficacy; (2) examine teaching practices as mediators of the links between teachers and student self-efficacy; (3) evaluate the moderating roles of cultural values on those links. Results indicated that teacher and student self-efficacy were linked indirectly through the use of teaching practices, more strongly through inquiry-based practices. We found cross-cultural differences on the associations between student-perceived teaching practices and student self-efficacy that were moderated by two country-level cultural values: individualism and uncertainty avoidance. This study highlights that, although academic self-efficacy is considered universal, we found cultural differences in its sources and manifestations.     

浅谈高校兼职班主任应具备的素质

美国国务院对华文化外交的出台

长期以来,美国对外的文化和教育交流活动一直是由民间组织和个人发起并实施的,1938年国务院建立文化关系司,是美国政府致力于"文化外交"的开端。美国试图通过与其他国家及其人民之间观念、信息、艺术和文化的其他要素的交流来促进相互理解。1941年末太平洋战争爆发以后,为了扶植中国以抵抗日本的攻势,减轻对美国本土的威胁,从而赢得太平洋战争的胜利,美国国务院开始筹划实施专门针对中国的文化教育交流与合作项目。     

If you Build it,They Won’t Come: What Motivates Employees to Create and Share Tagged Content: A Theoretical Model and Empirical Validation

The purpose of this paper is to investigate factors influencing employees’ knowledge-sharing behavior on social tagging supported systems. Using the strong theoretical background of the well-known technology acceptance model (TAM), this paper proposes and empirically validates a model that fits the social and technical nature of social tagging tools within the public sector. The analyses in this paper were based on data collected from a large survey of more than 480 respondents working for two public organizations in the United States. The findings demonstrate a significant impact of the role of social presence in encouraging employees to create and share content. Further, there is a strong relationship between the benefits employees receive from using tagging tools and their creation and sharing of tagged content. Specifically, the following factors showed a significant impact on employees’ creation and sharing behavior, specifically their attitudes towards and intentions to create and share tags: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, social presence, and pro-sharing norms. For researchers, the paper offers an opportunity to further study knowledge-sharing behavior regarding social media technologies. The findings should motivate practitioners to inject these tools with a social aspect so that employees are encouraged to share content.     

Enacting Cultural Identities in Conversation: Managing Collaboration in Two Nonprofit Organizations

As they conduct the practical work of collaborating during meetings, nonprofit stakeholders construct, negotiate, and manage identities. In this article we use membership categorization analysis to explore how meeting participants avow and ascribe cultural identities during collaborative meetings in two nonprofit organizations. Examination of identification practices, including employing labels for ethnic categories and implicating cultural identities through category-relevant predicates—which are part of the practical work of collaborating in nonprofit organizations—can serve as an aid to understanding how stakeholders negotiate interorganizational collaboration in social interaction.     

论文化互动教育研究的价值取向、对象与方法

在联合国教科文组织大力推进文化互动教育走向国际化的进程中,愈来愈多的国家开始关注并积极助推文化互动教育的现代发展。纵观当前我国学界关于文化互动教育的研究成果,价值取向上,理论价值与实践价值并举;研究对象上,宏观、中观与微观相联结;研究方法上,时间—历史研究与空间—比较研究相互演进。然而,文化互动教育研究依然存在着理论研究的“薄弱化”、实践研究的“片段化”、综合研究的“浅表化”等问题。为此,今后的相关研究需要注重丰富更多视域的理论研究、畅显文化互动教育的具体实践研究、开展三观互联的综合性研究。
