在对企业生命周期理论进行综合分析的基础上,指出在不同的企业发展阶段,企业家的家长式领导行为应具有不同的特征;提出了与企业发展阶段相适应的企业家家长式领导行为选择模型。     

对大学绩效评价指标筛选的再思考

通过对大学校长创新性特质与大学绩效相关性的研究,发现大学绩效的优良从一定程度上反映大学校长的领导绩效大小,而基于校长领导绩效角度的大学绩效评价与传统的大学绩效评价相比具有评价内容的明确性和评价意义的多重性等特点,从而更易于从繁杂的指标中筛选出反映大学绩效的指标。因此,要以大学校长领导绩效评价为出发点来构建基于大学校长领导绩效的大学绩效评价指标体系,为政府、学生、家长和社会作一参考,同时为大学发展、教育改革及创新提供借鉴。

本文从坚持共产党的领导、民主党派的性质和基本任务、民主党派的参政党地位和职责、多党合作中“互相监督”的性质和功能等方面,论述了我国新时期政党制度是社会主义民主政治的重要体现,同时,它作为在改革进程中逐步健全和完善的社会主义民主政治体制的重要组成部分,对于发展社会主义民主起着十分重要的作用     

How can Blockchain technology support patent management? A systematic literature review

Patent management tasks involve many stakeholders from diverse disciplines and hierarchies as well as from inside and outside the organization. By drawing on the transaction cost and stakeholder theories, Blockchain technology offers new opportunities to rethink the way in which stakeholders are organized and collaborate. Although Blockchain technology receives considerable attention from both the public and academia, the question of how Blockchain technology leverages patent management in particular has so far been neglected, although it holds great promise. Consequently, this is what we choose to be our basic research question. In response to it, we conduct a systematic literature review, following a procedure in three steps. Out of an initial sample of 714 articles, we select 52 as being particularly relevant, and classify them in accordance with the dimensions of the 7D Patent Management Maturity Model. Three main foci regarding the use of Blockchain technology emerge – i.e. for the generation, the enforcement, and the exploitation of patents. This study contributes to scholarship and management by showing that Blockchain technology mitigates environmental and behavioral uncertainty, while stimulating new governance forms and business models by reorganizing or discarding stakeholders.     

Trusting the trust machine: Evaluating trust signals of blockchain applications

Information systems research emphasizes that blockchain requires trust in the technology itself. However, we lack knowledge on the applicability of established trust cues to blockchain technology. Thus, this paper’s objective is to empirically evaluate the effectiveness of several established IS trust formation factors on end user trust. We do so by conducting a between-groups experiment. While we can validate the applicability of previous IS trust research for blockchain technology to some extent, we find that trust signals emphasizing the technology’s underlying trust-building characteristics are most effective. Hence, we highlight the need for contextualization of trust research on blockchain technology. We provide both researchers and practitioners with insights for building trustworthy blockchain applications that enable trust-less interactions not only in theory but in practice.     

一种智能分布式计算模型

移动Agent作为一种全新的分布式计算技术,它大大提高了分布式计算系统的整体性能。本文结合Agent技术,提出了一种基于移动Agent的分布式计算模型。在分布式安全性控制下,通过客户机Agent系统、目的主机Agent系统及Agent网络服务器的合作来实现分布式计算。文中还给出了一个此种模型的应用实例,体现了该模型的优越性。     

分布式管理与图书馆管理创新

信息时代的发展呼唤着图书馆管理的创新。文章借鉴了计算机系统的分布式管理思想,提出了图书馆分布式管理理念,并从开放式、专业化、共享式、市场化、法制化、网络化等六个方面对图书馆分布式管理的特征展开论述。     

团队时间压力对团队隐性知识共享的影响研究

团队隐性知识共享对团队成员突破新技术、帮助组织获得可持续性的竞争优势具有重要作用。基于资源保存理论,并将认知—情感系统理论作为整体逻辑,构建了团队时间压力通过领导—成员交换和团队认同影响团队隐性知识共享的链式中介模型,同时探讨了时间领导的调节作用。基于体验抽样法,对60位学生社团成员和20位社团负责人以及51位企业团队成员和17位团队领导分别进行了调查。结果发现：团队时间压力对团队隐性知识共享具有显著的正向影响;领导—成员交换与团队认同分别在团队时间压力对团队隐性知识共享的影响中起部分中介作用;领导—成员交换与团队认同在团队时间压力与团队隐性知识共享之间存在链式中介作用;时间领导对“团队时间压力—领导—成员交换—团队认同—团队隐性知识共享”这一链式中介路径起调节作用,即时间领导越高,团队时间压力对领导—成员交换的正向作用越强,领导—成员交换与团队认同在团队时间压力与团队隐性知识共享之间的链式中介作用越强。本文发现了团队隐性知识共享的情境因素,并对时间压力领域的积极效应及边界条件进行了补充与完善,也为应用认知—情感系统理论来解释事件与情境交互作用对团队行为的影响机制研究提供指导,拓展了该理论在组织行为学领域的应用范围。     

时间领导力、团队时间共识与团队创造力——基于员工同步偏好的调节作用

消费迭代加剧创新的不确定性,项目计划与进度随时调整已成为常态,时间正成为企业无法忽略的决胜资源。本文从个体时间特质的多样性视角出发,基于团队时间协调理论,系统研究时间领导力和员工同步偏好协同影响团队创造力的作用机制。基于66个研发团队和326名团队成员的嵌套数据,运用区间估计Bootstrap法和Johnson-Neyman技术进行假设检验。结果显示：时间领导力正向影响团队创造力;团队时间共识中介两者关系;同步偏好两阶段调节时间共识的中介作用,即同步偏好不仅助力时间领导力凝聚团队时间共识,还促进团队时间共识转化为团队创造力。研究结果为整合创新任务的时间悖论和个体时间特质的多样性提供了一个框架,也为破解“团队协作悖论”提供了新的视角。     

Control of PDE-ODE cascades with Neumann interconnections

We extend several recent results on full-state feedback stabilization and state estimation of PDE-ODE cascades, where the PDEs are either of heat type or of wave type, from the previously considered cases where the interconnections are of Dirichlet type, to interconnections of Neumann type. The Neumann type interconnections constrain the PDE state to be subject to a Dirichlet boundary condition at the PDE-ODE interface, and employ the boundary value of the first spatial derivative of the PDE state to be the input to the ODE. In addition to considering heat-ODE and wave-ODE cascades, we also consider a cascade of a diffusion-convection PDE with an ODE, where the convection direction is “away” from the ODE. We refer to this case as a PDE-ODE cascade with “counter-convection.” This case is not only interesting because the PDE subsystem is unstable, but because the control signal is subject to competing effects of diffusion, which is in both directions in the one-dimensional domain, and counter-convection, which is in the direction that is opposite from the propagation direction of the standard delay (transport PDE) process. We rely on the diffusion process to propagate the control signal through the PDE towards the ODE, to stabilize the ODE.
