地质灾害类专业构造地质学教学思路探讨

防灾减灾院校地质灾害类专业人才培养模式的特殊性和构造地质学研究对象的复杂性要求我们必须更新教学思路,改进教学方法,以满足该学科人才培养的需求。文章从地质灾害实例引入、前沿构造地质学疑难问题探讨、理论教学与科研项目结合等几个方面入手,结合教学实例详细阐述了地质灾害类专业构造地质学教学改革的总体思路。     

清代对安徽灾荒的救助：1644-1840

在清朝前期的197年（1644-1840年）间,今安徽境内有191年发生水灾,170年发生旱灾,此外,还有风灾、雹灾、雪灾、霜冻、雷击、蝗灾、震灾等,清王朝对安徽灾荒的救治有蠲免、赈济、仓储、水利等方式,这些救助方式对帮助灾民恢复正常的生产生活秩序起到了一定的积极作用。     

《尘埃落定》的主题探微

《尘埃落定》是20世纪90年代中国文坛的重要收获,是一部值得阅读的佳作.这部小说以"灾难"、"性爱"、"暴力"、"绝望"作为主题话语,倾力展示了罪恶的土司特权制度对人性的扭曲.试图通过对其主题话语的分析,揭示蕴涵在小说文本中的主题意旨.     

一种新型四轴搜救飞行器设计

为了解决重大自然灾害的灾后现场搜救问题,本文设计了一种新型的四轴搜救飞行器。该飞行器主要以MSP430单片机为控制核心,包括旋翼电机、姿态检测模块、无线视频传输模块、无线遥控模块等,其中姿态检测由陀螺仪传感器、加速度传感器以及大气压传感器。实验结果验证了该飞行器的有效性,能实现无线遥控以及远程视频传输。     

Sovereignty, Globalism, and Information Flow in Complex Emergencies

Because of rapid developments in information technology, abuses of sovereignty by authoritarian governments have received much publicity in recent years, raising public consciousness of massive human rights violations to new levels. Contributing to the dialogue on the influence of information technology on social systems, this article explores (1) the contested role of information in disaster relief efforts, (2) the clash of political and social values emerging from the use of information within the international community's involvement in high-profile crises, such as those in Somalia, Bosnia, and Rwanda, and (3) the resultant rethinking of government's power within national borders, sovereignty. With life-anddeath stakes, international affirmation of a free flow of information during disasters is emerging as a global human rights mandate.     

重大灾害应急救援过程中档案馆的角色——以地震灾害为例

本文以地震应急救援过程中档案馆工作活动为例,结合其他重大灾害的应急救援情况,定位了重大灾害应急救援过程中档案馆的普通公务救援者、档案抢救修复者、档案信息服务者、档案资料收集者角色,并进一步分析了档案馆应如何更好地扮演这些角色,不断提高防灾、减灾、救灾能力的注意点。     

Lessons Learned from Katrina: What Really Matters in a Disaster

SUMMARY

While life's everyday occurrences in libraries leave us with a disaster situation, nothing could have prepared libraries for the magnitude of Hurricane Katrina. Devastating winds, flooding, and destruction to the area infrastructure required a type of response seldom experienced. By revisiting the responses in minor to catastrophic disasters, there are lessons to be learned. Some lessons serve as a source for prevention for potential disaster situations, rehabilitation in localized disasters, and reinvention when libraries are reduced to rubble.

灾害的社会经济影响及灾后扶贫对策研究

我国在历史上就是自然灾害多发的国家,特别是近年,地震等重大自然灾害的频发,严重影响着我国国民经济的正常发展。自然灾害与贫困之间呈现出正相关性。自然灾害不仅对社会经济循环系统产生重大影响,而且导致大量的贫困人口出现,灾后的扶贫救助就成为一个新型的研究课题。本文借鉴国际社会经验并结合我国实际情况,从制度治理、扶贫救助模式、资金运用及NGO参与、创建地震保险制度等方面提出了的相应的灾后扶贫对策。
