基于分布式能源项目科技创新研究分析

分布式能源项目是我国“十三五”期间重点推进产业,预计到2020年我国分布式能源项目装机将达到1500万千瓦。本文以某医院分布式能源站项目为例,探讨分布式能源项目系统设计的重难点问题,创新性的提出相应的解决方案。本次研究工作采用逐时负荷系数法对医院冷热电负荷进行了合理预测；采用燃气内燃机、余热利用设备、调峰设备相结合的装机方案,既满足了用户的负荷需求,又避免了原动机装机过大的通病；从需求侧出发合理估算项目能耗及能效指标,避免了从供应端计算能耗指标需设置较多负荷调整系数的问题。

A P2P streaming service architecture with distributed caching

Multimedia streaming served through peer-to-peer (P2P) networks is booming nowadays. However, the end-to-end streaming quality is generally unstable due to the variability of the state of serve-peers. On the other hand, proxy caching is a bandwidth-efficient scheme for streaming over the Internet, whereas it is a substantially expensive method needing dedicated powerful proxy servers. In this paper, we present a P2P cooperative streaming architecture combined with the advantages of both P2P networks and multimedia proxy caching techniques to improve the streaming quality of participating clients. In this frame- work, a client will simultaneously retrieve contents from the server and other peers that have viewed and cached the same title before. In the meantime, the client will also selectively cache the aggregated video content so as to serve still future clients. The associate protocol to facilitate the multi-path streaming and a distributed utility-based partial caching scheme are detailedly dis- cussed. We demonstrate the effectiveness of this proposed architecture through extensive simulation experiments on large, Inter- net-like topologies.

数据驱动“知能发展”的微型学习系统分布架构研究

创新驱动发展战略下“知能发展”是创新人才培养的重要目标。在技术融合应用中,可以充分利用教育数据促进主体“知能发展”以发挥其支持创新人才培养、驱动教育创新发展的作用。在教育系统全景中考虑驱动“知能发展”的技术形态和技术架构,在分布式格局中思考系统化建设的技术途径,并通过教育数据的技术设计支持主体“知能发展”图景,可以最大化教育数据的“使能创新”作用。基于文献调研和实践展开分析,在信息与数据教育应用的理性逻辑和实践经验间寻求技术结合点,可为数据驱动主体“知能发展”的系统建设提供建设性方案。研究认为,联结教育数据的表征本相和教育系统活动特征,以“知能图谱”和微型化学习系统为架构基础,将基于微型系统的分布式架构置于中心地位,实行数据驱动的微型化“知能”训练模式,可以通过可定位、可连续、可精准的学习历程促进主体“知能发展”,支持科创人才培养。

Shared leadership in sport for development and peace: A conceptual framework of antecedents and outcomes

A broad range of organizations are involved in the field of Sport for Development and Peace (SDP). The complex environmental factors and internal capacity challenges surrounding SDP organizations put additional pressures on SDP managers who are required to balance multiple organizational demands to achieve sustainable program outcomes. Although scholars have begun to explore managerial aspects of SDP efforts, literature on the nature of leadership in SDP remains scarce. In this article, therefore, the authors introduce the concept of shared leadership and arguments for why considering leadership as a collective phenomenon is of particular value in SDP. Specifically, a conceptual framework is developed to identify antecedents and outcomes of shared leadership in SDP. Nine propositions are presented along with a discussion of future areas of study regarding shared leadership in efforts to use sport as a means for achieving development and peace-building outcomes. Limitations of this leadership perspective are also outlined.
