教育技术学科点建设的系统分析和发展策略

从系统工程的思想和方法的视角,将学科点的建设问题看作是一个具有多种目标变量、控制变量和环境变量的系统优化问题,可以把影响学科点建设的因素分为三类:学科产出(目标变量)、学科状态(控制变量)和学科环境(环境变量),将学科点的发展策略视作对上述系统的动态控制手段。通过采用案例分析的方法,对基于上述系统模型结合国内外三个教育技术学科点的发展状况和策略进行了分析,结果表明:该系统模型较好地说明了教育技术学科点建设中各种影响因素之间的关系以及学科点特色形成的机制,据此归纳总结了教育技术学科点的发展策略。     

公共事业管理专业教育的困境及其本土化策略——以湖北文理学院公共事业管理专业为例

作为一门新型专业,公共事业管理的定位不清晰,特色不明显,相应的课程设置较为混乱,而且本专业的毕业生就业前景也不景气.公共事业管理专业应基于当地实际,充分利用本地资源,突出专业的本地特色,并最终达到服务本地的目标.湖北文理学院顺应办学潮流,积极探索公共事业管理专业本土化的发展思路,在培养方向选定、资源配置、特色凸显、教学方法创新、就业模式改革等方面作了有益的尝试.     

A Great Work on the Leap-Forward Development of Linguistics——A Book Review on Contrastive Linguistics

从弱化、同化、脱落、异化等方面对河北沧州话声母和韵母在语流中的变化情况分别进行了描写与分析,从而指出沧州话的语流音变现象之复杂在韵母方面最突出,声母次之,而造成音变现象的因素主要是轻声。

网络语言标点符号的变异用法

标点符号是书面上用于标明句读和语气的符号。《中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T15834-2011标点符号用法》对十七种标点符号的用法做了规定,网络语言中句末点号、句中点号、标号的使用都发展演变出不同于国家标准的变异形式和用法;网络语言标点符号的变异形式和用法在网络语境中也衍生出一定的语篇表达功能和语用功能。     

地方高校图书馆学术性机构建设支撑点的研究-以山西财经大学图书馆为例

我国高等教育体制和科技体制改革的不断深化,为地方高校图书馆开展知识创新和服务创新提供了更加宽广的空间,图书馆不再只是担当文献服务的角色,而是同时担负起为高校教学科研和地方经济建设提供文献信息利用与知识转化服务的重任,科学、高效、创造性强的高校图书馆学术性机构建设成为了研究的焦点。就目前发展情况而言,地方高校图书馆学术性机构建设应着重抓四个支撑点:以研究所(室)为基地,推动学术性机构的建设;以科研项目为纽带,牵动学术性机构的建设;以学科建设为驱动,带动学术性机构建设;以管理制度为保障,完善学术性机构建设。     

Quality Is Thy Name

In the current study the authors investigate victims' response to a natural disaster crisis event. Crisis communication research has often considered organizations, but neglected the voice of the victims. Similarly, most crisis research emphasizes the negative outcomes of crisis. Positive communication research and sensemaking theory provide insight into the experiences of crisis victims. Twenty-nine individuals were interviewed from one community in Western Kentucky following a massive ice storm that occurred during January 2009. The remembering emphasis of sensemaking was salient in this study. Victims remembered their overall experience through positive terms and positive interpersonal communication. Communities and organizations alike can use this research to consider how their members may respond to crises and create messages based on these results.     

金华市汛期降水特征分析及年际年代际差异

利用金华市1953-2005年逐日20～08时、08～20时降水资料,采用第2、3类距平、最大熵谱分析、小波分析等方法分析了汛期降水的基本特征及年际年代际差异。结果表明:金华市降水季节变化呈单峰型,主峰在6月;在不同时段有不同的降水集中期;汛期降水总体呈略减少趋势,降水异常偏多年多发生在多雨时段,异常偏少年多发生在少雨时段;汛期降水稳定存在18～20a、2～3a周期,不同时段还存在不同周期;暴雨开始的迟早、长短和暴雨降水集中期有明显的年际年代际差异,暴雨降水稳定存在18～20a周期,不同时段还存在不同变化周期。     

安康方言的变异现象

近年来,安康方言产生了明显的变异现象,突出表现在语音、词汇两方面。这种语言变异现象与社会的政治、经济、化的变革发展,以及语言使用的年龄、职业、性别、化修养、知识水平、个性爱好、社会心理状态等,都有着密不可分的联系。
