Attaching Importance to the Learner's Affective Factors in English Teaching

Traditional English teaching lacks the consciousness of the importance of learner’s affective factors and has trouble in training the qualified English speakers that the society needs.This paper talks about the importance of learner’s motivation,attitude and personality.It is proposed that teachers should adopt the eclectic method accompanying with student-centered class.Teachers are asked to pay more attention to their different roles and the ways to create a positive climate for learning in class.

我从2006年开始为北航文科研究生开设数学大观课.2007年扩大为理工文管各专业本科生研究生共同选修.2009年扩大为北京海淀区学院路各高校共同选修.2010年为北航文科实验班开设必修课.该课程已列入高教司2011年建设的103门精品视频公开课之一.     

An Investigation of Non-Thesis Master＇s Program Geography Teacher Candidates＇ Attitudes Towards Teaching Profession Regarding Several Socio-Cultural Features

The purpose of this study is to examine the attitudes of non-thesis master＇s degree program： geography teacher candidates towards teaching profession regarding several socio-cultural features. The study was conducted in different universities with 218 geography teacher candidates enrolled in the geography education non-thesis master＇s degree program. The study was made by survey model. Data were collected by the ＂Attitude Scales Towards Teaching Profession＂ developed by ~etin （2006） and ＂Personal Information Form＂ developed by the authors. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA （the one-way analysis of variance） （F） and LSD （least significant difference） techniques. The results are given as follows： （1） The average of candidates＇ attitude grades are in favor of female candidates; （2） There is no difference between whether candidates work at a job; （3） According to variables of the types of high school graduated, educational level of the parents, occupations, income level and living place, there is no difference in candidates＇ attitudes scores; and （4） Candidates＇ enrolled in the geography education non-thesis master＇s degree program reason of preference influence on attitudes to teaching profession.     

教育技术培训工作中的学习者分析

在培训领域,学习者分析作为培训前期工作的重要组成部分,是保证培训质量的重要环节,但在实践中往往被忽视,缺乏实证研究。文章采用访谈和问卷调查的方法,以聊城市中小学教师教育技术能力培训者培训中学习者分析为例,分析受训教师的起点能力、学习动机和态度,并进行总结和反思,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。     

Issues in Adopting a Laserdisk-Based Science Curriculum

We examined the implementation of a laser-disk based science curriculum in an elementary school. The goal was to develop a richer understanding of the principles for designing a curriculum that will adequately support teachers in adopting a learner-centered framework. Issues included: who has ownership of the classroom discussion; what types of activities are engaged in terms of the constraints imposed; and what is the teacher's response to the specific tools provided (the teacher's guide, the Circle of Learning, and concept maps). In addition to looking at the implementation pattern, we also examined the impact of the implementation on student attitudes and anxiety toward science. Results indicated little adoption of the curriculum, and teachers continued to maintain a high degree of control in the classroom. However, results also indicated significant effects of the curriculum on science attitude and anxiety. Suggestions for future research are included.     

基于泉州海丝申遗的跨文化语言服务人才培养模式研究——以泉州师范学院为例

“一带一路”,语言铺路,语言是构建成功交流的重要桥梁。泉州目前正努力地以古泉州(刺桐)史迹申请世界文化遗产,为了让世界了解泉州,让泉州走向世界,就需要一批既懂语言基本技能的语言人才又懂泉州灿烂历史文化的文化人才。基于泉州海丝申遗,着力改变大学语言人才的培养模式,探索新形势下多方互动的联合培养模式,共同培养具有跨文化语言应用能力的服务人才,为海丝申遗和“一带一路”建设发挥积极的作用。     

Developing cultural competency in higher education: an agenda for practice

As a result of changing national values and unrest, demographic and population shifts, and ever-changing admissions practices and policies, implementing a diversity and cultural-competency agenda within university settings has become a priority across the UK, Europe, and US. This article seeks to outline an agenda for this work, highlighting outcomes of cultural competency learning and underscoring the role of campus leadership in the development of supportive characteristics. These characteristics include attention to shared knowledge, professional learning at all levels of the organization, inclusive instructional methods, integration with other campus initiatives, and inclusivity of diversity foci. Posited are six supportive conditions for successful implementation.     

藏族大学生数学学习心理及其相关因素调查报告

对甘南合作民族师范高等专科学校藏汉双语理科教育系的藏汉双语数学教育专业8个年级的153名学生,就数学学习的动机、情感、兴趣、态度、意志和认识6方面进行问卷调查,发现大学生与中小学生具有基本相同的心理特征,在部分动机因素、认识、意志和态度等方面大学生比中小学生有所提高。应增加中小学课程中的应用性知识、突出师范性、教师变换角色．体现学生主体、教师主导的作用,用书面语施教、加强教师的继续教育和促使学生家长了解社会。     

银行品牌与聚众效应——基于消费者态度视角的行为经济学研究

从消费者行为分析的视角出发,以我国商业银行品牌为研究对象,根据品牌聚众效应及其心理影响机制的模型假设所进行的实证检验及研究结果表明:(1)银行品牌消费选择影响因素体系由形象设计、分支网络、产品效用、服务质量以及促销手段等5个方面构成;(2)金融消费者对于银行品牌消费选择影响因素的认知评价序列与其消费选择序列高度一致,商业银行对其品牌认知要素的主观传播预期与消费者的现实消费选择结果相当吻合;(3)三类代表性商业银行品牌在银行品牌消费选择影响因素维度上存在差异性.这一研究验证了品牌聚众效应及其心理影响机制的客观存在,揭示出消费态度与品牌传播之间的内在联系与作用规律,因而具有启示意义.     

文学翻译中文化缺省补偿的一个原则

化缺省是指作在与其意向读交流时双方共有的相关化背景知识的省略。本旨在探讨翻译中化缺省补偿的一个原则：使译读获得原美学价值的享受。本引入伊瑟尔的美学反应理论阐释读如何通过阅读本获得美学价值享受。在翻译中最值得译重视的是不要因填满原的空白而剥夺译读的想象力。因此，译应正确处理补偿译读的化缺省和保留原美学价值之间的关系以及对原的翻译和对原的理解之间的关系。
