当代社会已进入了一个消费的时代,人们对商业空间的需求也渐渐从简单化走向了多样化．除了基本的商业需求之外,人们更注重空间的体验性、主题性以及审美趣味等．此时人们对自己的生活方式有了更高的追求,也对现代的商业空间设计提出了更高的设计要求．作为当代设计师必须深刻理解现代人的真正需求,并深入理解外围条件对于商业空间的控制与影响,只有这样才能更加充分合理地利用外部条件对设计进行优化,进而创造一种宜人的商业建筑空间．通过对北京蓝色港湾商业建筑设计的调研分析,简述自然环境、人文环境以及空间条件等外围因素对于商业空间设计的控制与影响．     

Precariously Employed Watchdogs?

A growing share of the media content we encounter as consumers and investigate as scholars is produced by journalists in non-standard employment situations. Researching the labour conditions of freelancers and interns can help us to understand important aspects of contemporary journalism—as well as the role it may or may not be able to perform in postmodern democracies. This article presents results from a research project that explores this growing yet understudied segment of atypical labour in journalism. The analysis is based on a review of recent literature on news production and working conditions in the media as well as 18 in-depth interviews conducted with interns and freelancers in Germany.     

Dewey’s conception of vocation: existential,aesthetic, and educational implications for teachers

I offer a close reconstruction of John Dewey’s account of vocation in Democracy and Education, bringing out the existential and aesthetic dimensions of Dewey’s idea that vocations constitute perceptual environments for their practitioners. Although Dewey offers this idea to teachers only as an insight about student development, I contend that its most powerful educational implication concerns the growth of teachers. Picking up where Dewey left off, I investigate to what extent teaching constitutes an educative environment for teachers. I conclude that, while the environment of teaching is an exceedingly rich one, the basic working conditions of teachers and the ethos of education often frustrate their attempts to interact with this environment. I conclude with a critique of some of the forces that narrow the range of what teachers notice, feel, and learn in the course of their work.     

我国农村地区义务教育阶段学生乘车状况研究——基于全国11省的调查分析

基于全国的抽样调查显示,义务教育阶段农村地区有20%的学生需要乘车上下学,学生交通状况存在诸多问题：所乘坐的交通工具种类多,安全性能差;乘车过程中管理失范,安全状况差;部分学生乘车需求得不到保障。为此,需要明确政府的主体责任,改善投入与管理体制,探索多渠道的交通方式,加强学生乘车过程中的监管力度等。     

A vocation or a career: the perspectives of BA. ECEC graduates about accessing employment and working in the early years sector in Ireland

Caring for and educating young children is highly skilled and complex, and is dependent upon the educator's education and training, work environment, salary and work benefits. This paper which draws upon two annual BA ECEC Graduate Occupational Profile Surveys undertaken in 2013 and 2014, explores the perceptions of graduates about seeking employment and working in the sector. The findings indicate that the graduates perceived themselves as: professionals who were confident about their practice; held valuable knowledge of the practice frameworks: Síolta and Aistear, and excited about opportunities for professional autonomy. However, while graduates working in the sector were buoyed by their ‘love of children’ and described the work as ‘rewarding’ they were critical of the pay and working conditions. Consistent with [Herzenberg, S., M. Price, and D. Bradley. 2005. Losing Ground in Early Childhood Education: Declining Workforce Qualifications in an Expanding Industry. Special Issue: Early Childhood Policy 17: 71–86] the findings support the assertion that early childhood educators are among the lowest paid professionals, and many graduates indicated their intention to exit the sector. The BA ECEC provided a stepping stone towards post-graduate study and alternative career pathways. The findings highlight a pervasive tension between the potential of ECEC to be a rewarding and satisfying career, and the reality of employment conditions within the sector.     

行政诉讼起诉难的成因与对策研究

行政诉讼起诉难是我国行政诉讼困境的重要表征。起诉虽然是起诉人向法院提起诉讼的单方行为,但致使起诉难产生的因素却不仅限于起诉人一方,起诉难产生的原因更多是在于实定法规定的不足和不合理,也存在于起诉人与行政主体及法院的相互作用过程之中。为解决行政诉讼起诉难问题,必须“对症下药”,采取提升起诉人自身能力、知识水平,完善相关法律规范,禁止行政主体对行政诉讼起诉制造障碍,改革和完善法院的立案审查制度及规范,改革法院的财政、人事制度等措施。     

教育均衡化背景下成都市民办幼儿教师生存状况调查报告

随着我国教育均衡发展战略的不断推进,学前教育的均衡发展被提上了议事日程,这就需要关注不同办园体制下的幼儿教师公平发展,其中民办幼儿教师的生存状况应引起足够的重视.立足教育均衡化的宏观背景,对成都市民办幼儿教师在工作条件和经济待遇、工作压力和身心健康、工作稳定性和专业发展、教师个体发展前景等方面进行了问卷调查和访谈,在此基础上进行了比较深入的分析探讨,提出了改善成都市民办幼儿教师生存状况的一些建议：家庭要给予支持,促使其自我提升和发展;实施人性化管理,减轻教师工作压力;重视人文管理,注重幼儿教师专业发展;成立社区教育机构,发挥中介组织的桥梁作用;政府要加大对民办园的扶持力度,提供经费支持和政策保障;激发民办幼儿教师的主体意识,唤醒自我关怀的主体精神.     

阜城县2009－2010冬小麦全生育期气象条件分析

2009-2010年度阜城县冬早春迟,对当年的冬小麦生产造成了极不利的影响,但经过后期气象条件的转好,加上精心的田间管理,当年冬小麦产量不仅未减产反而实现2%的增产。本文通过对此年度冬小麦生育期气象条件进行简要分析,结果表明：即使遇到不利的气候条件,但在气候条件适宜时加强大田管理仍能实现保产目标。     

浅论中国经济转型的必要条件

改革开放以来我国面临的突出矛盾是总量问题,也就是生产的问题。经过30年的发展,这一问题已经基本得到解决,当前需要重点解决的是内需不足的突出矛盾,要建立起消费大国的体制基础,要在保持可持续发展的同时更加注重公平发展。

以沈阳军区某部 1999和 2 0 0 0年入伍的战士为研究对象 ,以常用的身体监测项目为指标 ,全面分析了战士身体形态、机能和素质的状况。提示征兵工作中对那些具有体育运动习惯的青年优先选拔。此外 ,建议加强“连队健身法”的推广普及 ,使其在提高部队作战能力中发挥更大作用。
