注重实效,全面推进现代教育技术应用

该文概述了电子科技大学教育信息化与教育现代化所开展的工作和已经取得的成绩,同时也讨论了传统教育手段与现代教育手段相互关系和互补,以及今后的发展方向等问题。     

中国先进文化与学校思想政治教育模式的创建

中国先进文化是推动生产力发展，满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需要，促进社会全面进步的文化；同时也是指导学校思想政治教育模式创建的重要原则。在系统学习“三个代表”重要思想的基础上，阐述了中国先进文化的科学内涵及其特点，正确理解和把握中国先进文化与学校思想政治教育内在联系，提出了在中国先进文化指引下，创建学校思想政治教育模式的具体思路。     

Implicit knowledge of general upper secondary school in a bridge-building project

Bridge-building activities are practiced widely in the education systems of Europe. They are meant to bridge transitions between lower and upper secondary school and form a mandatory part of the youth guidance system in Denmark. By giving pupils the opportunity to experience the different educational context of upper secondary school, bridge-building activities are meant to facilitate their decision-making on educational paths, but also to attract more and new groups of pupils. However, the premises of the inherent differences of educational contexts and of pupils’ lacking knowledge of upper secondary education can be questioned. In this ethnographic case study of a bridge-building project in a rural area in Denmark, we analyse the implicit knowledge of the general upper secondary school, as it is practiced in a bridge-building project, and how it is experienced by the pupils on the background of their prior knowledge. The analysis is theoretically informed by especially the code concepts of Basil Bernstein.     

对农村中等职业教育发展的探索与思考——以老河口市中等职业教育为例

加强中等职业教育改革,服务地方经济发展一直是中等职业学校面临的重要课题。以老河口职业技术学校为例,介绍了当前农村职业教育的基本情况,分析了农村中等职业教育面临的困难和问题:社会认同程度低,师资队伍结构不合理,课程体系与社会需求之间矛盾突出等。有针对性地提出了解决问题的探索和思考:建立中等职业教育延伸培训机制,提高教师待遇,改革课程体系等。     

我们为什么要追寻容闳和留美幼童的足迹

从容闳与留美幼童这个重大事件所处时代及事件性质所具有的标志性来看,从解剖一个时代社会横断面的历史研究方法和留美幼童在中国留学史中所表现出的先锋、示范作用来看,容闳和留美幼童的足迹是值得我们努力追寻的。有关容闳与留美幼童历史的研究,十余年来取得了丰硕的成果,发现了不少值得探索的新课题。对容闳与留美幼童的研究作出重要贡献的单位和个人,都值得我们尊敬和学习。     

刘坤一与晚清江苏教育近代化

刘坤一是晚清重要的封疆大吏，曾经三次担任两江总督。19世纪70年代，刘坤一开始从一个传统保守的官僚转变为开明务实的洋务分子，他倡导新式教育，创办新式学堂，积极地推进江苏近代教育，使之在19世纪末20世纪初走在全国前列。     

Language education needs for multilingualism in Fiji primary schools

This paper looks at current practice in teaching multilingual Indo-Fijian children in eight Fiji primary schools. Indo-Fijians speak Fiji Hindi (FH) as their mother tongue, learn Shudh Hindi (SH) or Urdu, and English for formal and literacy purposes and use English and Fijian for interethnic communication. The current education policy states that children be taught in their mother tongue for the first 3 years of primary school before English becomes the medium of instruction. This practice was not apparent in the schools. In all 24 observed classrooms, English was the dominant language of instruction. There is an important need in Fiji for teacher training to address the issues around multilingual education so that teachers can confidently contribute to an educational system which maximises the use of Fiji's linguistic resources for the educational advancement of all sectors of the country's population.     

校本管理下的学校教育技术资源管理

根据相关的访谈调查,笔者对当前学校教育技术资源管理存在的问题进行了分析。指出将校本管理思想引入学校教育技术资源管理是解决当前资源管理存在问题、提高资源利用效率的有效途径。     

The promises and limitations of international comparative research on teacher education

This article revisits methodological perspectives on international comparative research on teacher education (TE). Benefits and problems related to comparative educational research methodology in general are discussed. Further, methodological issues associated with designing and carrying out an international comparative study on TE are addressed using a multi-level study on teacher education in Finland and Norway an as example. Towards the end of the article, the promises and limitations of international comparative research on TE are presented. Important benefits of comparative education on TE include widening the understanding of one’s own and other TE systems as well as gaining an understanding of international trends. However, uncritical use of such research may lead to decontextualised, ahistorical and standardised transfer and development of education and educational policies. The article concludes by urging researchers in the field of international comparative research on teacher education to address the questions: What is being compared? How is context addressed?     

用教育技术引领教育改革——论我国教育技术的定位(二)

教育技术是一项解决教育问题的系统技术,可用于推动教育、教学的各个层面上的改革。但二十多年来,由于认识受限,定位不当,我国这一领域的工作偏重于硬件设施建设与服务、教育媒体制作、教学方法改革等方面,且这些活动大部分在战术层面上开展,教育技术没有发挥更大的作用。当前,我们应关注在战略层面上实施教育技术,追求“效果、效率和效益”,即教育绩效,这是我国穷国办大教育的国情所要求的。战略优先,战术配合,战略战术互动,促进教育整体改革,落实科学发展观,这应成为信息化进程中我国教育技术高起点新发展的指导思想,成为我国教育技术学科知识体系构建研究的基本思路。用教育技术引领教育改革,在宏观层面上应重视需要的评估和系统规划,确保“做对的事情”;在中观层面上要推广教学系统设计,在微观层面上要加强对研究成果的运用,确保“把事情做对”。目前我国教育技术界电教人员或计算机科学人员的工作仅是教育技术的一个组成部分,教育技术也是各级教育管理者和广大教师的共同事业。
