根据授课内容要求,利用仿真技术辅助教学软件,可实现控制对象实际运行情况的计算机仿真,既节约了教学经费,又很好地解决了教学过程中所遇到的困难,提高了学生的学习兴趣及教学质量．既有助于学生对抽象理论的理解,更有助于学生应用技能的培养．     

Simulation experiments on counter beam lighting in highway tunnel

Counter beam lighting was introduced as well as transverse symmetrical lighting and longitudinal symmetrical lighting. Simulation experiments were carried out by using DIAlux lighting software for the above three lighting methods. The results show that counter beam lighting is more reasonable to be adopted in the tunnel entrance zone because its threshold increment of disability glare is greater. Counter beam lighting can improve the background luminance of the obstacles and lighting efficiency compared with transverse symmetrical lighting and longitudinal symmetrical lighting. Therefore, tunnel lighting energy-saving can be achieved by reducing the road luminance demands and luminaries power. Longitudinal symmetrical lighting is conducive to the large luminaries spacing in the tunnel internal zone; so power consumption can be reduced by decreasing the number of luminaries used. Tunnel walls are unsuitable to pave with smooth or bright material. Installation height of the luminaries has less effect on counter beam lighting.     

Computational fluid dynamics simulation of formaldehyde emission characteristics and its experimental validation in environment chamber

We investigated the effect of supply air rate and temperature on formaldehyde emission characteristics in an environment chamber. A three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics （CFD） chamber model for simulating formaldehyde emission in twelve different cases was developed for obtaining formaldehyde concentration by the area-weighted average method. Laboratory experiments were conducted in an environment chamber to validate the simulation results of twelve different cases and the formaldehyde concentration was measured by continuous sampling. The results show that there was good agreement between the model prediction and the experimental values within 4.3% difference for each case. The CFD simulation results varied in the range from 0.21 mg/m3 to 0.94 mg/m3, and the measuring results in the range from 0.17 mg/m3 to 0.87 mg/m3. The variation trend of formaldehyde concentration with supply air rate and temperature variation for CFD simulation and experiment measuring was consistent. With the existence of steady formaldehyde emission sources, formaldehyde concentration generally increased with the increase of temperature, and it decreased with the increase of air supply rate. We also provided some reasonable suggestions to reduce formaldehyde concentration and to improve indoor air quality for newly decorated rooms.

河南省中小企业ERP的调查与分析

通过对河南省126家制造业中小企业进行问卷调查发现,中小企业对实施ERP意义的认识趋同,但实施ERP的中小企业对员工缺乏必要的培训,ERP实施前的管理基础工作还需要特别改进;企业虽重视ERP实施的过程管理,却忽视对员工进行管理软件原理及其功能的培训。其中管理基础工作对中小企业实施ERP成功与否的影响最大,因此,中小企业成功实施ERP的关键在于做好员工的培训,改造企业的内部流程等软环境。

固体电枢溶化波烧蚀的一维数值模拟

建立了一维固体电枢溶化波烧蚀计算模型,采用有限差分法计算电磁场的扩散,得到了溶化波烧蚀速度和烧蚀深度的变化特性。数值计算结果表明,暴露于强磁场环境下的烧蚀表面产生较高的磁场梯度,电流密度集中在烧蚀表面,焦耳热的剧增导致电枢发生烧蚀。将伪烧蚀算法应用于有限差分的计算,证实其不相容。计算结果对溶化波烧蚀问题的理论及试验研究有重要的指导作用。     

福建丰源水电厂励磁系统参数辨识探讨

为电网分析、计算提供准确的BPA标准发电机励磁系统模型参数,文章在Matlab环境下建立发电机励磁系统标准模型,以现场试验数据为基础,对模型参数进行辨识并确定其模型参数。随后,通过BPA软件进行空载阶跃响应校核以及负载阶跃响应校核,结果与现场实测波形基本一致,从而认为辨识得到的BPA标准模型参数是正确和有效的。     

利用VERICUT软件进行数控仿真加工教学研究

介绍了数控加工仿真软件VERICUT的作用、功能及与其他数控仿真类软件相比较的优点,并通过具体实例阐述了利用该软件进行数控加工仿真的一般步骤,阐明VERCUT软件在数控仿真加工的教学中的实用性与优越性。
