人的诞生与死亡——福柯的主体批评理论研究

福柯在《词与物》中批判了两百年来西方主要的理论形态——人类学主体主义,认为文艺复兴、古典时期不存在主体,主体是19世纪第二次知识断裂的结果.福柯的“人之死”指的是与人相关的知识、人文学科的死掉,这里的“人”是概念上的人,并非真正意义上实体的个人.     

Speaking Ill of the Dead: Anonymity and Communication About Suicide on MyDeathSpace.com

From birth to death, many individuals chronicle their lives online through blogs, pictures, games, Web sites, and social networks. Online spaces, created by the living about the dead, provide a glimpse into often invisible or silent grieving practices. To investigate the role computer-mediated communication (CMC) plays in influencing communication surrounding the often private and taboo topic of suicide, we analyzed the comments sections of MyDeathSpace.com. Our results suggest both a breaking down of social taboos (speaking ill of the dead) and a reaffirming of strict social norms (enforcing a narrow range of acceptable presentation of identity and purpose in life), highlighting how anonymity as a characteristic of CMC can influence our online communication about death.

《生死依托》是一部以新型农村合作医疗和鄂尔多斯草原为背景,从另一个角度去关注农民的健康和命运的现实题材电视剧。这部现实题材的电视剧带有强烈的地域色彩。剧中的人物形象设定也被打上了鲜明的地域文化烙印。电视剧中出现的地域文化元素也可称为一部作品的地域特色。是生活在同一地区中一个或多个民族的历史、语言、风俗的文化概念．是一个地区文化与属性成独特风格的源泉,其也会内化成为该地域文化艺术鲜明的可识别性。地域风光和民俗风情的塑造是地域特色中不可或缺的要素。其中传统的民歌、舞蹈也是对地域文化的深化和表现。在我国的电视剧发展过程中,地域文化已经成为一种较为明显的趋势,并且成为许多作品纷纷效仿的创作方式。它包含了一个地区根深蒂固的文化信仰。同时也包括了这个地区人们所拥有的精神特质。

The existential meaning of death and reconsidering death education through the perspectives of Kierkegaard and Heidegger

Abstract

This study explores the views of death in the ideas of Kierkegaard and Heidegger to discuss the educational meaning of death and the direction of death education. What both thinkers have in common is, first, that death is not universal, but that each individual is independently aware of his or her own death. Second, both thinkers observe that we should face death and suffer from anxiety or despair, a kind of existential limitation, which serves as an opportunity for real existence. Third, both thinkers observe that individuals can transform their lives and create an opportunity to renew their relationships with people or things around them through their existential insights into death. Death education based on the viewpoints of the two thinkers should first awaken each individual to his or her own authenticity and individuality by means of the associative perception of life and death. Second, each student should actively face the ‘crisis of death’ without circumventing it or escaping from it, thus, learn to have a sincere attitude toward one’s own life and relationships with others. To this end, it is necessary to use various educational materials related to death for regular subject curriculum and non-subject experience activities to induce students to ask existential questions and to reflect on them on their own.

法治语境下中国死刑问题分析

死刑作为一种刑罚,尽管具有公正性,功利性,但却因不具有人道性而使其自身充满了矛盾,故此其存在仅具有相对合理性。权利话语的兴起和人权事业的蓬勃发展也使得死刑制度逐渐走向自我消亡的结局。现阶段,中国应该逐步限制死刑的适用从而为在中国最终废除死刑创造条件,以顺应时代和法治精神的要求。
