为攻克现有配药控制系统的硬件设计的不足,设计了对应的取药机构、定位机构、机械机构、电机控制系统,实现了PLC对取药行走装置较高效、智能的控制。     

Reviewing the Family Unit as a Stakeholder in Talent Development: Is It Undervalued?

As elite youth sport becomes more organized and professionalized, the role of the family is increasingly acknowledged as being significant in the development of young talent. High-profile examples across a range of professional sports, both positive and negative, have drawn attention toward this important stakeholder. Accordingly, this review first examines the key issues in relation to family involvement in talent development in relation to what is perceived as good and bad practice on behalf of the family. Next the key theoretical underpinning is considered, Family Systems Theory, and how it may be integrated within elite youth sport. Finally, the article concludes with a summary of where the current literature leaves us and where we can progress from here. Two possible inputs are suggested that could benefit the effectiveness of family involvement: a focus on the family holistically and a second on the role different family members can play.     

A cross‐cultural test of the association between temperament and communication apprehension

The research reported in his study was a cross‐cultural test of the communibiological model of communication apprehension as temperamental expression. The study was designed to replicate the findings reported by Beatty, McCroskey, and Heisel (1998) in the U.S. and Japan. In this study participants from Japan and the U.S. completed measures of communication apprehension, neurotitism, and extroversion. The results indicated that, for both Japanese and U.S. college students, scores on the measure of communication apprehension were significantly correlated with measures of neuroticism and extroversion. Multiple regression analyses indicated that both neuroticism and extroversion predicted unique variance in communication in both cultures and that the multiple correlations for the two cultures did not differ significantly. It was concluded that the replication was successful and that temperament scores are substantially predictive of communication apprehension across the cultures tested.     

Preparing a Data Scientist: A Pedagogic Experience in Designing a Big Data Analytics Course

In this article, we present an experiential perspective on how a big data analytics course was designed and delivered to students at a major Midwestern university. In reference to the MSIS 2006 Model Curriculum, we designed this course as a level 2 course, with prerequisites in databases, computer programming, statistics, and data mining. Students in the class were mostly seniors or at the graduate level, and had a strong technical and quantitative background. We include details of concepts covered in the course, as well as summaries of four major sample course assignments used. Some of the concepts covered include large‐scale data collection and management using the Hadoop ecosystem, stream mining, visual analytics, and social network analytics. Besides Hadoop, the course also introduced various IBM and Teradata big data tools. We show how the course modules align with the intended learning goals and course objectives. A post‐course survey indicated that the structure and organization of the course helped students clearly and concisely assimilate the course content.

基于绿色创业理论,对光伏、节能照明、新能源汽车三行业的案例分析,发现只有遵循绿色创业规律的政府扶持才能真正促进绿色创业企业发展。技术创新是政府扶持绿色创业的首要任务,绿色创业与绿色消费的平衡发展是政府扶持的重要任务,“推拉结合”是绿色消费政府扶持的重要手段。要提升政府扶持的有效性,扶持的力度要适中,扶持的对象要审核。     

数字图书馆中IDSS的研究

本文在分析数字图书馆决策特点的基础上，提出了一个多专家系统集成式的基于数据挖掘和智能代理技术的智能决策支持系统框架。     

论决策信息及信息决策的生物原理

本文论述了决策信息的分类及其与信息决策的关系，提出了决策信息与信息决策的六个生物原理、决策信息的第一效应原理、决策信息多样性原理、信息决策交叉点原理、信息决策干扰原理、信息决策杂交原理、决策信息重组与信息决策新建再生原理。     

三维表面微观形貌的等高图绘制及粗糙度3-D评定参数计算方法研究

针对零件表面质量的要求愈来愈高，而机加工表面微观形貌的粗糙度3-D评定方法却相对滞后。针对这一问题，本文就三维表面微观形貌的等高图的绘制方法、粗糙度3-D评定参数的计算提出了一些具体编程实现方法。重点阐述了三维表面等高图的绘制方法、3-D支承率和液体滞留性能指数的计算方法。利用JB-4C测量仪，开发了粗糙度3-D评定参数计算系统，验证了该方法的可行性。     

一种新式背负型支撑装置的结构设计

随着武器装备的小型化,便携式装备应用越来越广,进而对便携式装备的体积、重量等指标方面的要求也越来越高。在单兵背负便携设备进行作战架设时,结构巧妙的支撑装置会给整个系统的背负、架设、撤收带来较好的实战效果。文章从支撑装置的选材、结构形式、功能等方面加以阐述,体现了该结构设计的新颖与实用性。     

Researching Internet Communities: Proposed Ethical Guidelines for the Reporting of Results

Communication researchers and social scientists are quickly discovering the value of data that exists in the postings of members of Internet e-mail, Usenet, and real-time groups. The ability to communicate with one's peers, no matter how esoteric the interests, is causing an explosion in the number of new virtual communities. The interpersonal dynamics of these groups are increasingly coming under the scrutiny of academic research. The publicly available archived records of Internet virtual communities are being analyzed for a wide variety of research interests. The ability to do naturalistic observations of group dynamics, as they are exhibited in these exchanges of text, has captured the attention of many researchers. The institutional review boards of major universities are granting researchers exempt or expedited (exempt from full review) status for this work, due to the public nature of the notes being analyzed. These studies often involve the lack of informed consent, where the group members under study are unaware they are being monitored. There is a potential for psychological harm to the members of these groups, depending on the way results are reported. This article explores the ethical considerations that must be taken into account to protect cyberspace participants. The guidelines proposed are based on the American Psychological Association ethical guidelines for use of human subjects in research. An explanation is offered as to how such guidelines can best be applied to the study of Internet communities. The constructs of Group Accessibility (the public/private nature of the actual cyberspace occupied by a group) and Perceived Privacy (the level of privacy that group members assume they have) are defined and proposed as two dimensions by which individual Internet communities may be evaluated in order to assure the ethical reporting of research findings.
