中学实施快乐体育教学研究

快乐体育的目的是为了培养学生健康的身心和终身体育的意识．中学阶段,是一个人的能力和意识形成的关键时期,因此,在中学体育教学中应该实施快乐体育,即树立以人为本的理念,体现教与学的快乐特点;重视体育教学的趣味性;在快乐的活动过程中培养运动能力和自我评价能力,使学生以快乐参与为起点,积极投身体育锻炼。为终身体育、健康第一、协调发展奠定坚实的基础．     

体育课程研究中的涵义、范围、本质与走向研究

运用文献资料法等研究方法,在阐述课程理论研究的基础上,对体育课程研究的含义、范围、本质、范式及走向等几个理论问题进行了研究与探讨,并对体育课程研究的含义、范围、本质、范式及走向等几个理论问题,论述了笔者的观点。旨在为体育工作者从事体育课程研究提供一定的理论参考依据。     

基于Pro/E的压铸模设计及制造

基于Pro/E的CAD/CAM模块,以减速箱体为例介绍了压铸模的设计过程,利用Pro/E进行设计,大大缩短了产品研发周期、模具设计周期和加工周期,同时提高了产品设计的准确性,降低了产品开发和模具设计成本。     

“工学结合”下计算机软件开发教材改革初探

在国家大力发展职业教育的大形势下,职业教育的规模在扩大。如何提高高职教育的教学质量,除了好的教师、教学方法、教学工具,教材也是一个重要方面。教材是教师授课和学生学习的重要工具。特别是在提倡"工学结合"的情况下,如何编写一本好的、适应高职教学的教材也是在高职教学改革中所要注意到的问题。本文就"工学结合"下计算机软件开发教材编写改革提出一些拙见。     

Attention‐Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Symptoms,Perceived Stress,and Resilience in College Students

This research investigated the relationships among symptoms associated with attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), perceived stress, and resilience in college students. In our study of 558 college students (175 men, 383 women), we confirmed the hypothesis that the relationship between ADHD symptoms and perceived stress is mediated by protective factors associated with resilience. The relationships were not significantly moderated by sex. Implications for increasing resilience in college students and lowering perceived stress for college students are discussed.     

A Social Ecological Framework: Counselors' Role in Improving Student Athletes' Help‐Seeking Behaviors

Student athletes' demands increase their risk for experiencing mental health concerns (Ryan et al., 2018). Risk factors for student athletes include coping with athletic success and failure; balancing dual roles; dealing with identity confusion; and experiencing isolation, injury, career termination, and burnout (Beauchemin, 2012; G. T. Brown, 2014). Using the social ecological model, we review factors that interfere with student athletes' help‐seeking behaviors and propose recommendations for the ways counselors can address these barriers in the roles of educator, advocate, and therapist.     

以U340E为例分析执行元件故障对自动变速器的影响

执行元件工作是自动变速器形成动力挡位的基础,而自动变速器换挡是通过执行元件的切换来实现的,因此,执行元件的工作状态直接影响着自动变速器的动力传递。U340E自动变速器有8个执行元件,执行元件数量增多,变速器出故障的概率增加。通过对执行元件的故障分析,可以缩小自动变速器的故障范围,以便快速诊断出自动变速器的某类故障,缩减故障诊断时间,降低维修成本。     

Determinants of Research Productivity in Spanish Academia

This article aims to widen the empirical evidence about the determinants of Spanish academics’ publication productivity across fields of study. We use the Spanish Survey on Human Resources in Science and Technology addressed to Spanish resident PhDs employed in Spanish universities as academics. Productivity is measured as the total number of publications in a three‐year period. We show how personal and academic variables explain differences in productivity within universities and fields of studies and across fields of research. Female workers report lower productivity than their male counterparts, but family responsibilities do not explain this gender gap. The type of contract and tenure or rank do not seem to have any influence on productivity. Researchers seeking professional promotion rather than altruism or personal satisfaction are more productive and young scholars publish more than their older counterparts. Additionally, we find a certain research‐teaching trade‐off and some nuances in the predictors of publication productivity across birth cohorts and fields of study. Finally, international cooperation is one of the most relevant determinants of the number of publications, regardless of the birth cohort. The institutional context in the Spanish research system as regards requirements for promotion and the assessment of research outcomes may contribute to the understanding and interpretation of our results.     

Documenting professional practice through the use of a professional portfolio

Many early childhood practitioners use pedagogical documentation as an important process that enables children's thinking to be represented in a form that can be readily shared with others (Dahlberg et al., 1999 Dahlberg G Moss P Pence A (1999) Beyond quality in early childhood education and care: postmodern perspectives (London, Falmer Press)  [Google Scholar]). Documentation in the form of a professional portfolio provides a vehicle for reflection and an appreciation of the complexities and ambiguities of professional practice in the human professions. The nursing and teaching professions have also embraced professional portfolios as a means through which accountability to self and to others can be judged. However, it is the fusion of process and product within professional portfolio development that enables those involved in the human professions to examine, reflect on, understand, explain and further develop their professional practice. It is through this interrogation of practice that we can not only gain insight into our capabilities but also the theories, beliefs and values that underpin the wisdom of our professional practices. The process of professional portfolio development can be enriching and empowering. An outline for organizing a professional portfolio is provided.
