通过对有关撑竿跳高文章的梳理,发现在论及如何提高撑竿跳高成绩的文章中,多集中于对运动员自身的研究,而没有涉及到外部环境(风速)的研究。运用文献资料法对撑竿跳高相关文章进行收集整理;运用数理统计法对相关数据进行分析,得出有效助跑速度与撑竿跳高的成绩成显著正相关,水平速度与撑竿跳高成绩呈负相关;运用逻辑分析法对相关内容进行思辨,分析认为:风速是影响有效助跑速度、水平遗失速度的外部因素之一,表明撑竿跳高的成绩不仅仅与运动员自身的能力有关,还与比赛时风速的方向、大小有关系。该研究主要目的是提出风速是影响撑竿跳高成绩的一个重要的外部因素,在撑竿跳高比赛过程中要对风速进行测量,以确保撑杆跳高成绩的有效性。在此基础上提出建议:在《田径竞赛规则》中设定在撑竿跳高比赛过程中测量风速的内容。 相似文献

The combined interplay of commercialisation, digitalisation and globalisation offers opportunities for international non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to gain more news access. We set up a quantitative content analysis to study how and to what extent press releases from the international NGO Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) were adopted in foreign coverage by four Flemish newspapers (1995–2010). First, the analysis shows that fewer articles were based on MSF press releases in 2010 than in 1995. Furthermore, we found that Flemish journalists generally supplemented the MSF press releases with additional information. The decreased agenda-building capacity of MSF can be explained by the nature of events (violent conflicts in 1995 versus natural disasters in 2010) and by the increased competition between NGOs in 2010. The fact that MSF press releases and articles increasingly discuss global issues nonetheless indicates that globalisation offers opportunities for international NGOs to enhance their agenda-building capacities. Second, our research found less evidence to support often heard complaints about “churnalism” in newsrooms and showed that public relations can also be a positive factor in the news production process; specifically, we found that MSF press releases are often used to counterbalance the “official” message coming from political representatives or contending parties. 相似文献

This article investigates Japan's readmission into the International Lawn Tennis Federation after World War II and its return to the Davis Cup in 1951. In seeking readmission, the Japanese Tennis Association sought support from Australia, where the animosity resulting from recent wartime conflict was particularly strong. The article examines particularly the ways in which the Council of the Lawn Tennis Association of Australia dealt with the proposal for Japan's readmission, and indicates how its strong opposition was initially respected by other national tennis bodies but ultimately mediated by their desire to readmit former enemy countries. The article suggests that tennis relations between Australia and Japan in the early post-war period provided a useful means for the respective governments to promote goodwill between the two countries once the diplomatic relationship was resumed and were an important facet of the history of Australia–Japan relations after World War II. 相似文献

同行评议时间控制应贯穿学术期刊专家审稿前、中、后全过程,而“审稿中”的时间控制是同行评议全程管理中易忽视的薄弱环节。对于该阶段的进度控制,编辑部可通过扩充专家邀请数量、提前设置增审、压缩增审周期来影响审稿进度。本文将围绕这3种方法调研其实施现状,以反映审稿进度控制现状并发现问题。结果显示,大多数期刊首次邀请专家人数仅等于要求回收意见的份数,审稿异常稿件需消耗1个审稿周期后才会被设置增审,审稿周期较长期刊的增审周期也未适当缩短,这些反映编辑部对处在“审稿中”稿件的时间管理处于近乎“虚空”的低干预状态。本文基于调研结果提出,期刊首次邀请专家人数宜大于要求回收意见份数但不是越多越好;分类确定提前增审对象及时间点;增审周期可控制在≤21 d;挖掘采编系统智能化辅助功能,减轻人力负担。多措并举,优化审稿进度控制效果,提升审稿运行效率,助力我国世界一流学术期刊建设。 相似文献

Children's characteristics, including gender, influence their development by eliciting differential responses from their environments, and by influencing differential responses to their environments. Parenting-related stress, associated with poverty environments, negatively influences children's language, likely through its impact on parent–child interactions, but may impact boys’ and girls’ development differently. Early intervention represents one tool for supporting development in at-risk toddlers, but gender-differences in effects of intervention are rarely described. The current studies assessed the effects of Early Head Start (EHS) on children's productive vocabulary in the context of parenting stress and examined gender differences in program effects on vocbulary. Data were from the national EHS Research and Evaluation (EHSRE) study (Study 1, N = 3001), and from a dataset associated with one EHSRE site (Study 2, N = 146) where additional data on productive vocabulary were collected. Study 1 found that at 24 months of age, the EHS program protected girls’ productive vocabulary from the negative effects of parenting stress, but had little impact on boys’ vocabulary. In Study 2, the local EHS site promoted girls’ vocabulary development over time from 14 to 36 months despite the negative effects of parenting stress, and protected boys’ vocabulary from the negative parenting stress effects. These results suggest differential ways in which at-risk toddlers are affected by early intervention. 相似文献
