后WTO时代我国对外经济五大摩擦探析

2007年是我国加入WTO的第六年,同时也标志着我国市场开放进入了新阶段——"后WTO时代"。在后WTO时代,我国不仅将成为世界上遭遇贸易摩擦最多的国家,而且随着市场开放程度的不断加深,还将逐步遭遇制度性摩擦、投资摩擦、技术性贸易摩擦和环境经济摩擦。本文跳出贸易摩擦研究的传统视野,从上述五大摩擦入手,综合分析了后WTO时代可能出现的我国对外经济摩擦的表现、原因及影响,并在此基础上从宏观和微观两个层面提出了应对之策。     

Insecticidal activity of the medicinal plant, <Emphasis Type="Italic">Alstonia boonei</Emphasis> De Wild,against <Emphasis Type="Italic">Sesamia calamistis</Emphasis> Hampson

The bioactivity of the aqueous extracts of the leaf and stem bark of the medicinal plant, Alstonia boonei De Wild (Apocyanaceae), against the pink stalk borer, Sesamia calamistis Hampson (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) was studied in a laboratory bioassay. The extracts were incorporated into artificial diet at a rate of 0.0% (control), 1.0%, 2.5%, 5.0%, and 10.0% (w/w). Both extracts significantly (P<0.01) reduced larval survival and weight in a dose dependent manner. The concentrations that killed 50% of the larvae (LC50) for the stem bark extract were 2.8% and 2.1% at 10 and 20 DAI (days after introduction), respectively, while those for the leaves extract were 5.6% and 3.5%. The weights of the larvae also varied significantly (P<0.05) between the treatments in a dose dependent manner. We conclude that both leaf and stem bark extracts of A. boonei are toxic, used as growth inhibitors to S. calamistis larvae, and hold good promise for use as alternative crop protectants against S. calamistis.

本文分析介绍了西部民办高等教育的概况及成因,指出西部民办高校在适应西部开发对人才的需求方面具有相对的优势,为促进区域经济发展提供了智力支持,而西部经济的发展成为民办高等教育发展的加速器,为其发展创造了更广阔的空间。     

闽中麻鸡肌纤维生长发育规律的研究

选择160只闽中麻鸡在相同的环境条件饲养下,分别于0、7、14、21、28、35、42日龄各随机抽取10只宰杀,研究腿肌、胸肌、翅肌肌纤维直径的变化规律.结果表明:随着日龄的增加,不同部位肌纤维的直径均显著增加(P＜0.01);不同部位肌纤维直径在不同时期发育速度不同,肌纤维发育速度与机体发育速度相关性不明显.     

Screening of phonological awareness in the early elementary grades: an IRT approach

The purpose of the present study was to explore the possibilities for the assessment of growth in phonological awareness of children in kindergarten and first grade. Phonological awareness was measured using four sets of items involving rhyming, phoneme identification, phoneme blending, and phoneme segmentation. The results of an exploratory factor analysis and analyses conducted within the framework of item response theory showed one latent ability to underlie the different sets of items, which nevertheless differed in difficulty. Analyses in terms of the children’s ability further showed the phonological awareness measures to be sensitive to growth. The amount of information supplied by the different sets of items depended on the children’s level of ability. The conclusion that it is possible to accurately monitor the development of children’s phonological awareness in the early elementary grades appears to be justified, and this possibility opens up new perspectives for the early screening for reading problems and dyslexia.

公正行政视阈中行政人员的角色定位

公正行政是构建社会主义和谐社会的前提条件和必然要求。行政人员只有在行政活动中不断反省自己所扮演的角色,通过否定“经济人”角色,肯定“公共人”角色和自觉实现“经济人”角色向“公共人”角色观念的转化,才能使自己的行政行为符合行政伦理道德,实现公正行政,促进和谐社会的构建。     

中国旅游服务贸易的经济增长效应——基于省际面板数据的实证分析

方法:利用2004-2008年度我国31个省份各地区国内生产总值和旅游业的面板数据,选取中国各地区国际旅游(外汇)收入作为影响我国经济增长的衡量指标。目的:研究各地区旅游服务贸易对我国经济增长的影响。结论:我国各地区的资本存量、劳动力投入、人力资本和各地区国际旅游(外汇)收入对我国的经济增长都有显著的影响。     

转变经济发展方式视野下高职教师培训评价体系的构建

“十二五”期间,随着转变经济发展方式的加快,高职院校的发展面临着重大的机遇和挑战,构建科学的高职教师培训评价体系,既可以激励教师不断进取,也可以有效提高教师的培训效果,使高职院校的人才培养工作真正适应加快转变经济发展方式的要求。建立在“柯克帕特里克”模型上的高职教师培训评价体系由4个层次的7个方面的指标构成,用这些指标所构成的体系可以对高职教师的培训效果进行定性与定量的评价,以准确评估培训工作满足加快转变经济发展方式对高职教师的要求的程度。     

红色旅游市场化转型——以井冈山为例

随着红色旅游在全国广泛深入开展,红色旅游市场需求逐渐向个性化、体验化和多样化方面发展。要实现红色旅游的市场化转型,应从井冈山红色旅游市场运行机制的培养,极化功能的提高,大井冈旅游建设及红色旅游产品创新等四方面进行。在转型的过程中必然会出现许多问题,这就需要采取转变政府角色,确立市场运作体系,提升产品历史文化内涵和加强区域合作等措施。
