论企业文化与思想政治工作的关系

企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作既有本质的不同,又在关注人的思想和行为方面有着互通性和天然的联系．在改革开放和建设有中国特色社会主义市场经济的新形势下,无论是国有企业还是民营企业,其企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作实现有机结合势在必行．本文着重论述了企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作各自的内涵,并重点介绍二者的异同点和联系,以及在当代企业发展过程当中两者结合的重要性和意义．

原国家新闻出版总署《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》出台后,在期刊界尤其是高校学报界产生了强烈反响。围绕《办法》的出台背景、实施后可能出现的情况以及高校学报改革路径等问题,学者们各抒己见。及时对诸多观点梳理评析,有利于统一认识,提出合理建议,促进决策部门制定科学、可行的实施细则。

中国共产党在川陕革命根据地奋斗的光辉历程离不开军队中出色的思想政治工作,尤其是从多个方面对红四方面军开展的思想政治工作,更是收到了极为显著的成效。川陕革命根据地通过对红军的思想政治工作,统一了人民军队思想和行动,提高了军队的战斗力;扩大了党和红军的政治影响,壮大了红军队伍;丰富了思想政治工作经验,强化了生命线地位,对军队思想政治建设做出了卓越贡献。     

基于“工作室”制下的广播电视编导专业教学模式探究

工作室教学机制是基于实践能力和创新意识培养的有效教学模式,“工作室”制下的教学模式较之传统的以教师单向灌输为主的班级授课制,具有教学方式灵活、教学环境开放等优点,在国内外艺术院校中得到不断地流行与实施.本文以安阳师范学院广播电视编导专业为切入点,提出实行“工作室”制教学模式的几点拙见,以期更好更有效地推动广播电视编导专业教学模式的转变.     

工作连通行为对辅导员工作家庭冲突的影响

为了揭示当前高校辅导员工作家庭边界问题,验证非工作时间的工作连通行为对工作家庭冲突的预测作用,本研究对高校辅导员在非工作时间的工作连通行为特征进行探索.通过文本研究、问卷调查和统计分析法编制了非工作时间的工作连通行为和高校辅导员工作家庭冲突两个测量工具,探索性因素和验证性因素分析结果表明,其测量工具有良好的信度和效度.回归分析发现非工作时间的工作连通行为对工作家庭冲突有显著正向预测作用.     

Blue-Collar Employees' Work/Life Metaphors: Tough Similarities,Imbalance, Separation,and Opposition

Research examining the relationship between work and life is permeated by metaphors (balance, conflict, spillover, etc.). However, these metaphors are often used interchangeably and with limited conceptual development. Moreover, current research tends to focus solely on white-collar experiences with work and life without taking into consideration how other professions negotiate these spheres. To account for this discrepancy, we examined the metaphors used by those employed in a blue-collar profession (i.e. custodians). A grounded metaphorical analysis revealed the following metaphors: tough similarities, separation, imbalance, and opposites. Implications of these metaphors, limitations and directions for future research are discussed.     

Exploring scientists’ working timetable: A global survey

In our previous study (Wang et al., 2012), we analyzed scientists’ working timetable of 3 countries, using realtime downloading data of scientific literatures. In this paper, we make a through analysis about global scientists’ working habits. Top 30 countries/territories from Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, Latin America and Africa are selected as representatives and analyzed in detail. Regional differences for scientists’ working habits exists in different countries. Besides different working cultures, social factors could affect scientists’ research activities and working patterns. Nevertheless, a common conclusion is that scientists today are often working overtime. Although scientists may feel engaged and fulfilled about their hard working, working too much still warns us to reconsider the work–life balance.     

加强大学生思想政治教育工作之我见

本文从高度认识大学生思想政治教育工作的重要性和必要性、大学生思想政治教育工作的基本特点、做好大学生思想政治教育工作的几点思考三个方面,阐述了加强大学生思想政治教育工作的看法。     

Muscle activation,blood lactate,and perceived exertion responses to changing resistance training programming variables

Ratings of perceived exertion (RPE: 0–10) during resistance training with varying programming demands were examined. Blood lactate (BLa) and muscle activation (using surface electromyography: EMG) were measured as potential mediators of RPE responses. Participants performed three sets of single arm (preferred side) bicep curls at 70% of 1 repetition maximum over 4 trials: Trial (A) 3 sets?×?8 repetitions?×?120?s recovery between sets; (B) 3 sets?×?8 repetitions?×?240?s recovery; (C) 3 sets?×?maximum number of repetitions (MNR)?×?120?s recovery; (D) 3 sets?×?MNR?×?240?s recovery. Overall body (RPE-O) and active muscle (RPE-AM) perceptual responses were assessed following each set in each trial.
