数据挖掘技术在生源质量分析中的应用

通过对各届毕业生生源等特征资料、高考的成绩数据、以及大学各门课的成绩挖掘,提供了一个在教育领域进行合理挖掘的模式。研究了如何把关系数据库的关联规则问题转化为单维、布尔关联规则问题,把关联规则挖掘中的经典算法Apriori算法在实例中进行了具体应用。     

Demystifying blockchain: A critical analysis of challenges,applications and opportunities

The blockchain is considered to be the potential driver of the digital economy. The Blockchain technology outweighs the challenges associated with the traditional transaction business governed and regulated by the third trusted party. There is a growth in the interest among the researchers, the industry, and the academia to study and leverage the potential of Blockchain. Blockchain provides a decentralized and distributed public ledger for all the participating parties. Though it seems that blockchain is a viable choice and solution for all the centralized governed and regulated transactions (in digital online space), it has potential challenges that need to be resolved; opportunities to be explored, and applications to be studied. This paper utilizes a systematic literature review to study several research endeavors made in the domain of blockchain. To further research on blockchain adoption, the paper theoretically constructs an integrated framework of the blockchain innovation adoption process in an organization considering organizational and user acceptance perspectives. This would facilitate its widespread adoption, thereby achieving sustained leadership solutions. The paper offers 23 propositions to information systems (IS)/information management (IM) scholars with respect to innovation characteristics, organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, and user acceptance characteristics. Further, the paper explores several areas of future research and directions that can provide deep insights for overcoming challenges and for the adoption of blockchain technology.     

Chinese children with ASD in Hong Kong (SAR): development of inclusive practice

The advancement of inclusive educational provision in the Asia‐Pacific region has been guided by international research. As one example, Hong Kong has developed a unique and cultural response to inclusive practice within the region. This paper reviews Hong Kong's development of inclusive education practice for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). It provides an account of how services in education have developed for Chinese children with ASD, from diagnosis to school placement, and how the students are supported. A number of challenges for the region are discussed including those related to pedagogy, mentoring, placement, support and the need for culturally appropriate professional learning.     

自学考试实践环节考核模式的改革与探讨——以江西省为例

自学考试实践环节考核是检验自学考试生学习的理论知识应用于实践中的标准,是自学考试的重要组成部分。本文结合江西省自学考试实践性环节考核中存在的问题分析,从改革专业课程体系、依托建立省级学习支持服务中心、加强过程学习和建立考评机制等方面提出提升质量的对策与建议。     

Steps towards inclusion in Hungary

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a rhythmic gymnastics programme on the dynamic balance ability of a group of children with deafness. The sample consisted of 29 children with deafness. The subjects met the same criteria in terms of age, aetiology, hearing level, intelligence, school placement and socioeconomic status, and in this way, they were assigned to two groups of 12 and 17 children, for the control and experimental groups respectively. The experimental group received a 16-week rhythmic gymnastic programme at a frequency of three lessons per week, for 40 minutes, whereas the control group adhered to its regular school routine. The methods of data collection included pre-/post-test measurements of the dynamic balance for all participants of both groups. The dynamic balance ability was measured by means of a balance deck (Lafayette) in duration of 30, 45 and 60 s intervals. The findings of this study provide evidence that the specific rhythmic gymnastic programme facilitates significant improvement in the dynamic balance ability of this sample of children with deafness.     

全纳教育理念下有效同伴支持的构建策略

目前全纳教育逐渐成为特殊教育界的基本理念,中国实行全纳教育的模式是随班就读,如何让特殊学生得到更多有效的支持,是开展随班就读工作必须考虑的重要问题。应在全纳教育的环境下,遵循适合特殊儿童的特殊需要、特殊儿童和普通儿童共同进步的原则,选择自愿、尊重和理解特殊儿童的同伴支持者,经过严格的培训,使其担当支持特殊儿童的学习、行为习惯、心理疏导等方面的任务,使双方获得共同的提高与进步。     

基于GPS、GIS、GPRS的保险业车载调度系统方案研究与设计

本文首先对保险行业中的车载调度存在的问题做了一定的研究，并在此基础上设计出了基于GPS，GIS，GPRS三种技术于一体的一种车载调度系统，此系统能实现监控车辆的“实时在线”，并能采用”就近”原则使勘察车辆(人员)快速到达事故现场，因此能够提高保险行业中车载调度的公正性及有效性。     

碳排放量约束下的企业碳管理流程体系构建研究

2016年中国将建立全国性碳市场,这意味着中国的低碳经济之路正在从宏观治理向微观减排逐步过渡。企业作为减排主体,在运营过程中将面临碳排放量的限制,而国内外企业碳管理相关研究尚未形成系统性成果。本研究在已有研究的基础上,构建了一个由企业碳管理部门主导的,包括企业碳盘查、碳决策、碳信息披露三个板块的企业碳管理流程体系,以期帮助企业完成履约责任,实现减排成本最小化,在低碳革命中完成企业转型。     

国外电动汽车产业信息资源建设现状及其启示

在简介美、日、欧等建立的多种形式的电动汽车产业信息资源平台的基础上,重点介绍了美国能源部可 替代燃料及先进车辆数据中心、美国汽车工程学会全球技术图书馆—电动汽车数据库和欧盟清洁能源车辆数据库等平 台,最后提出了对我国电动汽车产业信息资源建设的启示与建议。     

基于KNN的图像自动分类模型研究

所谓图像自动分类是指利用图像自动分类器把待分类的图像分配到预定义的图像类的过程。用于图像自动分类的方法有多种。其中K近邻算法是一种基于实例学习的方法,是一种较理想的自动分类器。本文在它的基础上提出了图像自动分类模型,整个图像自动分类过程包括图像预处理、特征表示、机器学习和图像分类4个步骤。表1。图1。参考文献13。
