四周常压模拟高住低练对女子赛艇运动员血清睾酮、皮质醇及血睾酮／皮质醇的影响

目的:探讨4周常压模拟高住低练训练法对女子赛艇运动员血清睾酮、皮质醇及血睾酮/皮质醇等的影响。方法:系统观察了7名女子赛艇运动员(实验组)进行4周高住低练(2500m)训练前、训练期间第1周、第2周、第4周及训练后第1周和第2周这些指标的变化,并与6名低住低练运动员(对照组)进行比较分析。结果:(1)4周高住低练使女子赛艇运动员血清T水平呈先降后升之势,4周结束后仍低于实验前水平,并且至少持续2周;(2)4周高住低练期间运动员血清皮质醇水平降低,实验结束后2周恢复到实验前水平;(3)4周高住低练期间Hb和RBC的变化与T和T/C的变化并不一致,实验前后比较,前两者总体趋势是升高,而后两者总体趋势是下降。结论:4周高住低练使血清T水平先降后升,血清C水平降低,这可能与低氧刺激导致血液Hb和RBC逐渐升高以及机体合成代谢相对增强有关。     

Verteilte Metadatenverwaltung und Anfragebearbeitung für Internet-Datenquellen

Zusammenfassung.   Wir pr?sentieren in dieser Arbeit das ObjectGlobe-System, ein offenes und verteiltes Anfragebearbeitungssystem auf Internet-Datenquellen. ObjectGlobe erweitert die begrenzten F?higkeiten des Internets bezüglich Anfragebearbeitung, indem es einen offenen Marktplatz schafft, in dem eine Vielzahl von Anbietern Rechenzeit, Daten und Anfrageoperatoren bereitstellen. Den Schwerpunkt dieses Beitrags bildet die im Rahmen des ObjectGlobe-Projekts entwickelte Metadatenverwaltung MDV, ein verteiltes Metadaten-Management-System. Es besitzt eine 3-schichtige Architektur und unterstützt Caching und Replikation in der Mittelschicht, so dass Anfragen lokal ausgewertet werden k?nnen. Benutzer spezifizieren die Informationen, die sie ben?tigen und die repliziert werden, mit Hilfe einer besonderen Regelsprache. Um Replikate aktuell zu halten und die Replikation von neuen und relevanten Informationen anzusto?en, verwendet das MDV-System einen neuartigen Publish & Subscribe-Algorithmus. Wir beschreiben diesen Algorithmus im Detail und zeigen, wie er mit Hilfe eines normalen relationalen Datenbanksystems implementiert werden kann. Eingegangen am 19. November 2001 / Angenommen am 30. Correlates of verbally aggressive communication in adolescents

This investigation identifies demographic, media, and social correlates of verbally aggressive communication in adolescence. Mail surveys were completed and returned by 2,300 adolescents between the ages of 13 and 15. These adolescents were asked about the prevalence of verbal and physical aggression, the context in which it occurred, demographics, and the interpersonal and media influences in their lives. The results indicate that verbal aggression is widespread, that committing and experiencing verbal aggression is largely reciprocal, that there is a strong relationship between committing verbal and physical aggression, and that peer social influence and listening to violently oriented music are mildly related to verbal aggression in adolescents. These findings suggest more resources should be allocated to teaching adolescents to understand and control verbal aggression. Further, they provide important answers to many prevention and intervention programmatic questions, including context, content, and targeting concerns. Since the negative consequences of verbal aggression are severe and long lasting, decreasing this destructive communication behavior should significantly improve the lives of many adolescents. These and other practical implications are expanded upon and discussed.

旨在采用免疫印迹等方法观察大负荷运动后人体骨骼肌肌球蛋白的变化。6名男性受试分为安静组和运动组，每组3人，实验组受试进行大负荷运动。结果显示：在运动组实验对象股外肌抽提液转移印迹图谱上出现大量新的条带，分子量范围为97．4～200 kdal，说明大负荷运动后股外侧肌肌球蛋白发生变化。
