基于虚拟现实技术的变电站三维场景仿真技术

介绍了变电站的三维场景建模方法,采用虚拟现实建模语言(VRML)建立了三维虚拟电气设备及虚拟变电站,并且通过VRML的Script节点调用Java程序实现了交互功能。应用三维图形技术为变电站仿真系统构造虚拟环境能大大提高变电站场景的真实感,同时,将电力系统仿真软件与虚拟变电站连接起来模拟变电站的各种运行状态,为变电站仿真培训工作带来技术飞跃。该系统不仅具有三维显示、实时交互及动态仿真等特点,还可以在PC机和Windows操作系统环境下运行,因此具有经济、高效、便于使用等优点。     

Experimental study and numerical simulation of the sludge concentration in a sedimentation tank

Sedimentation tanks and clarifiers play a significant role in an active sludge system, and the efficiency of the whole system is closely related with the design and operation of the sedimentation tanks. This paper focuses on the sludge concentration in each cross-section of the sedimentation tank. We measured the sludge concentration to explore its distribution inside the tank, carried in-situ tests to research the fluid pattern and real operational rules of the sedimentation tank. We also used the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, PHOENICS 3.5, to simulate the solid-liquid two-phase fluid inside the tank and describe the sludge concentration distribution. The numerical results indicate obviously a sludge-water interface and a compression interface inside the sedimentation tank, a stratified sedimentary region with uniform concentration and a compression region with high concentration at the bottom of the tank. Although the simulated concentrations deviated slightly from those of in-situ tests, they were still acceptable for identifying the sludge interfaces and fluid pattern inside a sedimentation tank, which are important parameters for optimizing the tank size and improving the settling efficiency.     

数控仿真系统在数控教学中的应用

稀释水在布浆支管中的混合特性研究

稀释水调浓水力式流浆箱通过局部调节浆料浓度控制全幅横向定量偏差,采用Realizableκ-ε湍流模,利用数值模拟的方法研究稀释水在布浆支管内与浆流的混合与扩散特性,数值模拟结果与相关试验数据吻合良好;稀释水在浆流中的混合主要通过反向漩涡的逐渐扩散。在入射点近场,稀释水与浆流快速混合,当z/d7后,混合参数M变化趋向平缓,这表明混合速度逐渐降低。在稀释水入射点的下游,距离入射点越远,射流扩散程度越高,混合效果越好;提高稀释水的入射速度,有利于提高混合效果。     

基于Proteus仿真的单片机项目化教学改革

根据高职以学生为中心、以能力为目标、以就业为导向的教育目标,结合近年教学实践,对单片机课程进行了基于Proteus仿真的单片机项目化教学改革的探索和实践。实践表明,该方法节省了教学成本,优化了教学和学习的效果,激励了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生实践创新能力。     

基于solidworks的车床主轴受力分析

车床主轴的强度、刚度、稳定性对车床加工质量起决定性的作用。利用solidworks simulation软件分析车床主轴,确定应力集中区,从而为维护改造旧车床设备提供理论依据。     

泥沙不同粒径组的划分对级配成果影响的分析

在河流泥沙颗粒分析中,现在采用<河流泥沙颗粒分析规程>(SL42-92)规定的系列粒径级进行筛分析,而历史资料系采用<水文测验手册>粒径级进行筛析,两种分析方法是否影响泥沙资料的连续性,本文依据新旧两种标准,通过对38点床沙样品的筛分析,较好的回答了上述问题.     

Vapor-liquid equilibrium simulation of binary and ternary mixtures of CH4, C2H4 and iso-C4H10

The vapor-liquid equilibrium（VLE） properties for the binary and ternary mixtures of CH4,C2H4 and isoC4H10 are of great importance in the recovery of ethylene from mixture containing CH4 and C2H4 with iso-C4H10 as solvent.Hence,Gibbs ensemble Monte Carlo（GEMC） simulations were used to estimate vapor-liquid equilibrium for the binary and ternary mixtures of CH4,C2H4 and iso-C4H10 with the united atom potential NERD model.The selected simulation conditions are based on the experiment in the literature.The results of this work were shown to be in satisfactory agreement with available experimental data and predictions of Peng-Robinson equation of state.The structure of simulated liquid phase is also characterized by radial distribution function（RDF）,which contributes to further understanding of the VLE curve of these systems.RDF is not sensitive to the pressure and temperature range.With the increase of pressure or the decrease of temperature,the molecules tend to gather together.
