高效课堂技术化模型的内在关联及平衡点

先进理念与有力技术的完美结合是缔造现代课堂典范形态的两大支撑点。当代高效课堂改革的内在线路之一是寻求一条高效课堂理念与现代技术文化之间更为完美的结合方式。技术是＂形而上＂的思想与＂形而下＂的工具组成的有机体,高效课堂理念在技术文化的技术思维、技术手段、技术工艺等层面都能找到相应的结合点。高效课堂理念技术化过程的实质是先进课改理念与技术文化全面融合的立体化过程,是先进课改理念借技术思维、技术手段、技术工艺来付诸实践的过程。这一过程有三个关键环节：课改理念的精确化、课堂手段的现代化与教学过程的工艺化,构成了高效课改理念技术化的＂三部曲＂。如何在技术与艺术之间寻求一种平衡,努力实现理念与实践在技术条件中的完美耦合与整合匹配,是当代高效课堂改革的重要思路。这一平衡的实现需要重点解决三大平衡：有形模式与无形变革间的平衡、理念创新与技术配合间的平衡、学习环境与教学控制间的平衡。     

南非现行小学英语课程标准及课程评价

在21世纪,英语作为一门全世界广泛应用的工具性语言,其重要作用不言而喻。作为英 国曾经的殖民地,英语是南非的官方语言,故在英语教育方面应该有值得我们借鉴之处。从课程标 准的框架、目标、内容和评价方面对南非小学英语课程标准进行分析研究,可以发现其课程标准设 置详细全面,课程标准语言表述具有良好的可操作性,且可选择学习不同的语言,这对进一步完善 我国小学英语课程标准设置具有一定的启示意义。     

英语学习活动观实施的困境与超越

在基础英语教学中,学习活动观的实施是英语学科核心素养落地的引擎和路径指向。当前,英语学习活动观的理念体认模糊;主体间建构错位,实操践行中活动目标不明确;过程习题化和方式程式化。这与实现深度学习、指向学科核心素养和立德树人的英语学习活动观的宗旨相背离。素养时代实现超越,应从发展层面精悟英语学习活动观的衍生脉络,路径层面以发展性学习进阶活动聚焦英语学科能力外显,设计层面应基于学生兴趣、班级学情公约区、深度学习的单元目标,建构“量”力求质变性学习进阶等方面精析其本质与基点,实现学科育人价值和完满人的教育。     

Exploratory Analysis to Identify Concepts,Skills, Knowledge,and Tools to Educate Business Analytics Practitioners

Recent technological advancements in data storage and processing have changed how companies conduct their business. An increasing number of firms have started putting their efforts in extracting information from their databases to improve profitability and reduce costs using quantitative approaches. Thus, the job market has been experiencing a rapidly growing demand for business analytics (BA) practitioners, and universities across the globe are increasingly responding to this newly emerged field by offering both undergraduate and graduate level degrees as well as certificate programs. Thus, this research aims to provide a framework for academic institutions to develop a state‐of‐the‐art master's in business analytics (MSBA) curriculum by identifying concepts, skills, knowledge, and tools (CSKT) that industry seeks in BA practitioners. Our data‐driven methodology utilizes peer institution analysis, indeed.com web scraping, and focus group analysis with mid‐ and senior‐level analytics leaders from major companies. Our contribution to the literature and recommendations to institutions developing MSBA programs are offered at the end.     

新课程理念下物理学史再认识

在新课程理念下物理学史与以往相比具有更多的教育功能，因此有必要对物理学史进行再认识，从克服传统物理课程弊端的角度来讲，需要将物理学史运用到物理教学中，而教育重演论为物理学史的应用提供了直接的理论依据。在新课程理念下将物理学史融入物理教学中，可以激发学生的兴趣，有利于学生的“终身学习”；帮助学生理解物理规律，提高问题解决的能力；提高学生的整体科学素养；发挥物理课的德育功能并促进学生的社会性发展等。可以说，物理学史在教学中是对知识与技能，过程与方法，情感、态度与价值观三维目标的有效整合。教师应更新观念；克服三个不利倾向：重视近、现代物理的发展；在教学上灵活处理。     

<体育与健康课程标准>实施进程研究

经过反复的调查和对文献资料的分析，初步提出：体育与健康课程模式的多元化，是新“课标”由目标理念向操作化进程的有效途径。课程模式多元化，要以单元为基础，构建模块组合；以新“课标”为母体，构建子项模式；以新“课标”为依据，完善结构体系；以模式为中介，超越课程模式。     

对优化初等教育(汉语言)课程体系的几点思考

本文根据初等教育（汉语言）专业人才培养目标和人才规格，确立维吾尔语言表达能力和小学数学（汉语）教学能力为该专业的两项重要技能，并以此修订教学计划，构建初等教育课程体系。     

英国入职教师教育国家课程探析

英国入职教师教育国家课程对合格教师资格标准,课程总要求,英语、数学、科学和信息交流技术在学科教学中的应用等几个方面进行了规定,并提出了较为具体的要求。实施其课程的目标是达成合格教师资格标准。该课程具有实践性,注重信息交流技术在学科教学中的作用,注重中小学在教师教育课程中的作用。这些启示我们要尽快制定教师资格标准,强化实践性入职教师教育课程并注重对其实施效果进行指导和监督。     

Evaluating efforts to enhance health and wellbeing in Scottish secondary schools

Curriculum for Excellence in Scotland outlines a policy vision of a more progressive, integrated and holistic form of education; a commitment which contains an obligation for health and well-being (HWB) to be a responsibility of all teachers. A critical policy analysis approach was utilized in order to review school-level progress in different stages of policy development, i.e. policy formulation, legitimation, implementation and evaluation. Evidence was collected through 15 semi-structured interviews with head teachers, teacher education academics and staff with national and local authority quality improvement remits. Questions focused on: aims and curriculum goals; school culture; learning and teaching; partnership relationships and evaluations of practice. Findings suggest a high degree of support for curriculum aims, however, there were often problems communicating policy expectations (policy formulation). Thus, despite impressive examples of innovative practice in relation to school ethos, wider achievement and pupils’ broader general education (policy legitimation), there were also examples of HWB being constrained by senior school examinations and the backwash effect this had on curriculum planning and engagement with interdisciplinary learning approaches (policy implementation/evaluation). These findings have implications in terms of policy to practice coherence as well as highlighting the need for further more specific research evaluations.     

Competence-based blended learning in building automation: towards a EU curriculum in ‘Domotica’

A competence-based approach was applied to a blended learning on line distance training in the Euroinno EU project aimed at vocational training in building automation. The current paper describes the experience gathered during the learning process and the definition of the curriculum. A number of issues emerged during the sessions concerning regional differences among the various European partners involved in the learning. Refusal to accept e-learning approaches has been considerable among teachers and students in piloting building automation courses, and mainly related to four factors in the tradition of adult education: curriculum tradition, oral tradition, lack of confidence in technical solutions to educational matters and lack of experience with the media.
