Numerical Calculation of Concrete Slab Response to Blast Loading

In the present paper, a dynamic plastic damage model for concrete has been employed to estimate responses of a reinforced concrete slab subjected to blast loading. The interaction between the blast wave and the concrete slab is considered in 3D simulation. In the first stage, the initial detonation and blast wave propagation is modelled in 2D simulation before the blast wave reaches the concrete slab, then the results obtained from 2D calculation are remapped to a 3D model. The calculated blast load is compared with that obtained from TM5-1300. Numerical results of the concrete slab response are compared with the explosive test carried out-in the Weapons System Division, Defence Science and Technology Organisation, Department of Defence, Australia.

自主创业是时代的潮流,是大学毕业生就业的重要途径之一。但我国的创业环境不够理想,不利于大学毕业生的自主创业。本文着重对广西的大学毕业生自主创业的现状进行分析,提出了促进广西大学生自主创业的对策。     

Provision of quality education in the context of Syrian refugee children in the UK: opportunities and challenges

Abstract

While existing research has shown the importance of the three interrelated domains of the wider policy, the school and home/community environments in the development of quality education for learners, this literature does not fully capture the experiences of the refugee population. In this article we focus on a group of Syrian refugees who came as part of the first large cohort that was welcomed in the UK in December 2015. We adapt Tikly’s quality education frameworks and develop a model that highlights not only the importance of the three intersecting environments, but also the specific inputs/processes that are critical to achieving quality education for refugees. In so doing, we stress the critical role of English as a tool for refugee children’s inclusion and integration in schools. Consequently, the contribution of the paper is an understanding of the inputs/processes that are key to the development of quality education for migrant/refugee children.     

违约自由论

合同本质上就是当事人通过自由协商，决定其相互之间的权利、义务关系，并根据其意志调整他们相互之间的关系的协议。当事人有是否缔约的自由，和谁缔约及决定合同内容的自由，变更与解除合同的自由。但违约是否自由则从未明确地说明。而人们往往根据违约责任的存在而否定违约行为的自由。事实上我们日常生活中的违约行为往往就是缔约一方的自由选择的结果。文中从以下方面来说明违约的自由：违约行为的现实合理存在；合同法未对违约行为进行限制；对违约行为的适当规制并不是对违约行为的禁止。     

基于Bookmetrix的G20国家图书影响力比较研究

[目的/意义]对比分析G20国家图书影响力的现状，为我国提升图书国际影响力提供借鉴。[方法/过程]选择Springer收录的5个学科（化学、工程、医学、法律、历史）图书为样本，以Bookmetrix为数据源，在讨论指标覆盖率与相关性的基础上，从图书的产出数量、5类指标（下载量、引用量、提及量、读者量及评论量）以及合著关系3个方面展开比较分析。[结果/结论]研究发现：1）在指标覆盖率和相关性方面，整体情况与中、美、德等国家层面的表现类似。体现为图书的下载量覆盖率最高，读者量和引用量相关性值较高且稳定。2）中国的国际图书产出量与德国、美国、英国存在较大差距，但在指标均值、综合排名方面表现良好。3）在G20国家图书合著网络中，人文社科类图书国际合作强度明显低于理工类学科；美国、德国具有较高的科研合作实力与影响力；中国的国际合作具有一定基础，但整体影响力作用并不突出。     

研发驱动内生增长模型中的企业研发行为与政府政策

在研发驱动的内生经济增长理论的框架内,对企业研发竞争行为和政府研发政策的最新研究进展进行了深入探讨,并结合我国产业现状指出政府为产业领先者提供补贴并对新的产业领先企业的利润征税能使社会福利达到最优。     

我国技术知识存量的构成与国际比较研究

根据国外技术知识存量的计算方法,确定了技术知识的陈腐化率和R＆D时间滞后．在此基础上,对我国以自主研究开发和技术引进为主的知识存量的构成进行了实证研究,并从中国技术知识的总量及其占GDP的比重等方面与美国和日本进行了比较分析,提出有效利用外溢技术是近期提高我国技术知识存量重要途径的政策建议。
