浙江省高职院校休闲体育现状研究

休闲体育作为一种休闲手段不仅能够有效的提高学生的体质,增进健康,愉悦身心,摆脱社会生活带来的压力,而且作为一种促进个人自我完善的重要手段,对学生的成长具有深远的意义。本研究运用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,对浙江省部分专职院校大学生休闲体育现状及影响因素进行调查分析,并提出合理化建议。

Social and interactional practices for disseminating current awareness information in an organisational setting

Current awareness services are designed to keep users informed about recent developments based around user need profiles. In organisational settings, they may operate through both electronic and social interactions aimed at delivering information that is relevant, pertinent and current. Understanding these interactions can reveal the tensions in current awareness dissemination and help inform ways of making services more effective and efficient. We report an in-depth, observational study of electronic current awareness use within a large London law firm. The study found that selection, re-aggregation and forwarding of information by multiple actors gives rise to a complex sociotechnical distribution network. Knowledge management staff act as a layer of “intelligent filters” sensitive to complex, local information needs; their distribution decisions address multiple situational relevance factors in a situation fraught with information overload and restrictive time-pressures. Their decisions aim to optimise conflicting constraints of recall, precision and information quantity. Critical to this is the use of dynamic profile updates which propagate back through the network through formal and informal social interactions. This supports changes to situational relevance judgements and so allows the network to ‘self-tune’. These findings lead to design requirements, including that systems should support rapid assessment of information items against an individual’s interests; that it should be possible to organise information for different subsequent uses; and that there should be back-propagation from information consumers to providers, to tune the understanding of their information needs.     

新形势下西北地区碳排放及低碳化发展研究——以陕西省为例

在西部大开发战略实施十周年、基础设施建设瓶颈基本突破,国际金融危机持续影响和碳排放压力日趋增大的新形势下,我国西北地区面临着权衡发展权与排放权,促进区域社会经济全面快速发展与减少CO2排放的双重压力与挑战。本文以陕西省为例,对其自新中国成立以来碳排放的数量和结构变化进行回顾,并利用SPSS软件从经济总量、产业结构、消费特征、能源结构和利用效率等方面对影响其变化的主要因素进行分析。在此基础上结合陕西省的客观实际,指出其今后应从碳源和碳汇两个角度,三次产业、低碳生活和碳汇的五个层面走低碳化的发展道路,即:①创建有机、生态、高效的新农业;②优化二产结构,建立循环经济园区,改善能源消费;③聚焦产业链两端,大力发展现代服务业;④倡导绿色消费,塑造低碳生活;⑤植树种草,扩大碳汇。     

大功率白光LED的寿命计算

本文用电流加速老化实验法测试1W大功率白光LED光衰及寿命.发现光衰减存在两种过程:前期的缓慢衰减和后期的快速衰减.针对前期衰减通过指数拟合算出不同老化电流下的寿命,确认本批LED寿命和工作电流关系符合Eying模型,由此推得额定电流(350mA)下的寿命τ=1924h.     

高校毕业生基层就业的障碍及对策研究

随着我国高等教育由“精英教育”迅速转变成为“大众教育”,大学毕业生人数逐年增长,致使大学生就业问题日益突出。积极拓宽就业渠道,把广大基层作为大学生就业的主要方向,是大学毕业生就业工作的重点。高校毕业生前往基层就业还受到就业观念、就业条件以及高校专业设置等因素的影响,因此高校、政府、基层以及毕业生四个方面都要积极转变,推动高校毕业生的基层就业。     

Books and Good Stuff: A Strategy for Building School to Home Literacy Connections

Engaging young children in literacy activities at home is one way for families to augment and enrich the home literacy setting and to participate in their child’s education at an early age (St. Pierre et al. in Dev Psychol 41(6): 953–970, 2005). Burgess et al. (Read Res Quart 4(4): 408–426, 2002) suggested that the resources families have at their disposal, the quality of literacy role models provided by parents, and the types of literacy and language activities in which parents and children engage, are all related to young children’s developing literacy and language abilities. Other studies demonstrated that even modest literacy-promoting interventions can significantly enhance a young child’s early literacy environment by increasing the frequency of parent–child book-sharing activities (Weitzman et al. in Pediatrics 113(5):1248–1253, 2004). Dever (J Early Educ Fam Rev 8(4):17–28, 2001) and Dever and Burtis (Early Child Dev Care 172(4):359–370, 2002) emphasize the use of family literacy bags for early childhood development. Developing and sharing take-home literacy bags is an exciting literacy-promoting activity that may be shared with children and families to provide support for emergent literacy. This article explores the development of the BAGS (Books and Good Stuff) take-home literacy kits and provides suggestions for content, construction, implementation, and evaluation. Sixteen current books are reviewed and recommended by theme.     

关于大文件概念的再思考

国外的广义文件概念不同于我国的广义文件概念,为了避免混淆,我国才将国外的广义文件概念称为大文件概念.我国接受大文件概念应当具备一定的前提,在前提不具备的情况下使用大文件概念.就会给我国的档案学理论研究和档案工作实践造成负面影响.鉴于我国目前并不具备使用大文件概念的前提,因而得出大文件观是当代中国档案学的必然选择这一结论还为时尚早.
