教育政策执行难的利益分析--以北京市流动儿童义务教育政策实施为例

在北京市流动儿童义务教育政策执行过程中,不同政策执行主体存在着不同的利益选择。从地方政府来看,维护地方利益和部门利益是其政策行为的重要价值依据。从学校来看,保证优质生源、确保教学质量是其应对政策的基本立场。从家长来看,生存需要第一,教育需要第二是其考量政策的根本出发点。这些不同利益选择所造成的张力大大削弱了政策执行的力度和效果,不利于流动儿童就学问题的有效解决。     

Conceptions of teaching and educational knowledge requirements

Abstract

This paper scrutinises the educational knowledge requirements of craft, technical, and reflective professional conceptions of teaching, as recently outlined by Winch, Oancea, and Orchard. Drawing on Bernsteinian sociology of knowledge we identify the different requirements each conception makes of educational knowledge, and how it is envisaged that this knowledge will be used in educational practice. While craft conceptions dismiss the value of educational knowledge per se, they nevertheless value other forms of disciplined knowledge. Arguing that technical conceptions of teaching may be either narrowly instrumental or autonomous, we suggest that an advanced technical knowledge base requires a disciplinary aspect, while knowledge for purely instrumental purposes offers a reductive view of educational practice. Moreover, the varying notions of reflection suggested by reflective professional conceptions require certain forms of engagement with educational knowledge, which are challenged by contemporary reforms in teacher education globally. It is suggested that there are often interdependencies between forms of educational knowledge and conceptions of teaching, with potential implications for the trajectories of educational reforms. The argument is briefly illustrated with reference to the national contexts of Germany, England, and Finland.

传统诗经学对《诗经》的文化还原

传统诗经学忽视“诗本义”而却以解经为主流,故一直受到学术界非议。本文借助哲学文化人类学原理,对传统诗经学对《诗经》的文化还原进行了审视。笔者认为“诗本义”让位于《诗经》的文化解读根源于《诗经》的文化本质,有其存在的必然性。《诗经》的文化解读主要体现在历史、礼仪、伦理等三个层面。《诗经》的解读过程其实就是历代学人对中华文化的参与构建过程。     

语言活动中“创设适宜教学情境，促进幼儿自主学习”的探究

文章以行动研究法为主，观察法为辅，探索创设教学情境对幼儿自主学习所起的促进作用。对某幼儿园大一班的40名幼儿在语言活动中自主学习的效果进行评价，结果显示学年初幼儿的自主学习能力弱。针对此问题，研究者采取了在语言活动中“创设适宜教学情境”的行动，并分析了各种情境的策略和实际效果，经过6个月的实践，结果证明：创设适宜教学情境能够提高幼儿自主学习的能力。     

Feedback complexity and corrective efficiency

College undergraduates read a 2400-word passage, responded to 16 multiple-choice questions, and received one of four types of feedback following their responses. Complexity of feedback was inversely related to both error correctability and criterion efficiency taken as a ratio of feedback study time to post-test corrects. The results were discussed in terms of depth of processing and instructional comprehension.     

The role of stimulus salience in young children's ability to discriminate two-dimensional rotations: Reflections on a paradigm

Children's ability to discriminate reflections and rotations of visual stimuli was examined within the confines of a mental rotation task. It was hypothesized that success would be affected by both characteristics of the stimulus and by the subtlety of the discrimination required. Forty 3- to 4-year-old children were directed to mentally rotate a stimulus a given number of degrees and to discriminate the appearance of the rotated stimulus from among a set of alternatives. Four stimuli differing in the number of visual orientation cues were utilized across 24 trials. A significant effect was found for number of orientation cues, and data indicated the difficulty children experienced detecting reflections, a task which bears close resemblance to the yes/no option in prototypic rotation studies. Children were only successful with a limited range of stimuli when discrimination of a reflected foil was not required. Results are discussed in light of discrepant findings about children's kinetic imagery ability and the advisability of using this particular paradigm with young Children.     

基于数据挖掘的学生投入模型与学习分析

学生投入是高等教育质量和学习成果的重要影响因素,对于高等教育评估与改革具有积极作用,受到了国内外研究者的广泛关注。文章以构建学生投入模型为基础,采用典型相关分析和数据挖掘方法相结合,识别学生投入的相关因素,并对学生学习行为进行分类研究。分析发现学生投入与学生家庭背景、学生入学前特征、学校特征及课程作业之间存在着显著相关关系,不同的学生投入及其学习行为表现有助于加深学校对学生学习行为的了解,更好地研究学习规律的新趋势,为审视高校以生为本、以学为中心的人才培养措施和多元性发展,提供了重要的参考与支持。     

我国教育政策的管理、政治和法律价值——基于1987-2013年教育部“工作要点”的文本分析

以1987-2013年教育部"工作要点"为研究对象,通过文本分析的方法,根据"工作要点"体现的价值类型和价值内容将教育部行政活动分为以"政治价值比例波动性明显"、"管理价值比例遥遥领先"和"法律价值比例日益增大、日趋平稳"为特征的三个阶段;并总结出"管理价值是我国教育行政的主导价值,但政治和法律价值的地位日趋重要"等五个教育部行政活动的价值特征;在此基础上,结合相关历史背景,揭示出"教育部行政活动必须遵从执政党的意志"、"教育部行政活动不断体现弱势群体利益"、"教育部行政活动客观上维护了教育部的部门利益"、"教育部的行政改革进程较为缓慢"等教育部行政活动的基本逻辑。     

生态化模式在自闭症儿童教育干预中的应用

20世纪以来,生态学作为一种跨学科的元理论,已经广泛渗透和浸润到各个学科领域.运用生态学的眼光、态度、理念和方法来关照、思考、解释、践行自闭症的教育实践,是由自闭症儿童教育干预过程的复杂性、持续性和发展性决定的.文章通过梳理相关文献,并结合国内的成功实践,从生态化模式的定义及要素、生态化模式的运作与应用、生态化模式的启示及建议等维度展开,系统介绍了该模式在自闭症儿童教育干预中的应用,以期丰富我国自闭症教育干预领域的理论研究和实践研究.
