知识管理项目经理素质的评价方法

依据知识管理项目经理的工作职责，提出了一种知识管理项目经理素质的评价方法。该方法是针对评价项目经理的素质问题，构建一个评价指标体系，并分别进行基于主观指标的模糊评价和基于考试成绩的客观评价，将主观评价结果与客观评价结果进行综合，使最终评价结果反映主观程度和客观程度。最后给出了一个算例，以说明方法的有效性。     

Unique-order interpolative coding for fast querying and space-efficient indexing in information retrieval systems

This paper presents a size reduction method for the inverted file, the most suitable indexing structure for an information retrieval system (IRS). We notice that in an inverted file the document identifiers for a given word are usually clustered. While this clustering property can be used in reducing the size of the inverted file, good compression as well as fast decompression must both be available. In this paper, we present a method that can facilitate coding and decoding processes for interpolative coding using recursion elimination and loop unwinding. We call this method the unique-order interpolative coding. It can calculate the lower and upper bounds of every document identifier for a binary code without using a recursive process, hence the decompression time can be greatly reduced. Moreover, it also can exploit document identifier clustering to compress the inverted file efficiently. Compared with the other well-known compression methods, our method provides fast decoding speed and excellent compression. This method can also be used to support a self-indexing strategy. Therefore our research work in this paper provides a feasible way to build a fast and space-economical IRS.     

上海市地方高校重点学科建设验收评估指标体系研究

针对上海市教委第三批重点学科中期评估所采用的评估指标体系存在的动态性和定量化方面的缺陷,根据重点学科建设要求和制订评估指标体系的原则,结合访谈,设置了由35条定性和定量指标组成的重点学科建设验收评估指标体系。运用专家咨询法,确立了各评估指标的权重,并确定了综合评估分的计算方法。采和该方法对26个重点学科中期评估的有关资料进行了回顾性验证。本研究制订的评估指标体系,在一定程度上消除了重点学科原有水平的不一致对评估结果的影响。同时,也在一定程序上消除主观因素对评估结果的影响。     

Robust parameterisation of ages of references in published research

The purpose of this research is to illustrate the use of the gamma distribution to model the ages of references in published research, and to demonstrate that the two gamma distribution parameters characterise a field of research in a manner that is complementary to and more nuanced than the Price Index or mean age of references.Minimum Distance Estimation is shown to produce robust estimates of the gamma distribution parameters because of the insensitivity of the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test in the tails of the distribution.Using a sample of 816 articles from 26 different journals across six subject areas, it is shown that the gamma distribution is at least as good as a lognormal distribution to model the ages of references in research articles.The two gamma distribution parameters indicate the rate of publication of new knowledge within the respective discipline and the citing behaviour in terms of the recency of references. Interpretation of these gamma distribution parameters enables a more nuanced and granular interpretation of the distinctiveness of disciplines, sub-disciplines, formats of publication and the distribution of references within articles than possible using the Price Index, half-life or mean age of references.     

中国股指期货推出对A股波动影响分析

基于发展较成熟的恒生指数日收益率波动情况,引入股指期货推出前后的虚拟变量,建立ARCH和GARCH模型,检验股指期货推出对股指波动的影响,有利于揭示股指期货的波动性规律,降低市场系统性风险。实证研究结果表明,GARCH（2,1）模型拟合效果最佳;股指期货的推出,不但没有增加股指的波动性,反而对其波动性有所降低,但这种影响从数值来看非常小。     

损失规避下的指数跟踪问题及其粒子群算法求解

随着指数衍生产品日益受到重视,指数化投资组合常被传统的消极基金管理者或机构所采用,而用有限的资金按指数构成比例进行投资显然是不现实的,所以指数的最优误差追踪就显得更加重要。将追踪误差定义为证券投资组合收益率与所追踪的指数基准收益率之差的均值平方和的平方根,建立了基数约束（即总资产数不超过某个特定整数K）下考虑投资者损失规避决策偏好的跟踪误差最小化模型,并设计了一个粒子群算法求解模型。实际算例表明,所构建的模型和算法是有效的。     

我国县域义务教育均衡发展指标体系的构建

我国县域义务教育均衡发展是当前我国教育改革和发展的一项重要内容。根据教育部《关于贯彻落实科学发展观,进一步推进义务教育均衡发展的意见》和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的要求,采取问题模式设计策略可以从办学条件、师资力量、经费投入、生源质量和教育质量五个指标领域以及寄宿制学校、非寄宿制学校和教学点三类学校要求,来构建我国县域义务教育均衡发展指标体系。我国县域义务教育均衡发展指标体系的构建应划分初步均衡和基本均衡两个阶段。     

利用分光计测量钠原子里德堡常数

用分光计采用最小偏向角法,测出汞灯、氢灯和氦-氖激光器发出的已知谱线的波长所对应的折射率,利用Origin8.0软件,拟合出色散曲线,得到色散公式.再通过测量钠灯各谱线的波长及确定其所属线系来测定里德堡常数.测量结果相对误差为2.95%,实现了使用普通常规仪器测量里德堡常数.     

Resistance partial factor and reliability of cast ball-and-socket support joint

Considering the uncertainty of material performance, geometric characteristic and analysis method, the analysis of statistical parameters of the resistance of cast ball-and-socket support joints and the reliability analysis are carried out by JC method (improved first-order second-moment method) based on the relevant experimental data. Results show that the resistance partial factor of the joint increases with the increase of the reliability index. The resistance partial factors are suggested corresponding to the reliability index under different load combinations. Moreover, the suggested resistance partial factor is adopted in reliability design, and it is found that the reliability index of the joint is larger than the target reliability index. The optimal load combination is the one in which live load plays an important control role. Finally, based on the suggested resistance partial factors, the reliability analysis of cast ball-and-socket support joints of a project is conducted.
