基于“立德树人”的我国青少年体育品德评价指标体系构建研究

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法、层次分析法等研究方法，以人的全面发展理论、马斯洛的需要层次理论、道德认知发展心理学理论为基础，以国家出台的各类关于学生道德、品德发展的文件、中小学生手册和奥林匹克精神等为依据，构建出青少年体育品德评价指标体系。指标体系包括体育精神、体育品格、体育道德行为3个一级指标，爱国主义精神、集体主义精神、竞争开拓精神、拼搏进取精神、团队合作精神、创新精神、法制精神、爱、志、信、义、体育道德意应能力、体育道德创造能力和体育道德自我教育能力14个二级指标，并采用层次分析法分析出各指标的权重。青少年体育品德评价指标体系具有一定的科学性、适用性及操作性。     

Research priorities for a multi-center child abuse pediatrics network − CAPNET

Although child maltreatment medical research has benefited from several multi-center studies, the new specialty of child abuse pediatrics has not had a sustainable network capable of pursuing multiple, prospective, clinically-oriented studies. The Child Abuse Pediatrics Network (CAPNET) is a new multi-center research network dedicated to child maltreatment medical research. In order to establish a relevant, practical research agenda, we conducted a modified Delphi process to determine the topic areas with highest priority for such a network. Research questions were solicited from members of the Ray E. Helfer Society and study authors and were sorted into topic areas. These topic areas were rated for priority using iterative rounds of ratings and in-person meetings. The topics rated with the highest priority were missed diagnosis and selected/indicated prevention. This agenda can be used to target future multi-center child maltreatment medical research.

从讨论虚拟企业知识管理的特点与障碍入手，指出了虚拟企业隐性知识管理的必要性。通过分析Web2．0环境下隐性知识管理的新方式，探讨了Web2．0环境下虚拟企业的隐性知识管理策略：建立Web2．0环境下新的隐性知识管理平台、制定激励隐性知识共享的方法、构建隐性知识库和提供个性化的隐性知识共享服务。     

数据查询计算机化

以键宽和键高查询为例子，以小见大阐述数据查询的实现。键宽键高查询以Delphi中的ADO组件连接加密的MS—ACCESS数据库实现。我希望通过本文企业和工厂中的机械设计人员由此掌握一种应用程序开发工具，从耗力耗时易错的手工查询摆脱出来，这对以后的工作和学习大有裨益。

深入分析了Reference Framework（RF）5的原理和缝构，说明了各数据元素的作用及相点关系，并通过动态目标检测例程详细说明了Eeference Framework5在数字图像处理中的应用。     

SWAT 2000气象模拟器的随机模拟原理、验证及改进

该文详细介绍了SWAT 2000气象模拟器(最高、最低气温、太阳辐射)的随机模拟原理,利用甘肃河西地区酒泉、张掖等7个站的完整气象资料,提出了气候条件相似的区域气象台站月平均气象数据的计算方法,并计算出模拟器需要的输入参数,对气象模拟结果进行了验证.在此基础上利用逐日平均气温修正模拟生成的最高、最低气温并求5日滑动平均,对模拟器进行了改进.通过模拟结果与气象台站实测资料的对比可以看出,改进后最高气温相关系数从0.85提高到0.90,最低气温相关系数从0.89提高到0.94,气温数据模拟精度有一定提高.最后利用改进后的气象模拟器对河西黑河地区祁连、札马什克、莺落峡3个数据短缺站点进行了气温和太阳辐射的模拟,通过SWAT模型的应用证明模拟结果能够满足分布式水文模型的气象输入数据精度要求.     

School quality, child wellbeing and parents’ satisfaction

Child wellbeing at school and enjoyment of the learning environment are important economic outcomes, in particular because a growing body of research shows they are strongly linked to later educational attainments and labour market success. However, the standard working assumption in the economics of education is that parents choose schools on the basis of test-score performance, and concerns about child happiness are largely ignored. In this paper, we address this omission and investigate to what extent parents’ and children's views of their school are linked to test-score based performance, and to what extent parents’ judgements of school quality are linked to their child's happiness. To do so, we use information on stated attitudes from the Longitudinal Survey of Young People in England (LSYPE) matched to administrative records on pupil achievements in England. Our results suggest that test-score based measures of school quality tend to dominate parental satisfaction with the learning environment. However, school quality along this dimension is not strongly associated with pupil happiness and wellbeing at school.
