基于《中图法》的自动分类研究现状与展望

将人工智能研究领域中的文本自动分类技术应用于信息资源管理领域是当前的研究重点之一,而目前信息资源管理领域具有体系结构严格、类目数量巨大、类目层次众多等特点。本文充分考虑这些特点,针对《中国图书馆图书分类法》分类体系下文本自动分类研究的现状,从研究目的、类目体系、资源类型等方面,参考国外相关研究的成果和方法予以分析和评价;结合国外相关研究的最新成果,提出我国在《中国图书馆图书分类法》分类体系下应用文本自动分类技术时应注意的问题及今后的研究方向。     

Talk in the primary curriculum: seeking pupil empowerment in current curriculum approaches

At the time of writing, primary English education is, once again, at a crossroads. Within the context of a continuing focus on underachievement in writing for key groups of learners and a large body of research, which suggests that classroom talk is a powerful means of improving children's success in all areas of the curriculum including writing, this article considers two current approaches to talk in the primary curriculum – Talk for Writing and Towards Dialogic Teaching. In doing so, it critically analyses these texts through the theoretical lens of education as social reproduction with a view to identifying their ideological assumptions about the purpose of talk in the curriculum. Discussion considers how such assumptions may influence classroom practice and contribute to the teachers’ understanding of the role of oracy within the primary classroom. The article concludes that whilst both texts might suggest a socially reproductive approach to education, both have the potential to empower the learner through the skilful implementation of oracy as the foundation of teaching and learning.     

基于数字化校园的公文文档一体化管理研究

数字化校园环境下,电子公文成为高校传递信息和记录事务的主要规范性载体,传统的文书到档案的流转及管理模式也发生了相应的变化。本文首先阐述了数字化校园环境下高校档案工作的变化,然后分析了文档一体化管理的条件,最后提出从纵向和横向两个方面实施高校公文文档一体化管理。     

National Assessment of Writing Proficiency Among Norwegian Students in Compulsory Schools

The paper reports and discusses a government‐initiated nationwide assessment of writing proficiency among Norwegian compulsory school students. A sample‐study of 7th and 10th grade students are discussed and reported with regard to challenges in measuring writing skills in a valid and reliable manner. For the 7th graders the results showed a greater proportion of narrative texts, and in contrast to more scientific oriented texts, was assessed as “lower than expected”; however, for the 10th graders the tendency was opposite with respect to central linguistic components. Low correlations between the raters were ascertained at both levels, indicating different views among teachers as to what can be expected of students' writing proficiency. The results are discussed in relation to the usefulness of the theoretical model as a basis for assessment of writing proficiency, as well as other obstacles to constructing valid and reliable writing tests.     

“A Creative Psalm of Brotherhood”: The (De)constructive Play in Martin Luther King's “Letter from Birmingham Jail”

Scholars have celebrated the spoken word in King's “Letter from Birmingham Jail,” but they have overlooked the significance of the Letter's writing. In this essay I closely read King's act of writing the Letter, along with the figures of speech he employs in it, and I show how both—by enacting the mass media's ability to cross contexts—are essential to King's political strategy of nonviolent direct action, as well as to the Letter's argument against segregation—an argument that, before the fact, follows the steps we have since come to associate with deconstructive analysis.     

Rhetorical Functions of Letter Writing: Dialogic Collaboration,Affirmation, and Catharsis in Dolores Huerta's Letters

This essay focuses on the letters that Dolores Huerta wrote to César Chávez in the 1960s and 1970s to better understand her role in the United Farm Workers (UFW) union and the functions of letter writing for individuals such as Huerta, who faced constraining ideologies of race, ethnicity, gender, and class. Huerta used these letters to establish dialogic collaboration with Chávez. These letters also had a more personal function through affirmation and catharsis, enabling Huerta to affirm her role within the UFW by noting her accomplishments and sacrifices for the union and by expressing both her personal and professional problems. These rhetorical functions of her letter writing contributed to Huerta's identity consciousness, enabling her to build an identity that emphasized social justice issues related to race, ethnicity, class, nationality, and gender.     

Information Technology in Higher Education: Tensions and Barriers

This study examined the effects of an intervention in writing with digital interactive books. To improve the writing skills of seventh- and eighth-grade students with a learning disability in reading, we conducted a quasi-experimental study in which the students read interactive digital books (i-books), took notes, wrote summaries, and acted as reviewers of a set of i-books. A repeated-measures analysis of variance indicated that the intervention group of students significantly outperformed the control group on the following measures of writing: the holistic text quality and the summarization text quality, with large effect sizes.     

Grammar matters: How teachers' grammatical knowledge impacts on the teaching of writing

Teaching grammar has been mandated in statutory curriculum documents in England since 1988. Yet despite this, research evidence continues to suggest that metalinguistic knowledge is an area of challenge for many teachers. Drawing on data from a larger study, this paper considers the role of teachers' grammatical knowledge, both content and pedagogical content knowledge, in mediating learning about writing in the classroom. It also illustrates how students' learning about writing is influenced by teachers’ metalinguistic knowledge. The study highlights that grammatical pedagogical content knowledge is more significant than grammatical content knowledge in supporting meaningful teaching and learning about writing.     

中国会计信息研究文献统计及演进分析——基于我国经济管理类权威核心期刊文献数据

本文系统整理了1995-2012年来我国会计信息研究相关成果,发现我国会计信息研究在总体特征与演变特征呈现三大差异性趋势：研究领域向信息使用者转变,研究方法向实证研究转变,研究方式向合作研究转变。认为导致三大差异的主要原因是经济转型和制度变迁的宏观背景、研究生教育的变革和学术交流尤其是国际交流的加强。
