留法勤工俭学预备学校钩沉

留法勤工俭学运动在中国思想发展史和教育史上的作用不容忽视。在留法俭学会、留法勘工俭学会、华法教育会的推动下。建立了一批留法勤工俭学预备学校,组织、培训青年学生赴法。这些预备学校已初具职业学校特征,开男女同校之先河,在当时实属创举。     

Institutional conceptualisations of teacher education as academic work in England

Through an analysis of job recruitment texts, and interviews with academic leaders, this article shows how the university-based teacher educator is produced as a category of academic worker in England. Focussing on the discursive processes of categorisation provides insights into how English universities conceptualise teacher education. Variations in conceptualisations are noted within and between institutions, with the teacher educator produced as a hybrid or exceptional category. Often, variations are produced around a practitioner/researcher contradiction. The article concludes by asking whether such variations and potential lack of coherence matter, in the context of national policy and funding constraints, and internationally.

Work Calling: Exploring the Communicative Intersections of Meaningful Work and Organizational Spirituality

In the present study, we first describe three themes from the interdisciplinary literature: sacred and secular variations; calling as historically and culturally situated; and potential benefits, alienation, and marginalization. Second, through a thematic analysis (Owen, 1984) based on participant data, we examine how participants’ understanding and interpretation of work calling as an overarching meaningfulness, a combination of personal passion and skill set, and a contribution to society serve as definitional makers. We argue that these findings emphasize the processural and constitutive nature of work calling. We conclude by highlighting the communicative dimensions of work calling as they may contribute to future critical and empirical work, noting the possibilities for sense-making theory to intervene in this interdisciplinary area of inquiry.

高职生职业价值观与学习自主性关系的研究

以金盛华等编制的“大学生职业价值观问卷”、谢家树编制、袁红梅修订的“大学生学习自主性问卷”作为测量工具,对苏州市3所高职院校的780名高职生的职业价值观和学习自主性之间的关系进行了实证研究,结果表明：高职生的职业价值观与学习自主性之间关系密切,其中成就实现、社会促进和薪酬声望3个维度与学习自主性之间存在显著的线性关系。
